We also didn’t know a lot about flowers or have a strong sense of what we wanted but Melissa guided us through choosing beautiful flowers that we definitely could not have thought of ourselves. Also they were extremely accommodating of a special request we had - without it we would not have been able to see our vision for our ceremony come to life. They were responsive and professional throughout and our flowers and candles on the day of the wedding were absolutely beautiful. I hope to work with them again in the future!!

The head table and chandeliers were decorated with greenery that enhanced the whole space. She was accommodating with a special request to use our own vases to create a vintage, curated look for the guest tables and decor. Abby from Bank of Flowers not only help set up all the decorations/center pieces but added her little touches to other areas too. It was so nice to have someone there helping get boutonnières on the guys and wrist courages to who they belong to. When I say Bank of Flowers goes above and beyond I truly mean it. Abby seconds before I walked down the isle calmed my nerves and gave me wedding advice! We are so happy with our choice and will be using Bank of Flowers again.

They had the idea of reusing flowers that lined the aisle as centerpieces at the reception too. The ladies that came to set up the day of the wedding were so kind as well. es, but I went with Bank of Memories because they were close to me and I thought--it's just flowers! Well, while the flowers were okay, the process and experience working with them was my least favorite thing about this vendor. The pricing would change even after I was quoted a price. Not a big deal because I document very well--but I didn't like feeling pressured to spend more money when I had a budget. But my LEAST favorite thing was the condescending tone! I'm very big on customer service, so I my best vendors for the wedding were those that were prompt, professional (They use a paper hard copy contract that they send in the mail---there are too many digital platforms out here that would allow a business to not only create contracts that are personalized-- instead of "fill in the blank" contracts with pen marks with scratched out changes--but you can also send it digitially with digital signatures. This would save a lot of time. I wait 2 weeks for my first contract to come in the mail. All in all, there are too many other options in the city to choose from and I think I just prefer a different customer service experience. I would not recommend to anyone based on my experience.

The team worked so quickly yet everything looked perfect. This is the only florist to go to for your big day! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am still in awe of how wonderful this company is! Thank you for making my wedding day everything I wanted!

We paid the small fee for the 'pin on' service and it was definitely worth it - the florist stayed over her time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted and to pin all of the grandparents. Super genuine people that do quality work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

She was right there with me up until I walked down the aisle, making sure I was comfortable and ready to go. Even though I know she is so busy and has multiple weddings to deal with in any given weekend, I really felt like I was her only client that day, and that we were old friends. She and the team also took flowers from the church and set up at the reception site. Everything was perfect. I can't recommend Bank of Memories enough!!

ys, you name it -- so when it came down to my wedding, I hadn't even made a second thought to check out another florist. Melissa and her staff are absolutely outsanding people, and at our first of a couple consultations, she was so good at making my vision come to life and filling in the blanks as needed. She is so knowledgeable in florals and recommended what would look good in our color palette. One thing I had initially really wanted were peonies (my absolute favorite flower), but since our wedding was at the end of July, they were out of season and would be extremely expensive, so she recommended garden roses, which were just as gorgeous as the peonies I had wanted. Melissa was awesome throughout our entire planning process, even when I emailed her (what felt like constantly) with changes I wanted to make. Everything I showed her that I loved on Pinterest, she brought to life even better than I could've imagined. Florals are extremely important to me, ESPECIALLY at my wedding (particularly because at our venue, flowers were one of the few things we were able to use to decorate the space) -- Melissa took this and ran with what our budget allowed, and everything I ever wanted for my wedding, she was able to do :) The flowers, pedestals and vases, and arch at our ceremony were absolutely perfect and made the park even more gorgeous; our bouquets were breathtaking, and the boys' boutonnieres were better than the ones I showed Melissa a picture of off Pinterest :) On my wedding day, she came to our hotel room to deliver the bouquets to us prior to the ceremony and did such a wonderful job decorating at the park and then at the reception. I got SO many compliments on our centerpieces and other floral touches. I will continue to use Bank of Memories & Flowers for everything, and highly recommend if you are looking for a florist for your wedding to use them as well!
