Baraboo Arts Banquet & Convention Center is a historic wedding venue in Baraboo, WI. This ample space offers industrial charm and natural light that will add a warm vibe to any celebration. This venue, built in 1909, initially served as a workshop for the Ringling Brothers. Here, they worked on wagons, created costumes, and stored equipment during the winter. Today, the space stands as an event center designed for weddings and other special occasions. The current owners have updated the property to better serve couples while keeping the building's original charm. With exposed bricks and open ceilings, this space offers a unique and slightly industrial setting for your big day. At Baraboo Arts Banquet & Convention Center, you will find three areas to host your big day. The Moeller Room is a multipurpose space that can host ceremonies with up to 225 guests and intimate dinners with 100 seats. The Ringling Room and Gollmar Room are ideal for large receptions as they can accommodate 250 and 300 guests, respectively. Throughout each space, warm brick and natural lighting will leave a lasting impression on your guests. The staff at Baraboo Arts Banquet & Convention Center is dedicated to providing high-quality service with attention to detail and unmatched hospitality. They will assist you with every aspect of wedding planning to ensure your big day is seamless and memorable. Rentals include tables, chairs, and your choice of cotton tablecloths. This venue also provides in-house bar services for all your beverage needs. They are also happy to recommend local catering vendors to help you craft an extraordinary dining experience.

Not only is the venue beautiful - but Karen is amazing to work with! She was always very responsive during the planning, took care of every last detail the day of, and kept our day running smoothly. Karen worked well with all our other vendors and we can't thank her enough for helping make our wedding a dream come true! Everyone commented on how fun the venue was and how lovely the exposed brick was; especially with the string lighting and glow from candles - really set the mood! It was great having a winter wedding with both the ceremony and reception all under one roof but in separate spaces :) Thank you Baraboo Arts for being everything we ever wanted!

The Arts Center is a beautiful venue! Karen and her staff are always so helpful...even during a pandemic! I would recommend 100 times over!

This is an absolutely beautiful venue for a great price. Karen was super easy to work with and made the planning process stress-free, which I especially appreciated with all of the other added stressors that come with planning a wedding. Our reception turned out wonderful and the Baraboo Arts staff were great to work with. I would highly recommend this venue!

Venue was absolutely gorgeous and blew all the other venues we looked at, out of the picture! This venue is also very budget friendly and includes a lot in the price. Bartenders were so friendly throughout the night. I wish I could relive the night all over again.

We had the most perfect wedding reception at Baraboo Arts a few weeks ago. Karen, the event coordinator, was amazing to work with. She was so responsive and on top of things. After setting up, we had to get back into the hall after we had left and it had been locked, so a staff member ran over there to do what we needed done so we didn't have to. I was so impressed! Our guests loved the place too and couldn't say enough good things about it. It's a great ambiance and beautiful. We used the Gollmar room and there wasn't a bad seat in the place! It's such a functional layout. Karen and the rest of the staff make the day run so smoothly and handle it all. So stress free! We are hoping to know someone who has their wedding here because we want to come back!

Our wedding is on Friday and our event coordinator, Karen, has been AMAZING to work with. Super flexible, accommodating, relaxed, and kind. She has been very easy to communicate with through the whole process and it's obvious she does a lot to keep her clients happy. She's letting us open up the venue when we requested and letting us drop food off and decorate throughout the day. I cannot recommend her enough. The venue is really pretty too :p We are very excited!

The venue is beautiful and the staff was so helpful. Karen was helpful every step of the way for us, and was attentive to not just my husband and I during the wedding, but to all of the guests as well. We had our ceremony and reception here, and we absolutely loved it! It's such a gorgeous venue.

We LOVED this venue for our reception! It was absolutely beautiful! Karen was awesome to work with every step of the way! My only complaint (Which is minimal) was that it got very warm in the Gollmar room with all the people. Other than that, our day was perfect.... Karen and her staff made it easy and wonderful! All of our guests just raved over it. Thank you Baraboo Arts Center for making our reception absolutely wonderful!

The Venue is amazing, lots of character and charm. There was no need to decorate as the building was all you needed. Flowers and DJ extras filled the Gollmar Room with all we needed. So many asked us "How did you find this place?". We just happened upon it and we are so glad we did. Karen and her staff were amazing to work with. From the beginning up until the next day gift opening. They know what they are doing and were the best! We had over 200 guests and there was plenty of space. Everyone was comfortable. The transition from cocktail hour, dinner to dancing went smooth. We danced the night away and had a great time. Augie's Elite Catering was our caterer and had nothing but praise for the staff and venue. They worked together so well and pulled off a great evening. If you are looking for a special spot with classic charm and character, the Gollmar Room at the Baraboo Arts Banquet & Convention Center is where you will find it. We had such a wonderful experience with the Baraboo Arts Center. We are from Chicago and were planning a "destination wedding." We thought about having our wedding outdoors, but then went to look at BAC and signed the contract that day. The space has exposed brick, wood beam ceilings, brass chandeliers, and a great back-story (this space housed the Ringling Brother's wagons over the winter where they were repaired and repainted). Karen was great to work with, very easy to get into contact with, and kept us informed on the space as our wedding drew close. The bartending staff was amazing, and made sure our signature cocktails were made to order perfectly. We even worked with Karen to pick all the alcohol for our bar. To top it off, everything was very affordable. Coming from Chicago we were quoted prices 5x's higher in the city for JUST THE SPACE. We paid a little extra in order to set up the BAC space on the Friday before the wedding and then come in to break down the space the Sunday morning after. So we basically had 3 days with staff, tables, and bar for 1/5 the price it would be in Chicago. Honestly this venue gave us the opportunity to have the wedding we always wanted. I loved it and am so glad we used BAC for our venue.
