ding reception. The beautiful newly renovated clubhouse was the perfect venue for our special day. The indoor ceremony space was breathtaking. Then guests flowed directly into the outdoor cocktail hour space overlooking the golf course on a nice November night. The dinner reception space was perfectly configured and all of the food was so delicious. Linsey made my donut wall dreams come true and had a display of the most amazing donuts set up for our guests to take as favors. Everything was executed perfectly by Linsey and team and we cannot thank them enough for being a such an incredible and professional event venue & caterer for our wedding weekend. Our guests cannot stop talking about what an amazing night it was!

The venue is absolutely STUNNING, the staff is WONDERFUL and the food is DELICIOUS! Our guests never had to think about a thing- before they even finished their drink, they were handed a new one. Linsey truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our wedding was SPECTACULAR. We are so grateful to everyone at the BallenIsles team and I would advise any couple to have their wedding here. m threw me a shower in their Fireplace room. It was perfect... a ladies luncheon. The staff is so attentive catering to everyone’s needs. Second we had our 100 person welcome dinner by their pool. The backdrop was beautiful! The food was incredible and the service was spot on. The top management was always on hand to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were able to customize every detail for our needs. My guests were floored at just how amazing the welcome dinner was. We opted for a buffet since our actual wedding night was going to be seated. The staff and the kitchen worked together so well to ensure that timing was perfect giving everyone enough time to mingle and eat at their leisure. Guests were so content that we ended up staying much later then initially expected. On to my wedding... from first meeting Pat and her staff were incredible. Pat was willing to meet with us multiple times and answer countless questions that we had. She ensured that all our needs were met perfectly. The day of ran smooth with the staff often checking in to make sure that we had everything we needed. That day I didn’t have any contact with my other vendors and was content with that... I fully trusted in Pat’s ability to handle any situation that presented itself. In our eyes everything was flawless. Pat and her staff even helped my matron of honor to bustle my dress! The venue is beautiful, picturesque and was the perfect site for our magical day. The staff... I can’t rave enough about them. At every turn we had smiling faces who were all to eager to please our guests and make our wedding the most memorable night. The food!! Omg the food was so so delicious. ur event is going to be a success. BallenIsles is fortunate to have such a person in Pat Saylor. She made my job as Mother of the Bride AND wedding planner so much easier. From our first meeting, I knew that Pat was responsive to my many questions and made me feel that she would take care of any and all issues and this proved true particularly on the day of our wedding. I was able to enjoy the day and never once was troubled or worried about how things were going. She coordinated with our band (Heatwave who were SPECTACULAR), our photographer (Focused on Forever who were equally wonderful), and our event designer/florist (Dalsimer also perfect). With this team, I could not go wrong. The country club itself is beautiful. The grounds are lush and the lobby and dining room were plush in a very tasteful way. The food was SCRUMPTIOUS! The dinner on the night of our wedding (approx 150 guests) was every bit as delicious as it was on our tasting. Every guest I spoke to said that their food was yummy and the service was equally excellent. We had our ceremony and cocktail hour on their outdoor terrace which overlooked the most beautifully landscaped golf course. It was absolutely spectacular. Of course, there were indoor alternatives that were equally lovely should the weather not have cooperated. Do not hesitate to visit with Pat and discuss event options. Palm Beach Gardens is also the perfect area for your event with numerous hotels, restaurants and shopping within minutes. I couldn't have been more pleased with BallenIsles Country Club and I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Pat Saylor who is the the director of catering there, is awesome. She made sure everything was exactly as we had planned. I can not say enough positive things about her, and the staff that worked the reception. The attention to details is what makes a reception special, and they made sure every detail was perfect. I do have to say you really need to use the best event planner as well, to have everything turn out spectacular, and we lucky enough to have the best when we hired Daniel's Events.

the golf course with seating for guests is where we had our cocktail hour. The ballroom is very large so my party did not feel cramped and I had no restriction on my invitation list. There is a permanent circular marble dance floor mimiced by a circular tray ceiling. The ceilings are very tall so the room feels large and grand. The room overlooked the terrace and onto the golf course. The food was spectacular. They had a multitude of choices and everything was prepared just as we had asked and was delicious. They provided a double sided buffet (there was a buffet station on both sides of the room) so there was no lines of people waiting forever. We took pictures at the grand front entrance, and out on the golf course with there cute white bridges. The chairs were beautiful and did not require covering, saving us some money. The curtains and carpet matched well with our sage theme, but would work for many other decor colors as well. George Giller their corrdinator was fantastic, he made me feel at ease, setup everything as I asked, and ran the event flawlessly. My husband and I are so happy with our choice to have our wedding reception at BallenIsles Country Club.
