Because of rain in the forecast and us trying to do some DIY elements even though we were in Boston and only coming into town three days before the wedding, our final week was a bit busy and stressful, but the day itself went very smoothly all thanks to Tiffany! The tablescapes and decor were beautiful, exactly how we wanted, and the order of events proceeded without any issues. Our venue had a lot of restrictions (on decor, timing, vendors, etc.) and Tiffany was able to navigate those easily for us and our vendors. We were very glad to have her help that day! baby shower this April. As a busy mom of 1 and business owner, it's impossible to find time to plan my own events. Thank goodness Tiffany stepped in! She went above and beyond to create a 'peach' themed luxury picnic for our baby shower. She was extremely detailed, gave amazing suggestions on cute desserts and styled our day so perfectly. . Everything was literally perfect. The whole weekend and wedding went seamlessly and flowed great. She allowed us to be guests at our wedding without having to worry about a thing! The ceremony was stunning and the reception was exactly what I had in mind. I was so overwhelmed. She executed everything beautifully and brought my vision to life. I had a handful of wedding guests reach out after my wedding to let us know it was one of the best weddings they've been to. Not only did she do a phenomenal job but she was so much fun to be around. She is punctual, has a great attitude and rolls with the punches- she even managed to get drone footage of our wedding for us from a random person flying drones around the beach that day. unless we specifically asked for it. She met with our coordinators for a rehearsal and we really got to see her in action when planning the arrangement and logistics of the day. She was a great day of coordinator! She kept our day running smoothly and we felt we could give her all control in terms of setting everything up and working with all our vendors to make sure our wedding day was what we wanted. Tiffany made sure we did everything we wanted the day of our wedding. She made sure the day was planned around what we wanted in that moment and did not try to keep up with a tight plan (but I'm sure she would be great doing that as well if it's what you prefer). She simply made our day relaxing and took on the stress so we didn't have to. We appreciated her flexibility. Tiffany is eager to help and truly enjoys what she does.

! We got married on Saint Patrick's Day in Mission Bay, lucky day ;). From start to finish she went above and beyond her call, it was because of her that our wedding was smooth sailing, went off without a hitch and even if there was a glitch we wouldn't have known about it, hah! Our biggest mistake was not hiring Tiffany sooner so she could help with a plethora of things in the wedding planning process, many although fun had put alot of strain on me. She is so detailed that she thinks of things you wouldn't have even thought of, she also helps to narrow down choices. She LISTENS and having never hired an event planner of any kind I truly appreciate that she took into consideration everything we said and made sure to incorporate it in our day. I can keep going let's see: She is a sweet, classy, and bubbly person as well as charming and witty all mixed with Professionalism. Honestly, even any big event that I may have in the future I would make sure to hire Tiffany just cause I know it will be that much more easier and better! Which reminds me she also has an eye for detail and is very creative, something to keep in mind if you need help with any decor, styling, placement of any wedding items etcetera. Her timeline was great and carefully planned and her liasion with all our vendors was seamless! with plans that were way out of budget my friend referred me to Tiffany Baldwin. Tiffany had planned my friends bachelorette weekend getaway a few months back and apparently saved them a bunch of money and it went by flawlessly. So I went ahead and contacted Baldwin Bridal and Events to help us with our event. During our first meeting, I knew we had made the right decision. Tiffany was so energetic and excited to be our event planner. She told us her super reasonable fee and we booked her on the spot. From what we originally had set up she got us a bigger venue, more food, a photographer, decorated with our class colors, and she custom made a music video playlist that had all the hits from back during our high school years! AND TO TOP IT OFF!, she somehow was able to knock the price down per ticket from $50 to $40 per person! It was an absolute blast and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. If you ever have an event and don’t want the headache of dealing with it, then I assure you Tiffany over at Baldwin Bridal and Events does not disappoint.

ut that couldn't be further from the truth, and looking back was probably the best decision we made. We weren't sure on too many details, and Tiffany was able to walk us through our vision (that we didn't really know we had) and had a lot of great inputs as well. I remember getting random texts with pictures of things she would see while just out and about and would say we need this for our wedding, and would even pick some of them up for us! Although we had only asked Tiffany to be a day of coordinator, with some added help a few weeks prior, she went above and beyond and delivered way more than promised throughout our entire experience. All the little things from timeline, to setting up, dealing with vendors, and inebriated guests, Tiffany was extremely professional and just amazing to work with. Honestly, without having her be our day of coordinator I'm positive it would not have gone as smooth. Tiffany made us feel like we were her number one priority all the time, and between all of the events she does it's amazing how personal she's able to still be. If anyone is even considering a wedding coordinator I wouldn't hesitate to tell them it's money well spent, especially in choosing Baldwin Bridal & Events, knowing full well they'll get more than their money's worth and an incredibly personal experience. We can't thank Tiffany enough for all she's done and for making the wedding process stress free and for coordinating a beautiful wedding!
