We want to express our gratitude to Hannah and Bar Magnolia for their exceptional service at my wedding. Hannah worked with us ahead of the wedding to help calculate the right amount of alcohol to purchase for our event. Hannah took the time to understand our guest count, preferences and provided guidance on quantities. This attention to detail saved us both time and money. Bar Magnolia also offered an unused alcohol return service, which was incredibly convenient. They took care of the logistics, making it hassle-free for us to return any unopened bottles. On the day of the wedding, Hannah and her team delivered outstanding service. The signature cocktails they crafted looked great and were incredibly tasty. Our guests raved about the unique flavors and presentation. The level of bar service provided by Bar Magnolia elevated the overall experience for our guests. I used Bar Magnolia and rented their vintage bicycle bar for a Saturday surprise party. The bar was beautiful and fit right on our backyard patio no problem. The booking and ordering process couldn't of been any easier and Hannah (the owner) was always available for answer any questions I had. Our bartender for the day, Katelyn, was FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend giving Hannah a call and booking Bar Magnolia for your next event.

The team at Bar Magnolia did a fantastic job with our wedding this past weekend in both preparation and execution. Like other reviewers have stated, they're a very low maintenance vendor and genuinely took care of everything for us! To be honest, I initially planned to spend a little less on bar services for our wedding but after several hiccups in planning with other lower-cost bar service vendors, I'm beyond relieved and thankful that I decided to invest just a little more in a team that truly knows what they're doing. We didn't have to worry about a single thing, and all our wedding guests had a positive experience with the bartending staff. Thank you, Sarah and Hannah!

Bar Magnolia, Sarah, and her crew were easy to work with from day 1. From initial consult to quotes, tasting, out of town coordination, our supply of alcohol, and our wedding day: they were professional, flexible, and reliable. Sarah adapted at the tasting even when communication on my part wasn’t clear. She was always responsive to emails and phone calls, and she refunded some of my money when my guest list dropped due to family medical emergency on the groom’s side. All in all, they helped make our wedding day full of beautiful memories with creative, tasty cocktails!

I could not have chosen a better beverage vendor than Bar Magnolia! Sarah is very professional & super fun to work with! I loved having the opportunity to have a cocktail tasting before the wedding & choose specialty cocktails for our guests. Bar Magnolia was the best! Sarah was so helpful every step of the way and made this part of the wedding planning process completely stress free. We booked the camper bar and it seriously made our night. Their cocktails are AMAZING. It was really tough choosing the ones we wanted to offer at the wedding because all of our options were sooo good. We have die-hard beer drinkers in my family and they even opted for the cocktails! We're still getting compliments weeks after the wedding. I highly recommend Bar Magnolia for any event!

Bar Magnolia was definitely the best choice for bar service for our daughter's wedding. Bar Magnolia was a pleasure to plan with from the first meeting to the day of the wedding. They were always quick to respond and we could not of asked for better customer service. The signature drinks they helped the bride and groom create were amazing and we have received many compliments from our wedding guests.
