We absolutely recommend Balistreri for your wedding venue! Our experience there was wonderful. The venue is absolutely beautiful, tall ceilings, understated and elegant with a feeling of warmth. The indoor/outdoor perk of the building was a big highlight as it allowed guests to mingle outside in the fresh air while still feeling completely apart of the wedding. The included decor is beautiful and the string lights outside made it magical. The food was really good too! We received so many compliments on the food and venue experience from our guests. Mattie and Katie were so easy to work with and very accommodating. This location really is a gem - great value, centrally located, everything you need and more.

Balistreri was a dream - Matti & Katy were far and away the most competent organizers we met in all of our tours. The price was much better than most venues. They were flexible and met our needs on SO many fronts. This was truly so far beyond what other venues were offering, and we are so, so grateful to have worked with Balistreri. And the food!! Can't rave enough about this group of humans and the job they did.

There are no amount of words for us to express how absolutely wonderful Katy, Mattie and the rest of the Balistreri team were for our special day. From our initial meeting all the way PAST our wedding day, they have been communicative, helpful and and a joy to work with. Katy was there through our whole night; her and her team along with our vendors made our day such a breeze. We cannot recommend this family owned and operated establishment enough! We had a wonderful experience with Balistreri Vineyards! They made every day leading up to and the day of run so smoothly. They allow a lot of freedom as well with decor, your time in the venue, food, alcohol, etc. Balistreri is truly a diamond in the rough, it accounted for an incredibly warm and beautiful space to celebrate our special day! Mattie, our coordinator was with us every step of the way for any questions or concerns and made a plan with us prior to the day to make sure everything went to schedule and we were very impressed. We got nothing but compliments on the space, the amazing food, and the organization of the day. We highly recommend this place for an affordable yet amazing wedding!

Balistreri was an absolutely beautiful venue for our wedding! Due to some weather we ended up having the wedding inside and the staff was so accommodating and did their best to make our wedding beautiful! The food and wine was also so amazing and all anyone could talk about. I would highly recommend this venue to any other couples!

My husband and I have always been a big fan of wineries and doing wine tasting date nights. This place was beautiful and one of the more service inclusive and budget friendly options we found. They also allowed us to buy our own alcohol and bring it which was a great money saver. They provided our food, bartender, some decor (mostly draping), chairs tables glassware dishes and linens, a bridal suite and venue day of coordinator to help with set up of chairs and venue owned items. Mattie and Katy were the event coordinators and were both super informative and helpful when I would call on a random week day with questions. I think we got a great deal compared to other places and we are happy with how everything turned out. There was one odd little thing with our meals. We had a plated dinner that worked out to about 50.00 per person. When we had some people cancel after final numbers I wanted to see if we would be able to take the food we paid for to go so that we could enjoy it as dinner the next day at our airbnb since we paid for it. While I was told its not something they usually do they did make an exception and box it up for us. I just really hated the idea of $200 worth of food going to waste so we took two meals and we gave my parents the other two who said they were delicious. From our tasting to the night of the dinner the food didn’t taste 100% the same but I saw they got a new chef and think that might have been what the difference as. It was still very good. They did amazing with our request to box up the left over cake for guests to take as favors. The surrounding areas are not very cute but they do their best to cover all of the construction like equipment around them.

The entire planning process was rendered seamless thanks to their responsive team who were always on hand with timely and clear answers to our every query. Not only is Balistreri remarkably affordable, but the value you receive far surpasses the cost. The culinary experience was a highlight; the tasting session they organized for us was meticulously crafted, leading us to finalize a menu that left our guests raving. It's no exaggeration to say that their food was nothing short of incredible. Complementing the delightful menu was Balistreri's exquisite wine selection. Their sangria, in particular, is a concoction that still dances on our taste buds. The venue itself is a vision of beauty, effortlessly combining rustic charm with modern elegance. Even with our gathering of 70 guests, the space felt both intimate and expansive. In essence, Balistreri Vineyards didn't just host our wedding; they enriched our memories of that special day. We had our wedding at Balistreri on 5/6/23 and it could not have been more perfect! The day went so smoothly and they went above and beyond to accommodate a unique request from my husband and his groomsmen before the wedding even began. We got so many compliments on the food, the space, and the overall vibe of the wedding and I'm just so glad we found this hidden gem! Highly recommend!!

