My husband purchased a diamond separately and had Ballard and Ballard design my engagement ring. We went back to purchase our wedding bands and they helped us pick out a band that would match my engagement ring. It needed and extra diamond put in it and resized, which they gladly did. The rings were ready earlier than promised, they cleaned my engagement ring while we waited and the set together is PERFECT! Accommodating, professional staff assists you with what you want WITHOUT the high pressure "up-sell". They will be my jeweler for life!
