Hi, My name is Tal and I am the owner and chef at Ba-Li Cravings.I am new to The Knot, this is my first season here, but I am not new to weddings, food and event planning. I have been working out of my own commercial kitchen for about 3 years, and love what I do. I specialize in Mediterranean cuisine because it is what I grew up on. Fresh, healthy, super delicious food. I am also Danish and always say that is where my love for baking and sweets come from. team provided at our wedding this past September. Tal was helpful for months leading up to the day and helped us form our menu collaboratively. We felt relaxed and were able to trust her not only with the delicious food but with setting up and breaking down our rentals and coordinating with our other vendors for a seamless night. I never worried about not eating enough or staying hydrated as so many brides and families talk about. Everything went exactly as we hoped and then some. We’ll definitely be calling her back for future catering needs! Highly recommend her for your wedding or catering. Thank you so much Tal - you made our Wedding a day to remember.

dding planner's recommendation. And I'm so glad we did! Everyone the night of the wedding (and in the ensuing weeks) could not stop talking about how amazing the food was. The dessert bar was fantastic, the appetizers and entrees were elegant and tasty, and Tal helped us to personalize a bar menu that everyone enjoyed, even adding in some elements that I would've never thought of that made every drink that much better. On top of it all, Tal was such a delight to work with. She and her team went above and beyond to make our day special!

ust that the food was fantastic, but also ensuring that everything went perfectly for our big day, including doing Facetime walk throughs with us when we couldn't come to the venue in person, phone calls to coordinate with our DJ, and mailing ties left behind at the venue to their owners. The food was incredible (especially her desserts!!) and we've been hearing non stop rave reviews from our guests. On top of all that, she is such a kind, warm, and thoughtful person, and made us feel more like we were family friends than someone we hired to work with. Thank you Tal!! <3

as divine. Tal worked closely with us in the weeks prior to the wedding to get things ready and help us feel prepared for the day itself. We ran into a few communication issues in those hectic last few weeks of preparations, but it all came together beautifully. With delicious food and amazing service, we would highly recommend Ba-Li Cravings!