Balistreri was everything we could have ever asked for. Katy and Mattie were so helpful in the planning and booking process and the day ran so smoothly. The food is incredible, our entire family raved about it. We could decorate the place however we wanted. It turned out amazing. We’d highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

We held our wedding at Balistreri in March of 2023 and loved the experience from start to finish! From before we even booked, Mattie and Katie worked with us to explain all of our options, pricing, details, choices, etc. They were always responsive and happy to work with us to customize any options they presented. Knowing Colorado weather in March, we loved that they gave the option of indoor and outdoor spaces so we wouldn’t have to be locked into one or the other. We also loved that both spaces are beautiful as-is, and didn’t require much additional decor for the look we were trying to achieve. On the day-of, all of the venue staff worked to create a beautiful, seamless event. The food was delicious (the most common feedback from guests!) and everything was exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you Balistreri team!

Wow, what a great place for our wedding party! Katy made it all happen flawlessly, from beautiful tables and decor to amazingly delicious food. Our 90 guests had a fabulous time and we had a party we’ll never forget.

This venue was perfect! A great size, amazing lighting, great greenery (plants) and perfect indoor/outdoor access. The staff/event planners (Katy/Mattie) were so helpful and quick to respond to all requests. We loved the winery vibe, the food was incredible (in-house chef/staff/kitchen) and all the tables/chairs/linens were included and were so nice! We also loved that they had some mood lighting and a great spot to get ready. A really great value, we highly recommend Balistreri Vineyards!

We absolutely adored this venue! From day one of meeting the staff and touring the venue we just got a good vibe. Katy and Mattie were so communicative throughout the entire process, answering emails and all our questions in a timely manner. We loved having the ability to decorate and make it our own by adding to the already beautiful space and decor. Choosing our own alcohol and being able to bring in an outsider pizza truck to cater was such a fun experience (even though Balistreri also has great food!). We loved the family like atmosphere Balistreri offers and the flexibility they allow with really making our wedding what we want was different from other places we toured that require more package like deals when booking. Even though it's in more of an industrial place like the other reviews mentioned, it was super easy to order Ubers and buses, whatever fits with your day! 100% recommend Balistreri!

Our wedding turned out even better than we had hoped or imagined, and Balisteri is a large reason for this! The aspects that stuck out the most: 1) The food - I think most people have low expectations for wedding food, but as their own restaurant, Balisteri makes incredible, delicious food. We had the charcuterie table for cocktail hour, which I would totally recommend - it was beautifully arranged and, of course, delicious. 2) The ability to purchase our own alcohol saved us a lot of money and allowed us to thoughfully choose the exact beverages and brands that we like. 3) Note that this venue is located in an industrial part of town. That said, this venue is very pretty and fit our vibe perfectly! The high ceilings, warm wood interior, outdoor string lights, and foliage both inside and out make this a beautiful wedding venue. It made our wedding feel very intimidate yet elevated at the same time.

I couldn’t imagine our wedding at another venue. Working with Balistreri from day one was a pleasure! Mattie and Katy are extremely organized, communicative and easy going. They break everything down so it’s easy to understand and plan your big day. Then on the day of, the whole staff working the event were so kind and hospitable. We had one child at our wedding who is a picky eater and didn’t want to eat the food on our menu. The staff whipped up a small plate of pasta specifically for her that she loved. On top of just being nice people to work with, the food was fantastic! I can not recommend booking Balistreri enough for your big day.

Having our wedding reception with Balistreri Vineyards was an absolute dream! From our first visit to the venue in the dead of winter, to our wedding day - the team at Balistreri was constantly involved, receptive, and communicative. It is such an amazing feeling knowing that some of the most memorable aspects of my wedding were handled in house and took a ton of stress off of me finding different vendors. To this day, my husband and I receive compliments on the food, wine and ambiance that our reception provided. I am so ecstatic to have worked with a vendor that helped me achieve the fairy tale wedding I always dreamed of!

