Shaylee did my bridal party and my hair for my wedding on August 10, 2019 and I could not have been happier. She hung out all morning getting through everyone's hairdos like a champ. All of my gals' hair looked stunningly beautiful, especially with the touches of flowers we asked her to throw in there last minute. My hair was exactly what I was looking for: a little boho chic, a little flowy, a little messy- it was perfect. If I lived closer, I would go to her for all of my haircut and coloring needs. Taunya was our makeup artist, and let me tell you... I cried so many happy tears that day and nothing budged or smeared! She did such a great job accommodating everyone's makeup desires and allowed us all to look like the best version of ourselves for the day. I would HIGHLY recommend them both!

Shaylee and Cait did my hair and makeup for my wedding plus 12 other girls! They are an amazing team! They are fun, nice and relaxed to work with. We all felt really comfortable with them and telling them what we liked and didn't like. I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day and all of my girls looked FLAWLESS. Totally would recommend for bridal hair and makeup!! I have been in a few other weddings and this was the best hair and makeup by far.

Shaylee is the best! She alone did the hair and makeup for 7 girls, and she did amazing work. Everyone was in love with their hair and makeup (especially the younger girls, who had never been dolled up before). I was extremely impressed that she was able to do 7 girls by themselves from morning until the wedding started. Her pricing is far below what others would charge, and on top of this she is a very kind person, who's very excited and passionate about what she does. Would highly recommend her for your wedding!

I hired Shaylee and Cait to do my hair for my wedding and they did a wonderful job! They did my hair, and the hair of 6 other people in the wedding party. They were so incredibly nice and funny. We all had a great time getting ready with Shaylee and Cait and all of our hair looked so perfect on the big day! They listened to exactly what I wanted and worked with me until it was just the way I wanted it. It lasted throughout the whole night without being stiff or unnatural. It had great movement and I was able to slide my veil out when the dancing began and still keep my hairstyle looking great. I would absolutely recommend them for you wedding day! I'm someone who can't do anything with my hair and I felt so comfortable having them handle all of our hair styling. Cait and Shaylee are professional, easy going, kind, funny and very talented! I highly recommend them for your big day!

This will be a lengthy post, but trust me when I say this is a true testament to the care and time Shaylee puts into her career and the service she provides. The day before I headed to pick out the perfect wedding gown, I decided it would be a wonderful idea to head to a salon and get my naturally red/brownish hair dyed to a darker brown. This was what I had in mind for my wedding day, so why not try the hairstyle while looking for the wedding gown I had always dreamed about? After heading to this salon and sitting there for almost two hours, the girl dyed my hair blonde.. That's right, you read that completely right, she bleached my hair blonde. BUT, not just any blonde. It was about six different shades, roots starting at a darker brown, leading into a yellow / orange by the time it got to my roots. I sat in my car and cried, as my wedding dress shopping day would now certainly be ruined by the disaster that laid on top of my head. I called every salon in Bangor, trying to find someone who would be willing to fix the problem, but it was already past six on a Friday night and every salon was closing for the evening. Taking one last chance, I made a call to the salon that Shaylee had been working at during that time. When she heard my crying voice on the phone, she told me to come in and she would see what she could do. (I later found out that Shaylee was done for the day and was heading home, but she said that my phone call broke her heart and needed to see what the problem was). After arriving at the salon, I broke down yet again. I showed the picture to Shalyee of what I was requesting and she got to look at the results of my fried, bleached hair that I now had. She promised me that she, nor I, would leave her salon that night until I was completely satisfied. Then, she started to work her magic. After around two hours, Shaylee had not only made my hair EXACTLY what I wanted, but she calmed my fears and became my permanent hairstylist. I asked her that night to be my wedding hairstylist for myself & my girls and she agreed. Shaylee did seven updos, one flower girl updo and two mom's hairstyle for my wedding. She was timely, very outgoing and willing to listen to my girls and the life of the party. Our wedding party received MULTIPLE compliments on our hairstyles that day, and continue to receive them whenever someone looks at our wedding photos. Shaylee not only SAVED my hair and completed the best wedding hairdos I've ever seen, but she became one of the best things to ever happen to me. BOOK Shaylee, you will NEVER, i repeat, NEVER regret it. <3

Shaylee was pregnant on my wedding day (like due the next day pregnant) and she still managed to beautify my entire bridal party and make me feel like the princess I always dreamed I'd be. Shaylee's down to earth attitude and heart-warming smile makes your hair/makeup experience so much fun. She is hands down simply the BEST ❤️

Shaylee was a beauty magician on my big day. She is a make-up and hair expert and made our pre-wedding festivities fun and stress free. Beyond being so very good at her art, she is awesome to talk to, hilarious, and a wedding fairy god mother. I can't sing her praises enough!!
