the liquor in the drinks were underpoured & hardly anyone got a buzz. Including myself, the bride! This makes sense because we had SO much liquor left over that I cannot return btw. My mom & other guest mentioned that the Kaitlyn had a really bad attitude all night & seemed to be in a bad mood. They said the guy bartender was very nice though! Anyways, that was our experience.

d over the phone that we follow venue rules as well as TABC rules, and I am so sorry that came across as under pouring. On your shopping list, we suggested 8 liters of vodka, and when you said on the phone you had about 20 liters of vodka, I mentioned you would have a lot leftover over. Again, I am sorry if I did not communicate that better. Please remember on our phone call we spoke about the bad attitude, drinks were flowing all night and had many great chats with your guests, but there was a time we felt the most focused, and that was when a bartender had to leave to get the ice that was used by the servers. I never mentioned it to you or the groom, because we were trying to stay focused on keeping the perfect night going and I am so sorry that when I was just trying to keep moving fast with short a bartender, that it came across as a bad attitude. If anything, moving quick is my favorite part! We spoke about ice a few times prior to wedding, and I was asked to not bring extra ice for goblets, yet the servers still used our ice which ended up being completely okay in the end, but we never asked for any reimbursement. We also made a run for you morning of your wedding when you messaged me and asked to pick up an item you could not find. Based on all of our conversations, I just truly hope you accept our apology and know we really wanted you to have the perfect night.

the drinks! Kaitlyn helped me craft a mock recipe from a signature drink we had out of state over a year ago and it was absolutely delicious. I never had to worry once details were set. She came, set up, made some fabulous drinks for our guests, cleaned up and left. No worries, extremely timely, and a great personality. I will recommend Bar or Brew to everyone I know that will be having an event & definitely keep her in mind for any of our future events. You will not regret it!

the equipment and expertise necessary to mix and serve cocktails to guests the entire evening. There was never a long line for drinks, and everyone was served quickly with pre-batched signature drinks. Bar or Brew definitely stepped up for the challenge when we added 5 more beers offered at the wedding at the last minute (my dad made home brew and brought it to the wedding!) and they did such a great job helping guests get the drinks they wanted. We loved working with Bar or Brew and would highly recommend the team for your wedding day!