We could not have had a better experience than Balistreri Vineyards for our wedding. The process of planning felt so overwhelming when we were looking at different venues when we came across Balistreri at the suggestion of a family member. It first shocked us how reasonably priced they were compared to other places we were touring, as well as how stunning this place is hidden in the middle of nowhere basically. We did not have the budget for a wedding planner (even a day of coordinator), and were so nervous about how that would go, but you would have never known it from how helpful Mattie and Katy were throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer our questions and set us up great with a menu that was perfectly to our liking (that’s another thing, the food here is SO good), as well as table settings and decor that looked absolutely gorgeous. The venue has you provide your own alcohol, which saves a TON of money, but honestly the star of the show was the Viognier wine — which is made by the vineyard. It was so popular among our guests, that we ended up ordering several more bottles during the night - and the wine is discounted for people having a wedding, so that’s a major plus too. All in all, it was an incredible night thanks in no small part to the hard work of the team at Balistreri. If you’re getting married, or even just want to have a special occasion of any kind, we can’t recommend them highly enough!

Balistreri Vineyards was an absolutely amazing venue for our wedding. It is such a hidden gem and we are so thankful we found it. Mattie, Lauren and Katy (the event coordinators) were so inviting and helpful throughout the entire process. From our initial tour to setting up the day of the wedding, everything was such a smooth process. We catered food from Balistreri as well and it turned out so well. Our guests are still complimenting us on how beautiful the venue was. The outdoor area was perfect for our ceremony and the whole venue was so spacious (we had 115 guests but could easily fit much more comfortably). We cannot say enough great things about Balistreri and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a venue for not only a wedding but any event.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and the food was just as amazing! The only thing less than stellar was that there seemed to be a lack of front of house staff for the event (although everyone who was working, was very friendly - and the bartender was great) I was told that we would have an event coordinator througout the event, but if that was true, they made themselves scarce and stayed back of house. This doesn’t seem like the typical experience, so many reviews rave about the event coordinators. All in all we had a lovely wedding! I just wouldn't attribute it to event coordination during the event.

From start to finish their service was top notch. I did not have a wedding planner and they took the time to answer all my many questions. They were friendly and easy to work with. The food was FABULOUS. Many of my guests were still talking about it the next day. My day was everything i had hoped and dreamed it would be!

Balistreri made our wedding reception dreams come true! We knew as soon as we toured the venue it is where we wanted our wedding. The STAFF was warm, down to earth, responsive, creative and ensured all expectations were clear. The FOOD! Omg the food. I may be partial, but our wedding food was the BEST wedding food I have ever had and I have been to a lot of weddings. The AMBIANCE! I mean who doesn't want to attend an event at a beautiful family owned winery?? It even POURED on the day our wedding, but we were able to be outside under the lovely awning for cocktail hour. The rain cleared after dinner so we went outside to cool down from dancing while enjoying cigars. I could go on and on, but truly, it was the most magical day we could have ever hoped for, and much of that is a testament to Balistreri.

Balistreri was great. Mattie and Lauren were great to work with and they made everything related to the venue effortless. Being able to bring in your own alcohol saves a ton of money and everyone was raving about the food. When the sun goes down and the lights are on in the courtyard, it is an incredible atmosphere. Everyone raved about the food - we did Lamb and Short Ribs with pasta, potatoes, and Caesar salad. Couldn't recommend highly enough! Thanks, Balistreri!

Balistreri Vineyards is really a hidden gem of venues. Located in an industrial area, driving there you would never believe what is waiting for you. The grounds are beautiful and give off a modern, Artsy vibe. The staff is top notch. They made the process easy. It’s a place you can bring your own style too . With the opening of the elegant garage doors, we really got an outdoor/ indoor experience. The food was delicious and I highly recommend the on-site cater. We got so many compliments from our guests about Balistreri. I wish I had another wedding to plan.

