Jill, the owner, made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. She helped make the vision of what we wanted come to life. The bouquets and centerpieces were gorgeous! Thanks Jill and staff!

Locally own and very customer oriented. Our flowers were beautiful and my bouquet lived almost a month later!!

The flower arrangements were stunning. The bouquets were lovely. Overall, we loved the quality and value. She has great ideas and is willing to work with any budget. We also ordered our wedding invitations through them as they had a great deal. This proved to be a little difficult as the company they use seemed to be very confused with what we wanted and had actually ordered. Jill could be a little slow at responding to email but she was very helpful and delivered exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Balloons and Flowers by Haley to any bride and would use them again for future events!

I will recommend Balloons and Flower by Haley to everyone I know in need of a florist! Jill and her team were all so easy to work with, very friendly and accommodating! Everyone that saw my bouquet asked me who my florist was! I had a cascading bouquet and it was truly the most stunning bouquet I've ever seen! My bridesmaids had hand-tied bouquets and theirs were just as beautiful! Jill also provided our centerpieces and we received just as many compliments on them! Everything from the bouquets, to the boutonnieres, to the centerpieces were exactly what I had envisioned! The price was also great! I know I wouldn't have gotten that kind of quality for the price I did anywhere else! Can not express how thankful I am to Jill and her team for helping make our day even more beautiful!

This shop is out of a person's home and it is dynamite. Things were delivered on time and she let me help pick the flowers to be used. Only complaint would be that the bouquets were dead the next day.

Jill and her team did an awesome job on all of my wedding flowers. The bouquets were so beautiful!! Made my day perfect!

Jill was able to work with my limited flower budget to make small, pretty bouquets for my BMs and a nice bouquet for me. She even included an extra boutonniere in case I forgot one and TONS of flower girl petals. Would definitely work with her again when I need flowers.

Jill was wonderful. I don't know much about flowers and put all my trust in her. I'm glad I did! Our flowers were beautiful and seeing them the morning before the wedding got me incredibly excited for the following day.
