I absolutely loved working with Caitlin and she did such an incredible job on my hair and makeup! She met with me via zoom prior to our ceremony and we created a vision board on pi...
nterest together to plan my look. I was confident from the beginning that she would do a great job, but she exceeded my expectations on our wedding day! We live in NYC and eloped in Acadia National Park, so I wasn't able to do a trial, but I can't imagine getting better results if I had! We got married on a foggy and somewhat rainy day and my hair and makeup stayed perfectly as though they had just been done! Caitlin was also a pleasure to chat with and had a great playlist :) I can't recommend Bar Harbor Beauty enough!

d great vibes. She made my makeup and hair so perfect! She nailed every single look I was going for, and more. She is absolutely wonderful, and her style is fantastic. I highly recommend her for your wedding! (And other events, too!!)

nd Caitlin was somehow able to create the look of my dreams that I didn't even know I had! She also did my makeup of my mom, mother-in-law and step-mom-in-law and WOW everyone looked so incredibly gorgeous and were all getting compliments all night! She also helped me find someone who would do all of our hairs (which also looked amazing and we loved beyond belief!). I could not recommend her more!

e did an amazing job and got my skin tone exactly right. She really took her time to make sure everything looked great and was what I wanted. It rained all day and poured during our outdoor ceremony, but the makeup still looked fresh and amazing at the end of the night. I was shocked at how well it held up. It’s clear that Caitlin uses high quality products and knows what she’s doing. And she’s easy to talk to and has great taste in music!
Caitlin was the absolute best! She really listened to what I and all of my bridesmaids wanted for our makeup. I didn't have the opportunity to do a trial beforehand and she made ...
sure we saved ample time so that we could try things out for me to feel 100%. Beyond that, she is a delightful human being and a calming presence to have in your room on such a big day.

o look way before my wedding day. She even accommodated a super early start time so I could make it to Acadia for my morning ceremony and photos. I would highly recommend her for all your beauty needs!
Caitlin was a dream to work with! We had a planning session in advance where we discussed what I normally do vs. what I wanted for the wedding day for makeup AND hair. She created ...
a mood board and she absolutely nailed the "minimalist, but better" aesthetic I was going for!
On the day of, since I didn't live close enough to do a trial, Caitlin would pause after a few steps to make sure I liked the direction we were going in (even giving me a few options and pivoting when I asked for something slightly different) and was incredibly patient with me throughout the process. Caitlin made the whole experience stress-free! Loved the hair. Loved the makeup. She was also kind enough to teach us a few things along the way - she does it all!
I had such a great time working with her - highly recommend for Bar Harbor/Acadia weddings.
Girls: call Caitlin.

Her approach is as much a science as it is an art. She accommodated all types of weather, lighting, venue, vision, and theme. Punctual, professional, so pleasant. Her mood board was spot on. Quick to respond, fit us in even though she was already booked. We are so grateful for her.
