My bridal bouquet was to die for and everything was exactly as I had pictured it. She even stayed until after our ceremony to transition some florals from the ceremony site into the reception. Highly recommended!

She was always positive, pleasant and unfailingly inspired at every turn, and I never thought I would have so much fun just thinking about boutonnieres and centerpieces! All of the floral arrangements, candles and chuppah were a dream come true - and her professionalism and ability to remain calm on our actual wedding day (even when guests knocked things over) were critical in helping me stay calm and not sweat the small stuff. Everything was wonderful and magical, and we can't thank her enough for being such a major part of that equation. I only hope to work with her again on events in the future!

She was so easy to talk to and had so many ideas. She took her time to get to know us and get a feel for what we wanted for our flowers. She showed us many examples of her work, different kinds of flowers, and by the end of our conversation she had figured it out. The best part of that first meeting, was when we began to discuss our budget. I was very worried at first because I wasn't sure if our flower budget was enough to get us the amazing arrangements she was describing. I was wrong. Barbara assured us that she could make our budget work and she did. The arrangements were STUNNING. I was (and still am) obsessed with my flowers. Barbara is extremely talented and she is, what I consider a rare gem in the world of wedding vendors. I will continue to give her all my business, we are so thankful that we found her.

Our venue was so much more darling because of Barbara and without her our wedding would have not been the same. I highly recommend Barbara, but please understand that she is a very busy woman. Be patient when communicating with her as she may not get back to you right away. BUT, she will deliver above and beyond service, creativity, and overall a genuinely wonderful person to chat with. I'm thankful to walk away with a friend and will be using her for future events!

ara back in 2016 to begin planning for my May 2018 wedding and she was so informative and pleasant. She worked with me to stay within my budget which I appreciated so much! I met with her again a week before the wedding and it was as though I was meeting an old friend for coffee. She is always happy and a pleasure to speak to. I added a few minor details last minute which she accommodated as well. My husband is very much into superheroes and I wanted to surprise him with superhero boutinnierres and Barbara made them look so lovely and sophisticated. She captured my vision in the centerpieces as well and I really could not imagine using any one else! I look forward to using Barbara for future events :D

us some samples and was very receptive to any and all thoughts we had. She gave me two options for bridesmaid bouquets with quotes and made modifications to any of the original plans (I added a flower or two to my bouquet, we had to change quantities, etc.) without issue. She was such a pleasure to deal with for the entire process, and of all of my vendors, she was the only one in whom I had full confidence. We had a huge snowstorm the day before, and she was the only vendor who reached out to me to tell me that everything on the floral end was okay (minus some vases that got stuck in NC because of the storm). The day of: the flowers were gorgeous!! Everyone loved their bouquet and the centerpieces. We originally wanted to have snow on our tables at the reception, but when the flowers were being set up the venue said that wasn't allowed, but they did their best to sneak some snow on the tables. She also worked on/set up some of the pieces we asked to have incorporated, which was great. The pew decorations looked great, too! Overall, very happy with how the flowers looked. The two types of centerpieces were all done so beautifully. The only issue was a miscommunication somehow between the venue and Barbara/her workers because my toss bouquet never made it to me, which was a shame. The venue made a makeshift one and might've used my real one for decoration. I guess I'll never know. Regardless, I'd recommend Barbara's services any day. Beautiful work, reasonable cost, great vendor to work with. Thanks for all of the positivity throughout the process and our beautiful flowers (and pinecones)!

re to work with and would recommend her to anyone as a wedding florist (in fact my friend is using her for her upcoming wedding in March 2018). Barbara created such amazing and beautiful pieces for my wedding. From the two different types of centerpieces to all the bouquets and boutonnieres — everything was PERFECT! Barabara also was so amazing leading up to the wedding and the day of. She was prompt to respond to emails and even reviewed everything with me a couple weeks out to make sure I hadn't changed my mind on any designs or flowers that I wanted. She also made me give her a bridesmaids number so that the day of she could contact them instead of me when she was delivering the flowers to the hotel. It's not until the day of the wedding that you realize how important small customer service details like that are. I never worried about the flower delivery and everything was perfectly on time! Barbara stayed through the ceremony to make sure everything was set up for the reception and that all the centerpieces looked amazing. I had wanted to use my bridesmaids bouquets to decorate our sweetheart table and Barbara was AWESOME in collecting them all from my bridesmaids and getting that set up. AGAIN another thing she took care of that I didn't have to worry about! Barbara turned our overall white wedding space into a romantic beautiful space with tons of lights and candles that we loved and set the tone for the whole night. Again, it was PERFECT!

was within my budget. She went above and beyond with little touches, like bringing extra flowers for me to put in my hair in the morning, and helping me figure out the day-of logistics. Most importantly, the flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous, and looked even better than I imagined. I highly recommend her services!

