B&W Catering Company LLC

which took into account all of the various dietary requests for everyone in attendance, including vegan, vegetarian, nut and shellfish allergies - you name it, we threw it at them! And the execution the day of was absolutely spectacular. Some of our personal highlights were the potato and cheese pierogis, fish and chips, and the three dips with veggies, meats and cheeses - but our guests have told us they've tried to recreate their salads at home because they were just that good! And as if the food wasn't enough of a reason to gush about them, Brent and Whitney are just the sweetest and most pleasant people to work with. We cannot thank them enough! We got so lucky to find them and we are actively looking for an excuse to have them back!

n considering how wonderful their work and partnership were. B&W was actually one of my first vendor contacts. I had heard great things from another bride so knew I need them on my vendor team. And as our dates were getting finalized, B&W was the vendor I was unwilling to give up so the final date was entirely centered around them :) And we threw them quite the curveball - make an entirely vegetarian menu. Brent was very kind to let us dig in on the menu ideation with him. We shared a few recipes over and we had a few rounds of refining the overall menu. We also asked them to incorporate a handful of products from the company we work for and did such a great job with them! Whitney was incredible with her communication and as we got closer to the date, she was very helpful with all of the little details (who’s providing/pouring the water?!). And the team they compiled was wonderful and so great during the day. The final curveball was when we asked Brent to speak to the menu during our dinner. It was important to us that we honored and featured not only him + the team but also the menu and the ingredients and where they were sourced. It wasn’t the norm but we’re so grateful that he did this. And the most important part - EVERYONE RAVED ABOUT THE FOOD. Honestly, months and months later, I’m still getting comments that this was the best food people have had at a wedding. And this is also coming from people who love and eat meat. If you’re still reading this review…. Stop and just contact B&W for your catering needs. You absolutely won’t be disappointed. I will find any and all opportunities moving forward to work with them in the future.

d they created a menu that fulfilled our vision of a local family style feast. On the wedding day itself the food was out of this world, seriously some of the best we’ve ever tasted! Our guests absolutely loved the entire menu and are still talking about how delicious everything was! The staff was also fantastic and succeeded in giving everyone an amazing experience. We highly recommend B&W for any catering event, you will get delicious food and wonderful people to work with!

anted our guests to remember our wedding for the food. Brent and Whitney are such a warm and happy couple and it shows through their food. They worked with us closely on tweaking our menu and helping to keep ourselves, our guests, and their staff safe during the pandemic. Every single guest I spoke to at our event said the food was the best they had ever had! And that is not an understatement, it was truly out of this world. Do yourself a favor and hire Brett and Whitney for your wedding! Your guests will rave about your food for weeks! Thank you again Brent and Whitney!

Firstly, they were always quick to respond, and in a friendly, professional, and good-humored manner, to our seemingly endless string of questions from beginning to end, even during times where we knew they must have been beyond-busy helping with other weddings. They were so generous with the tasting they provided. Their over preparedness and professionalism really helped to keep us calm throughout the process; their years of experience both in hospitality and in the food industry really shine through. We were impressed that Brent “got” us just from our providing a simple list of favorite ingredients and created a menu that reflected our tastes better than we could have if given years to try to produce one....and equally impressed that Whitney, as she had throughout the planning process, continued to stand by us (literally) even on our wedding day, remaining present throughout the night to ensure that everything was being executed as planned. Lastly, perhaps most importantly, in agreement with our sentiments, multiple guests approached us even while the wedding was ongoing (and many more have after the fact) to tell us, unsolicited, that ours was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding (and most of us are a tiny bit older so have many previous weddings to compare to!) We feel so fortunate to have met this kind and talented couple and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

we asked for. We couldn't have been more pleased with the organization, service and value. We highly recommend your company.

. Throughout the planning process they were punctual (more like they kept us on track) and were super great about working with our wedding coordinator and bartender to ensure that everything and everyone worked together. Now for the food..... IT WAS AMAZING! Everyone raved about the food at the wedding. It was friendly to people with all allergies and food restrictions (coeliac, vegetarian, lactose intolerance). Not only was there something for everyone, but everything was delicious and the family-style serving really added to the experience. We had never been to a wedding with this style of dinner service and we both feel like it is totally the way to go. Everyone interacts at their respective tables, no one waits to be served, no one waits for their turn to head to the buffet table. Thank you to Brent and Whitney for being incredible people and for helping to make our wedding so memorable. We can't thank you enough!

e food for weeks. I (bride) have a dairy allergy and was very concerned about finding a caterer that could accommodate me while being able to design our vision around a Lebanese/Mediterranean themed menu. The food was absolutely delicious and we were thankful to have visited Brent and Whitney's beautiful home for a tasting prior to the big day. Special shout out to the magnificent, fresh lemonades. These provided such fruity relief on a hot August day and our older guests enjoyed mixing them with various spirits. Brent, Whitney, and their wait staff were truly focused on providing the best experience possible and it was certainly noticed. The responsiveness and willingness to adjust things as we approached the wedding was sincerely appreciated. We highly recommend B+W Catering Co. for any and all events!

at a wedding. They totally captured the farm to table feel we were looking for, with yummy and creative food and details. But what we loved best was just how awesome Brent and Whitney were to work with. They are so nice and passionate about what they do. Our tasting with them was the highlight of our wedding planning. It made our wedding day so fun to be working with such awesome people. It was a joy!

Whitney could not have done a better job providing logistical support for the food, service, tables, and timeline. She made planning the catering portion of the wedding an absolute breeze. Brent's passion for great food was evident in everything that was served. He took great pride in the quality of his ingredients and how those ingredients were sourced. After doing a taste test early in the wedding planning process my wife and I immediately knew we needed them for the rehearsal dinner as well. Guests of the wedding and reception could not get over how great the food was. We had a bbq theme for the rehearsal dinner, and my southern friends and family would not stop talking about how good the beef brisket tasted. I would recommend B&W for any wedding or event, and I hope to taste their delicious food again at an event or friend's wedding in the future.
