t a stress-free open bar!
We hired Bar Chicz to help bartender our event and complete the scullery (picking up dishes and rinsing them for our rentals).

d to get in touch with, was great. She offered a lot of recommendations to make the wedding bar service go smoother, especially for someone who was planning their whole wedding by themselves. She offered to bring equipment to reduce the amount I had to source, which I really appreciated.
My low review comes from the experience in the two weeks prior to the wedding due to the lack of communication and disorganization from Jamie. I sent multiple emails outlining all the details for the event, what they had agreed they would bring, timeline, etc. I tried calling multiple times the week during the event and I couldn't get in touch with her. She finally calls me back at 5pm the night before my wedding, when I'm on my way to my rehearsal dinner, to confirm the details of my event (of which she was confused on a lot of details, even though I sent over all the details multiple times) and it seemed like she did not read anything I had sent over two weeks prior. That was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
They showed up early and setup with little issue, which was great. They helped trouble shoot problems we had with a rental water container that came in moldy -- all helpful. I have no complaints with the level of service, except one bartender seemed to have never bartended in her life. She couldn't tell the differences between different types of beer (we had four different beers at our wedding), even by the end of the night. The servers cleaned up the area great and all in all, the guests were served and happy.
Based on my experience, amount of difficulty working with them, unprofessionalism, and disorganization, I would not hire them again.
Lifesavers!!!! When our bar service no showed for our wedding, they were able to send two excellent bartenders to help us out! Very professional & clean! Highly recommended!

ed by all the guests!
They offer several different package options and are willing to cater to whatever you need. We chose to bring our own alcohol and they provided all the mixers and non-alcoholic drinks for the youngins. They also did a great job crafting our signature drink, the old fashioned. We highly recommend Bar Chicz for your next event!

o get in contact with through the entire process of planning the wedding. They were continuously sweet and professional. During the wedding they were so courteous to our guests and were efficient in serving all of our guests. Not only did we hire their bartending staff, but we also hired their food serving staff. Both food and bartenders were able to communicate with ease which made the reception that much smoother. I mostly communicated with Taylor from Barchicz. Hands down she is the most calming and caring woman. A few times my fiancé (now husband) would hear Taylor and I talking “wedding stuff” and when I would get off the phone and relay what her and I talked about, he would say “oh by the way you were talking I thought you were talking to your sister.” I’m so thankful to have had Barchicz, especially Taylor, during the crazy wedding planning.
