d an upstairs room for the Bridal Party (as well as a bathroom too). We also used the restaurant side for our cocktail hour. Karolina took all the items we gave her (we did our own favors, cake, centerpiece vases (she provided floral), as well as other tidbits for the room and the seating charts. She took everything and set it up just as we had envisioned it. We originally had not wanted to use the restuarant for the cocktail hour, but when an issue came up with the DJ schedule, we went back to using the full site and she made sure it was not a huge problem. Our guests LOVED the food (we went with a 5 entree buffet) and many said they hadn't eaten that well at a wedding ever.
Our only issue was getting in touch with Karolina during planning. We were planning from 500 miles away, and reaching her by phone was slow and email even slower. Many times we had to send my mother to get her to answer questions. Luckily all turned out perfectly. Hopefully she gets a bit more organized- all that worry was a bit stressful. It all turned out well, and we hope these first few years and weddings (we were in their first 15 weddings ever) give them a great start!