Barbara set to the majority of my ceremony and reception room; not just the beautiful bouquets and centerpieces, but all of our photos, candles, sweetheart table, momentos, memorial table, and more. I was in tears when I saw it all and it wouldn't have been possible without her! Barbara is such a pleasure to work with. She has great attention to detail and helped me envision how everything would come together for the big day. There's no doubt that our day was perfect, largely because of her. My hubby and I highly recommend her for all types of special occasions. We promise you'll be more than happy with the final product.

It was definitely one of the few things that I was not disappointed on. I couldn't have been more happier with everything she did. You literally made my day, Barbara. I love you for it! When planning our wedding, my husband and I knew we wanted to find someone who, when given a vision, had the talent and creativity to run with it and make it even more than we could have hoped for. After researching what seemed like hundred of florists, we found Barbara, who seemed to fit this to a t. This was only confirmed after meeting with her. Barbara is SO welcoming, clearly passionate about her work, excited by the opportunity to create, and just a really awesome human being. I gave her general ideas of what I wanted, and she delivered times a million! The archway for our ceremony took my breath away, her use of candlesticks, lanterns, and varied centerpieces made each table at our wedding look magical, and we are STILL hearing from guests about how beautiful the flowers were and how incredible each table looked. All of this is to say, we can't recommend Barbara enough. Reach out to her, and most importantly, TRUST HER TO DO HER JOB exceptionally well. She will put her heart and soul into her work, and the more creative space you give her, the easier that is to do. I'm sad my wedding is over (for many reasons, of course) because now I dont have regularly scheduled communication with her, but as I told her the night of our wedding, I plan to keep in touch anyway because she's simply that awesome!!

I first met with her I did not know much about flowers. She was able to offer me so many ideas and suggestions. I am very indecisive and she helped me make decisions. I wanted a vintage rustic theme with muted colors. She worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with what we decided. She was responsive to emails and easy to work with while we planned and coordinated all the final details. On the day of our wedding, October 7, 2016, I could not believe my eyes when I saw my bouquet. It completely exceeded my expectations! It was so gorgeous. She really outdid herself. We incorporated lace from my mother's wedding gown to wrap around my bouquet as my something old. She used remaining ribbon from my sash to wrap around my husband's boutonniere. She really did so much to make me so happy and her hard work was unbelievable. I still have 4 bouquets in my house that have dried out because I just loved looking at them so much. I would highly recommend Barbara Bell if you are looking for an easy going, knowledgeable, helpful, sweet, and very talented florist for great value. Barbara is the sweetest person ever and I sensed that from our first meeting. For our final consultation I was running behind our appointment time and Barbara suggested a great bar in the area I could wait while she finished up with her clients. I even had a minor meltdown over the word peach because I didn't want my flowers to be orangey and Barbara calmed me off whatever ledge I was on and assured me that whichever vision I had, she would execute. She's was so comforting in those last weeks before my wedding. I never doubted my decision of hiring Barbara -- one my easiest and best ones. The day of the wedding everyone was blown away by my flowers. The colors were so vibrant and beautiful. As I write this review, I have about 6 or 7 flower arrangements in my home, haha. I wish they could live forever because of how beautiful they were. Thank you for everything you did Barbara!

hat I had a vision. Barbara spoke to me about my thoughts, my likes, my dislikes, showed me many pictures and also looked over my wedding pinterest board. When we met and she described what she was going to do it was like she read my mind. Everything she described was exactly what I knew I wanted but couldn't bring to life myself. I seriously could not wait to see it all brought to fruition on my wedding day. Flash forward--the wedding day...all I can say is WOW!!!! Our bouquets were classy and elegant wrapped in gold ribbon. Mine had these beautiful little gold rhinestone clusters placed in it--gorgeous! The front of our sweetheart table had all of these classic/antique lanterns and the mantle behind us was filled with different sized candles. The centerpieces were magnificent gold vases filled with white flowers and more candles--gosh I wish I could truly describe the beauty that was all around. It was such a romantic, classy vibe and was EVERYTHING I WANTED. She even added cute signs around the venue such as "Welcome to the Best Day Ever" Such beautiful little touches that all of the guests and myself appreciated. Barbara truly loves what she does and IT SHOWS. She puts in 110% to make everything look exactly as you picture. I HIGHLY recommend you book her ASAP! She is the best there is and she will make your wedding day SO EXTRA SPECIAL. Thank you again Barbara

Jewish wedding. Her chuppah was the cheapest price by far (a lot of florists scamming people for money for something that doesn't cost much and florists know Jews need) and it turned out lovely. Everything else went exactly to plan, and she was fantastic the whole time. I will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know when their time comes.