The most well deserved 5 stars I've ever given!!! Balistreri Vineyards was the first and only venue my husband and I toured. As soon as we walked out of the tour, we instantly agreed that this was where we wanted to celebrate our love and picked our date. From the beginning, Lauren and Mattie made everything feel super personal and as if we were the only wedding they were helping coordinate. They were always super responsive throughout our wedding planning and answered all 1,876 of my questions promptly. We received SO many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how AMAZING the food was! Everything ran perfectly from set up to our send off at the end of the night. I was so happy when I saw everything put together and the Balistreri team really did play a huge part in making all of my wedding dreams come true. I feel so lucky to have found Balistreri Vineyards and I would highly recommend them for your special day! I can't wait to go back on our anniversaries to celebrate with a bottle of their amazing wine, which is just an added benefit to the excellent service they provided my husband and I!

The second we stepped foot in Balistreri to tour the space, we knew we found a great fit. We wanted to minimize the stress of wedding planning as much as possible, and Balistreri Vineyards is a great venue to pick if that's your goal! Working with Mattie and Lauren was fantastic - they are super responsive, easy to work with, and VERY experienced event coordinators. The space is BEAUTIFULLY decorated - Balistreri takes care of so much for you already in terms of decorations, so we only had to add in minimal florist deocrations, they have on-site catering (I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE FOOD!!!), the list goes on. We were so happy to have our wedding here, and all our guests raved that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to and Balistreri was a huge part of that.

I can't say enough good things about Balistreri - it's the perfect venue in every way! First, the support from Lauren and Mattie - whenever we needed something, they were a quick call or email away, always coming back with an answer that usually over-exceeded our expectations. We wanted to reschedule from November 2020 to July 2021 and they didn't even blink an eye, letting us pick any new available date we wanted. Next, the FOOD! You can't go wrong with any menu choice here, and the fact that it's all done in house makes the wedding planning process significantly easier. The entire Balistreri space has the perfect elements for a wedding - bridesmaids could get ready in the loft (it was so nice to be able to be in one place all day, two bathrooms, plenty of mirrors) and groomsmen could hang in the barrel room. The outdoor ceremony space and indoor reception space are stunning, from the greenery to the romantic lighting. People were able to flow in and out of the indoor space easily, which was invaluable right now. I could go on and on - Balistreri is the sweetest, most romantic hidden gem of a venue in Denver!

We got married at Balistreri on July 3rd and honestly could not have had a more perfect day. After having to cancel our April 2020 wedding, we discovered Balistreri and are so grateful they had a date open for this year! Lauren and Mattie were so helpful through the planning process and always answered my hundreds of questions promptly. The entire staff at Balistreri, both when we visited and on the day of our wedding, were incredibly kind, helpful and efficient. The location was absolutely perfect and our pictures are stunning! Loved that we could get to the venue early and had the entire day to prepare and get ready. Above all, you cannot beat the delicious wine, sangria and food! Our guests raved about how awesome the food and appetizers were. We will continue to visit and drink lots of wine on a regular basis. Thank you Balistreri! ❤️

We had our wedding here at Balistreri on June 19th, 2021. Unfortunately, we had to push our wedding from June 2020 but Balistreri made it so easy and they were so kind. We loved our experience with Balistreri from the moment we walked in. The event coordinators were always so communicative and there were no hidden fees. You can tell that this place is family owned because they make you feel like you are apart of their family. The venue is beautiful, the food and wine are beyond amazing, and everyone could not stop talking about how great of a time they had. I am so appreciative and cannot thank you all enough for making our day so amazing and easy.

Our wedding at Balistreri Vineyards was perfect! This venue is so beautiful and super affordable. There are no hidden fees (like many venues) so you know exactly what you're getting from the start. It checked all the boxes we wanted for our wedding. Lauren, Mattie, and the rest of the staff were wonderful throughout the whole process. They are very flexible and answered all of our questions along the way. The food was delicious, we received so many compliments from our guests. We can't recommend this place enough!

