They did really well at recreating my reference photos and went above and beyond on decorating my arch that was in the backgrounds of all the photos, they even supplied their own arch. But then two weeks before the wedding I got a phone call saying that if we didn't come pay for the flowers right then they wouldn't be able it make them in time. When I told the person what we had been told about waiting I was told that they would never say that. So it all worked out but that was a little frustrating. Also make sure you double check the paperwork because when my husband went to pick up the flowers on the day of the wedding one of the boutonnières was missing. They were able to make it right then but it had somehow gotten left off the paperwork from the initial consultation to the bill.
