Ro was great to work with to get everything set up perfectly before the party and Adam and Devo were incredible bartenders that significantly exceeded our expectations for my wife's 40th birthday party at our house. They did a masterful job keeping our guests happy throughout the evening, serving their drinks quickly and were a pleasure to be around as well. I received several compliments during the party about how awesome they both were. I highly recommend Bar Ro'd Mobile Bartending and would 1000% use them again for my next party.

Bar Ro’d’s staff were very helpful in setting up the bar selection, particularly as we were unsure how much alcohol we would need to buy for our wedding. They did a great job handling all of our guests, especially with a medium-large sized wedding (about 90 people). With the busyness of the cocktail hour and reception, the bartenders were wonderful about checking in with my husband and I to make sure we had something to drink at various points in the night. We really appreciated this as we were busy and weren’t always thinking about grabbing something to drink. We highly recommend them for your event!

Ro and her team are absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond - You must hire them for your event! From their immediate responsiveness upon my initial inquiry, helping assist with ordering/determining what bar menu would be best for the event, and working the full event, I couldn’t have done it without them. This was my first time hosting a large scale event, and Ro, Devo and Tom all were so helpful in noticing other items I never would have thought of outside the bartending services they provided. Wonderful experience! The customer service was superb! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bartenders were on time and set up quickly. I have known Ro and Devo for many many years, and I have always enjoyed working with them! They are super professional, know their stuff -- 100% -- and always create such an awesome experience. Most recently, Ro and Devo brought a martini-making class to life -- a Christmas present for my dad. They went above and beyond. They brought all of the glassware and mixology items that we needed, along with the alcohol, the ingredients / instructions, and more. This was the first time I felt like I was properly learning how to make martinis -- and Devo was super knowledgeable about the history of each cocktail. I can't recommend Ro and Devo enough. BAR RO’D did a phenomenal job at our wedding. We were so impressed with Ro Lin and Devo. They exceeded our expectations. They were professional, showed up on time, and made sure our guests had a great time. There was never long waits for drinks and it was easy to see we had experienced bartenders. Throughout the whole planning process, all of our questions were answered and our concerns addressed. They made it very simple and it was one less worry on our big day! Had an excellent experience with Bar Ro'd!! The planning was thorough and smooth. They were on time for set-up and cleaned-up like they were never here. Let me just say.. if you’re looking for a bartender for any of your events this is the company to hire! My entire wedding party and guests were so pleased with how good the drinks were. They were fast at making them and on point every single time. I would walk up to the bar (bride) and they would already start making my signature drink without saying a word. All of my guests are still talking about how much fun they had at my wedding and I do have to say that Bar Ro’d had a part in that.

Ro and Devo have become family to us. We have loved them from the minute we met them. The first time we used their service was for our 325 guest wedding…and have continued using them over the last 6 years since getting married, and have had them service our more intimate family events for our 3 kids birthday celebrations with around 40 adults and 20 kids. In both settings, both large and small, they have not disappointed us. They are professional and respectful people. If our guests have not needed to be attended to, I have found them taking out our trash, cleaning up, and always asking me, Rebecca, what do YOU need. Although I always tell them nothing but themselves, they continuously show us their genuine love towards my husband and I…and now each of my kids, and that just speaks volumes about the type of people that are behind this business! They truly are amazing people, who make delicious drinks, pour the perfect shots, and give the best experience you will ever need with a mobile bar being brought right through your front door! We love you !

Even from the initial consultation, Ro provided incredibly useful advice and alcohol estimates for our guest count and worked with us to remain within our budget. I used BAR RO'd services for my wedding (Aprrox. 250 guests). I would highly recommend BAR RO'd to anyone planning an event and in need of bartending services. During the months leading up to the event, the vendor was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive to help make the mobile bartending service fit our needs. During the planning process, we set up multiple calls and determined the number of bartenders, bars, quantity/type of alcohol, quantity of mixers/cups/etc., placement of bars, and total cost. The vendor payed attention to detail and was extremely patient and empathetic. Their planning experience helped make the process easy! During the event, the bartending service was perfect - drinks were flowing, well mixed, and all of the guests really loved the set-up of the bars. The bartenders were very experienced as well - which really made me feel comfortable during the reception. The vendor even had LED lights on the bar that matched our flour arrangements. The mobile bars looked very formal and professional - something that we were looking for in a vendor. I definitely plan on using BAR RO'd again during my next event. I suggest you do the same!