They stuck with us through so much pandemic rescheduling and we are so grateful. We selected the venue for specific reasons, all of which really paid off for us. First the food. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food and those with allergies were super impressed about how each dish was labeled specifically to accommodate our guests. They worked with us to customize our menu and it was all great. Secondly, that we could bring our own liquor. Since the pandemic delayed us by a year, we really got to take advantage of sales. What turned out to be the most important: flexibility about moving inside for weather. We planned on an outdoor ceremony but this is Colorado so while it was 80 degrees the Saturday before, it was snowing for us. Most venues required us to make that call a week in advance; we picked Balistreri because they were so understanding about letting us hold out until the day of to make the real decision. So glad we had the option and they could turn the room around so quickly.

This is a family-run local business with a very beautiful event space and an awesome events coordination team. We originally chose Balistreri for their awesome food, beautiful space, and flexible planning options (bringing your own alcohol saves so much money!). When the pandemic started though and we had to postpone and then radically change our wedding, Balistreri was so kind and empathetic throughout the challenges. We had planned originally a large wedding in their ballroom with over 100 people and ended up celebrating our marriage with 25 close friends and family outdoors. It was very, very beautiful and we are so grateful to Laura, Mattie, and the Balistreri family.

What can I say? This wedding venue is the absolute amazing place to have our wedding reception. Everything, from the space, to the food, the lighting, décor, everything! Along with that working with Lauren and Maddie was so much more than I could ask for! They were so responsive to all of my questions and believe I asked so many questions. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly who worked at the wedding.

Balistreri was the perfect place for our wedding. Everything went great and we had multiple guests commenting on how delicious all the food was and how beautiful the venue was. The whole day went smoothly and we were able to sit back and enjoy celebrating. The event team was very communicative and able to help with any requests we had while we were planning beforehand. We couldn’t have asked for a better team on our wedding day!

This venue was perfect and all that we could have wanted. We also used their catering service and the food was delicious! I highly recommend serving their red sangria as one of your drinks at your wedding. YUMMY!! Thank you Julie, Mattie and Lauren! You all were so amazing and accommodating!

This is a fantastic venue! We were looking for a venue that handled most of the planning, allowed us flexibility to bring our own items in, and was reasonably priced (no hidden fees or tons of add-on costs). Balistreri met all of our needs and then some. Not only did they provide the tables, chairs, linens, food (good food!), and day-of staffing but we got to work with two of their amazing event planners through the whole process (Lauren & Mattie). They made us feel welcome, were quick to respond to anything we needed, and were so incredibly organized. More than that, they took time to notice and think about little details throughout the day that made things run smoothly. We absolutely love this place, our guests are still raving about the venue and food, and cannot imagine having had a better experience anywhere else. It is clear they take a lot of pride and care for ensuring a positive experience through the whole event planning process.

I cried when we visited Balistreri because it was so beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. It is family owned and you really feel it in their customer service; they welcome you and make you feel like home. Lauren and Mattie were incredibly helpful and patient with all of our needs. I got married here on Wednesday the 6th of June, my husband and I can not say enough good things about this venue! not only are they budget friendly but the entire staff from the owners all the way to the clean up crew are beyond amazing to work with! they went above and beyond not only prior to the day of my wedding but also the entire day of! The food was wonderful the wine was amazing I highly recommend them to anyone for any event!

We initially looked into Balistreri Vinyards for their BYOB abilities. Upon visiting the venue we knew that was where our wedding was going to be held. It is in an industrial area, yet it does not feel industrial in the garden. Jessica blew us away with her kind attitude and attention to detail. She was a pleasure to work with and easy to get ahold of for any of our needs. When it came time to choosing our menu Chris and Ariana provided us with a tasting menu that was to die for while working with out budget. To this day we still get complements about the quality of food and food selection that Chris and Ariana provided us with. The staff went above and beyond our expectations, from setting up the ceremony, reception, and providing our friends and family with exceptional service. The Balistreri Family truly made us feel like a part of the family, they were very thankful to us for choosing their venue for our special day. To this day we still visit Balistreri to see Jessica, and enjoy the food provided by Chris and Ariana. It also helps that they all still enjoy seeing us each time we visit. We would highly recommend you using them for your wedding you will not be disappointed.

