Ballroom at the Reserve was the prettiest and most perfect venue for my husband and I. The wood and details in the venue made it unique and super easy to customize to be what we envisioned for our special day. Holly and her team were super accommodating, prepared, and overall amazing. Before the wedding, Holly was always willing to help us with any questions and set up multiple meetings with our vendors. We cannot express how perfect and how many compliments we got from our guests. It was a perfect-sized venue for our 130 guests. Not to mention the bridal suite was a great space to escape to during the morning. The location is perfect for hotels, activities, food for the morning, and some of the prettiest locations for photos. Forever will be a beautiful memory.
I attended a wedding here this past summer & it was beyond beautiful and full of character. Would attend a wedding here any day. So organized and unique.

That experience begins with Holly — the heart of the venue’s operations and the steady hand guiding every celebration from vision to reality.
As Event Manager, Holly serves as the primary point of contact, creative collaborator, logistical architect, and execution lead for weddings and private events at The Ballroom. Her role goes far beyond scheduling and floor plans — she is the guardian of guest experience, the protector of timelines, and the person who quietly ensures that every couple feels supported, heard, and genuinely cared for from the very first inquiry to the final goodbye.
