d a local vendor who did balloon creations since 1989, she knew exactly what she was doing. The balloons definitely tied in the theme and were so fun to show off. She created four pillars for us as well as an arch for our sweetheart table. They were delivered and set up on time and lit up the room with the Mardi Gras theme. I highly recommend Carolyn to any brides wanting to create a fun, creative, and sophisticated atmosphere with balloons. She is amazing!