Wow! Bar RO’D is full service, professional and fun! They were professional and easy to work with from first contact to walking out the door! We utilized their full service for an in home 40th birthday party and to say I was impressed is an understatement. With their help, I got to enjoy a party thrown at my own home for the first time ever. They arrived on time, set up and made sure all of our guests were happy, kept our buffet going, and left after cleaning up at the end of the night. They left me with a clean home and little to do- it was amazing after hosting 60 people! The cost for having them purchase the alcohol and arrive with it was also spot on- and I didn’t have to run to the store 5 times in preparation for party or spend hours cutting limes, lemons, etc. I am quite particular and have an event planning background which comes with high standards- from here on out, no party at my home will be without Bar RO’D! They would be well suited for any event, including a wedding.

We had an amazing experience with BAR RO’D Mobile Bartending for our wedding last year! We were originally thinking of going the DIY bar style for the wedding, but after speaking with Ro, we knew we could not miss out on this superb service. We were originally going to attempt to purchase all the alcohol, transport the ice, create cocktails, etc. but Ro took care of all of that. She even used the cocktail napkins I had gotten ahead of myself purchasing so that they wouldn’t go to waste. Ro was quick to respond to any inquiries, very knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with through the whole experience. During the planning phase, Ro thought about every little detail and it meant so much that she offered to additionally purchase and serve our specialty sodas: Inka Cola and Cheerwine because we wanted to incorporate the sodas that represented some of our backgrounds. On the day of the wedding, Ro and Devo were excellent- I had several of my guests compliment the delicious drinks they were serving up and also how much they enjoyed the professional, friendly customer service Ro and Devo brought to the table. We strongly recommend their services as they truly will take charge of all things drink-related. Ro and Devo performed the bar services for my wedding in December 2022. And they were incredible all of our guest loved the bar services and they are some of the most pleasant and wonderful people ever! If you asked me for an appropriate accolade to describe my client experience regarding BAR RO'D™️ I would say either “outstanding or amazing!” Owners Ro Lin and Devo Granofsky could not have been more accommodating, and their Mobile Bar service was perfection. We were celebrating our 40th high school reunion at a County Police Association Hall and needed bar services to support 150 classmates. I contacted Ro Lin through the Thumbtack website and from Day-1 what should have been a typical client and vendor experience instead felt like a collaboration. Ro Lin was so helpful offering recommendations to me, a complete novice party bar service planner. She helped me determine, what drinks to order based on what was popular for the DC Metro Area, particularly our geographical area of Manassas, VA. She also provided guidance with quantity, individual drink costs and bar decoration options. All of which turned out to be spot on for our event. Did I mention accommodating a 24-hour prior to the event complete change in the type of bar service, delivered flawlessly? The night of our reunion, you could not ask for a more professional and friendly staff. Team Bar Ro’D setup two bars expertly using a bar design that Ro Lin helped me create and that fit perfectly with the decorations our Reunion Committee had already put up for the event. Needless to say, the event went off without a hitch, thanks directly in part to Bar Ro’D! I cannot begin to tell you how many compliments I received from classmates about the quality of their drinks as well as the service. We hired Bar Ro’d for our engagement party and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Ro and Devo’s professionalism and flexibility are unmatched. We had our event start a little late because of a party that was still going on before ours, and Bar Ro’d was flexible to stay a bit later. BAR RO’D is a top-notch mobile bartending service! They provided bartending services for my corporate July 4th rooftop event for 200 people. This was a last minute booking and they were more than happy to take it and I am glad that they did. I’d never used a mobile bartending service before, so I didn’t know what to expect; however, Ro and Devo - the owners and their team – Adam and Tom did not disappoint. When they arrived, I showed them where they needed to set up and they were off to the races. They are professional, courtesy and they provide an outstanding customer experience, and of course they are amazing mixologists. Our guests were having such a great time, that we asked them to stay an additional hour and Ro with a smile on her face - said absolutely! They really saved me because my guests were not ready to leave yet. They left the bar area spotless. I will be a client for life! I would highly recommend them!