We did extensive google searches and combed through wedding websites looking for our venue. We consider ourselves lucky we stumbled upon Balistreri Vineyards. Jessica was our event coordinator and from the first time we spoke with her we knew Balistreri would be our venue. She was kind, accommodating, and very down to earth. Throughout our visits to the venue including the day of the ceremony we met several members of the staff as well as members of the family who own Balistreri. All were incredibly kind and very welcoming. As is the case for almost every couple, budget was a concern for our wedding. Balistreri allows you to bring in food from an outside caterer but we elected to have Balistreri cater the food. Jessica and her staff asked what our budget was and put together a menu based on our budget, rather than other places who required we make our budget fit their menus and pricing. We feel like we got a steal on our menu. Not only did they come in slightly under the budget we provided but the food was amazing. We had many of our guests talking for weeks after the event about how delicious the food was and how many of the passed appetizers they ate! As a winery, Balistreri obviously makes their own wine, and it is high quality. We strongly recommend the cherry wine, we ended up serving it during our reception and the guests loved it. In addition to their wine, Balistreri allows you to bring in your own outside alcohol, which was a huge cost saver. True to Colorado form, it was snowing the day before our April wedding so Jessica discussed with us at length alternate setup plans. She allowed us to make a game day decision for an indoor vs outdoor option and planned it out in such detail that we did not worry. The weather ended up being beautiful and we were able to hold the ceremony outdoors but either location would have been just what we wanted! Our only minor hiccup was that the venue is a working winery and therefore has patrons there during the day prior to the start of the event, which made setting up a few of our tables a little tricky. Despite this, Jessica assured us the other patrons would be gone, tables ready by the start of the ceremony. Sure enough, she made it happen so that everything was set up just how we wanted by ceremony go time without exception. Everything came together and looked beautiful, just the way we had envisioned it. Looking back, we cannot imagine hosting our wedding at any other venue. From the beautiful grounds, to the delicious wine, to the accommodating staff, Balistreri was a big part of making our big day the amazing day it was.

I cannot say enough good things about Balistreri! The planning process was so smooth, Jessica is incredibly responsive and flexible. This has become one of our favorite places to bring people, and we're so glad we could throw our wedding here. Jessica and everyone at Balistreri were so helpful! I loved that they allowed us to use any centerpieces/tablecloths, etc. which helped save money. They also allowed us to set up the night before (we got married in winter, so there were no other events scheduled) which made such a difference in my day! I really felt like I was able to enjoy my wedding day instead of stressing about getting things done. Jessica was extremely responsive and quickly answered any questions I had (which were many) and made sure myself, the bridesmaids, my groom, and his groomsmen had snacks and drinks available the day of. She and her staff helped coordinate everything, even a sparkler exit (which they helped light!) I can't say enough about how wonderful they all were and what a great experience they made the wedding and the wedding-planning process.

My wedding at Balistreri was AMAZING. Jessica was awesome, and the venue was so easy to work with and so flexible. Always open to seeing what they could do to help with my event. Its also BEAUTIFUL, especially at night. I am so glad I found this place.

My husband and I just had our wedding here at the end of May. Jessica and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing! Since we don't live in Colorado, we had to plan everything from afar.. Jessica was so great at communicating with us and made it so easy! We were able to bring in our own decorations, flowers, and used their caterer (who is absolutely wonderful). We were supposed to have our ceremony outside but ended up getting rained out so we moved it inside at the last minute and everyone was so helpful about getting things done in time! We had a cocktail hour down in their wine cellar and it was a huge hit! This venue was perfect for our special day :)

This is a family owned vineyard and they just added on their event center. They were very kind and accomodating to all of my needs and did everything they could to make my day special. I'd definitely recommend this venue.
