Just horrible service so I confronted her on multiple occasions trying to work things out with her to get things on my track for my wedding however all I was given was excuses so eventually I had to fire her. The icing on the cake is I found out from the city of Chesapeake Virginia that she did not have a business license. Since she didn't do nothing as she promised verbally and within the contract and was unprofessional I asked for a refund and she went "missing in action" even more then before and refused to issue a refund of $3100 or speak to us. Please keep in mind she had not done anything for my wedding except give me the run around and when I fired her my wedding was approx. 45+ days away. It is very disheartening to know a "so called wedding coordinator/planner" would do a bride like this especially when the couple did not have any help in the first place. Nonetheless, after I made her aware that I found out she did not have a license I later called the city of Chesapeake and found out she went to get her business license. Total fraud even her website has fake people that you can clearly see are photo edits. If you see any rave reviews about her I would not be surprised if she created dummy accounts and wrote them herself. I hope this helps someone please be aware she has a good talk game but no work ethic or professionalism. She was confused with the location so I am glad we met before hand. The day of the wedding she called my MOH to ask what time she had to be there! Even though we had scheduled everything ahead of time while we were at the venue as well as confirming over email many times. She then set up all the chairs so close together that you couldn't walk through them. One of my sister-in-laws said something to her and Joyce told her she could move them herself. Overall I wouldn't recommend her on your wedding day.