Our venue was BYOB, and we did NOT want to deal with that. Bar RO'D brought extra bars, every bit of alcohol and mixers, extra glassware, and spent probably too long on the phone with me trying to pick signature cocktails (we were very indecisive). Everyone was so nice, was remembering what people were drinking, and they even came over to me and my husband multiple times during dinner to see if we needed anything. Oh and the signature cocktails were INCREDIBLE. You can tell they love their job, and I loved working with them.

What can I say but WOW! Ro and each and every member her team (including Devo, Adam, Alison, and Debrah) truly went above and beyond for our event this past weekend, in more ways than one. Everyone was so wonderful and easy to work with, super friendly and gregarious (just exactly the sort of fun and positive energy you want at an event!), executed everything we asked of them to a tee (including a list of five pretty complicated specialty cocktails)... and even beyond that, throughout the night they often proactively asked about and worked on things that we honestly wouldn't have even thought of ourselves, but that ended up being SO helpful. They were seriously so incredible, my husband and I couldn't stop talking about how great they were. I feel like they took our event from an 8 to 10! My husband and I hired Bar Ro'd for bartending and food service for our formal anniversary party/vow renewal with approximately 70 guests. We coordinated the event ourselves with no planner or coordinator or caterer. We cooked ourselves, had family members cook, and got items from several different restaurants—putting all of it together ourselves—and to be honest, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into doing it this way. Up until the moment Bar Ro'd arrived, it was looking like things might be headed for disaster... but Bar Ro'd totally saved the day. They helped with EVERYTHING, well beyond what we had imagined when hiring them, and the dinner (passed hors d'oeuvres then a buffet) ended up going *perfectly.* I feel like I haven't focused enough on the "bar" part yet, given that's their specialty—the bar was amazing. My husband and I wanted the drink menu for this event to have all of our favorite cocktails: a pomegranate mojito, a Moscow mule, a boulevardier, a strawberry margarita, and a gin fizz with fresh rosemary and egg white. Bar Ro'd was totally game for this menu from the start, provided everything we needed, and made each of the cocktails beautifully throughout the night. The bar was a HIT! The actual physical bar itself, actually, was also a hit — the custom bar front panel looked amazing, and even more so when the sun set and it lit up! All in all, hiring Bar Ro'd was one of the absolute best decisions we made for this event. And, like, we made a lot of great decisions—it was a really cool event ;) But seriously, Bar Ro'd took it to another level. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone looking for bar services (or event staffing in general). The best decision I made for my daughter’s graduation party was to hire BAR RO’D!! They are true professionals and so much fun! We all loved them, and I can’t wait to hire them again for our next party. Very highly recommended!

If you read only the first line, just know you MUST HIRE THEM. There is so much to say about how amazing Ro, Devo, and their business are, so I will try to keep it short. Reaching out and connecting with Ro was so easy. We started talking over text and some phone calls to understand my needs for bartending an engagement party, even including pictures and so much great info! The expertise that Ro brings to the table is unmatched, down to the recommendations of using small water bottles instead of large! Who would have thought!!! Ro and I went over the details for a few weeks, tweaking the services that I wanted, and was so helpful in figuring out what I needed. There are so many reasons to hire Bar RO’D, but the most significant to me was actually Ro and Devo themselves. Not only are they experienced bartenders, but they have quite literally the best personalities ever. They were more than just bartenders--they were part of our party. More so, they were actually the backbone of our event. They came exactly on time, set up their beautiful bar, which I may add is SO CLEAN. As someone who always worries about cleanliness, this was key. They brought lined coolers with clean and sorted ice. They were constantly wiping down the bar and tables. It truly could not have been more clean and safe. They even designed a drink menu with me and had them on the tables! As the host, I was focused on many other things. They handled everything, even helping us set up a little self serve bar when they left. I scheduled 4 hours of bartending, but honestly I would recommend 6 hours if you are throwing a longer party. Ro and Devo are some of the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I was over at the bar talking to them for so long, and I barely even drink!!! In summary, this company is very well priced, extremely helpful in determining what you need and not overcharging you. They do absolutely everything, you just simply need to open the door and let them in! Without them, I honestly would have had to bartend myself, and that would have been terrible. Again, I cannot emphasize enough that Ro and Devo themselves are the life of the party, and engage with your guests and truly make everyone feel comfortable! I know I will be using them always and forever, and I hope everyone who sees this does also.
