Banana River Resort is a beachfront wedding and events venue situated in Cocoa Beach, Florida. It goes without saying that a wedding at The Banana River Resort will not only be your dream wedding, but it will also be THE dream wedding. Our 100% PRIVATE property offers an outdoor waterfront Edison lightly lit patio space surrounded by white beach sand, palm trees, and nightly sunsets. Our patio space can comfortably sit 10-100 guests, as well as we have accommodations for up to 52 guests to stay directly on-site. BRR is located directly on the Banana River and right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean (Cocoa Beach). Whatever you envision, Banana River Resort is an ideal setting for both an intimate and larger-scale gathering either on the beach or onsite on our private waterfront patio. We offer 3, 5, and 7-day event stays. Our 1-acre property has 10 individual villas ranging from studio, one and two-bedroom suites accommodating up to 52 guests. All with fully equipped kitchens, dining, and living spaces. Our large honeymoon suite has a chef's Miele kitchen which provides a great space for a private chef or catering team. In addition, our property also has; on-site parking, gas grilles, a fire pit, patio furniture, waterside seating, an outdoor shower, a beach area, a sun deck, a boat dock, 2 RV hookups, and a boathouse with complimentary water toys (surfboards, paddle boards, kayaks, sand toys) available for guest use. We are also gated and pet friendly. BRR is an all-inclusive resort, as in you have 100% private use of the property and all accommodations for the entire stay. BRR is your wedding/event stay venue only. We do not provide any event services (i.e.; tables, chairs, DJ, photography catering or etc). Wedding services and vendor selections are at your personal discretion. However, we can refer you to our "preferred" Event Coordinator vendor which offers to coordinate the day of, and concierge services at affordable rates and is highly rated by our BRR couples. CANCELATION TERMS: Cancel within 30 days of booking 100% refundable deposit Cancel 30 days after booking a 50% refundable deposit Cancel 30 days within the event 0% refundable deposit TO BOOK: 50% of the total is required at the time of booking to hold the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Security deposit holds are due at the time of check-in. TOURS: We would love to give you a tour of the venue and our accommodations.
