Barbara Bell Design

ing was done on time. Our florals turned out exactly as we wanted, and everything was beautiful and fresh. Barbara is also so easy to work with and accommodating. I appreciated how she made sure to always stick to our budget too. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

actly what I’d envisioned and hoped for.  Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the flowers and colors were.  Would 1000% go with Barb again!

bridesmaids, boutonnières, and wrist corsages. She was very responsive and timely and I highly recommend!

we got everything we needed. Since we didn’t have specific flowers in mind, we trusted her creativity and professional expertise to bring our vision to life and she did an amazing job! Barbara was such pleasure to work with and has such a positive vibe. She knew our venue very well which made the planning and floral design process so easy and stress free, and did an incredible job of designing simple floral arrangements that were stunning yet didn’t take away from the natural beauty of our beachside wedding venue. Our wedding day florals were absolutely gorgeous and the bouquets and flower arrangements lasted for several days after the wedding! Highly recommend Barbara Bell for any floral needs!

we got everything we needed. The first quote we received was reasonable but a bit over our budget. Barbara was more than willing to adjust things to fit within our limits, without sacrificing quality and beauty, which we truly appreciated. Barbara provided us with beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, sweetheart table flowers, and table centerpieces. Since we didn’t have specific flowers in mind, we trusted her creative instincts, and she did not disappoint. We provided her with our wedding colors and she brought our vision to life! The original plan was to use our sweetheart table flowers for the ceremony as well, but when our ceremony was unexpectedly moved indoors, the flowers were too heavy for the indoor backdrop. Barbara stepped up and added greenery to the preset indoor backdrop, completely transforming it and bringing it to life. It looked absolutely stunning thanks to her! Barbara was a joy to work with and has such a wonderful, positive vibe. We loved working with her, and she truly brought our vision for our big day to life. Highly recommend her for any floral needs!

ballroom and everything in between. Everything was perfect.

t I envisioned for the wedding. Down to every detail. When we arrived to the venue, I was really excited to meet her and just personally thank her. I would 1000% recommend Barbara Bell for anyone else's wedding.

ked me pointed questions and understood our budget without trying to push us to add on services that we didn't want - actually advising on ways to add beautiful details without going over budget. She executed my vision flawlessly, putting together a beautiful cascading bridal bouquet with lilies, roses, pops of black flowers and natural greenery. The pipe and drape that she made fit in so beautifully with our handmade centerpieces and bridesmaid's bouquets and the accent flowers she put on our cake fit with our minimalist, romantic vision. Our sweetheart table also literally took my breath away and was spacious enough for us to eat while also providing us with romantic candle light. We couldn't be happier, definitely a must have for any event!

ul experience. I had a budget for my flowers that I did not want to budge on and Barbara made all my dreams come true within my set budget. As we got closer to my wedding date, I changed my mind on a few things and Barbara & her team made it all happen no problem. Barbara is so passionate about her work too. Each phone call we had she was so excited and gave such wonderful ideas. She’s been doing this a long time and is amazing at what she does. I was so overwhelmed with how beautiful all my ceremony, reception, and bouquets were. Barbara and her team made it all happen and it all exceeded my expectations! On the night of our wedding, my husband and I just kept looking up and down our head table just in awe at how stunning it all was. Barbara even brought in beautiful floating candles as well!! Look no further for your florist!!

s, 1 extra bouquet for the Mass, 13 centerpieces, and 1 sweetheart table backdrop. Barbara executed everything perfectly. We didn’t meet in person once, but she was able to interpret the inspiration photos I sent her and particular flower requests to create lovely pieces. I will also mention that her costs were reasonably priced. Barbara is a professional in the classic sense, and I recommend her to all local brides without reservation.

ttentively to what we were looking for and surpassed our expectations. Everything was delivered on time the day of so we had nothing to stress about. We would highly recommend Barbara for any floral needs!

ly stunning. Barbara was so easy to work with and is truly so talented!

a (ok, maybe it was slightly over but it was reasonable--but this was with accounting for an extra table, bridesmaid bouquet etc. that we could drop if needed so we came out within budget at the end!). I am not a flower person AT ALL so I sent her a few inspiration photos but pretty much let her decide what flowers to use and what to do after explaining my general color scheme and vision--and wow, did she knock it out of the park! Her quote was SO detailed and organized making it so clear what we would be receiving (which was nice compared to some really vague quotes from other vendors). She was even willing to FaceTime to chat and put a face to a name after a phone consultation. Leading up to the wedding, we had a final call to go over everything. She suggested dropping one arrangement because she felt it wouldn't be necessary AND was willing to bring pipe + drape for an indoor ceremony backdrop--but charge us only if we needed it. I loved how clear and reasonable everything is with her! I'd book her again in heartbeat!

er for future brides !

ted wedding due to bad weather. Barbara adjusted on the fly, and even had a gorgeous arch in her car "just in case we needed it"... and we did! Barbara designed arrangements and bouquets that were more beautiful than I imagined. Not only did they withstand the evening, but they even lasted for more than a week afterwards! Even with all the last minute changes to our plans, Barbara calmly adjusted and worked like a ninja to get everything done. She even repurposed our ceremony flowers during the cocktail hour and created beautiful accents around the reception room. Barbara was one of our very favorite people we worked with for our wedding and would recommend her to anyone. I would never call another florist after such an amazing experience with Barbara.

ur sweetheart table. The center pieces were also exactly what we envisioned. The flower colors were also so vibrant and photographed well. Barbara also took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes and she also made sure to come up with designs that worked for our budget. I highly recommend her for a wedding, you will not be disappointment as the flower arrangements are absolutely beautiful.

beyond helpful from start to finish the the planning process, her prices are so reasonable and she is willing to work within your budget, and she puts true care and detail into all her work. If I had an idea, including adding different decor and guest flower toss boxes just a few weeks before the wedding, she handled it with ease. Booking Barbara is not just booked a florist, it is also booking a one-stop-shop wedding design curator. I never had to worry about the decor of my wedding thanks to Barbara and her team. Thank you for all your hard work, Barbara! Our dream wedding aesthetic would not have been possible without you.

our wedding when a last minute rain storm pushed our ceremony indoors, Barbara was able to pivot and transform our indoor space in an impossible amount of time. We couldn’t have been happier with Barbara and her team. Our wedding was truly a dream because of her talent.

essful, but as soon as I spoke with Barbara I knew she was the florist for me. She took the time to go through different kinds of flowers with me, and spent time going through my pinterest boards to make sure that my visions came to life. I got married at Windows on the Water, which was a venue she was familiar with, which made me even more at ease when choosing her. She was super easy to communicate with, and made everything go according the plan. The floral arrangements for the ceremony were beautiful. Barbara used the exact color palate I had in mind, and the flowers and fabric outlining the gazebo were perfect. The bouquets were also gorgeous, and we received many compliments with how well they went with the dresses. The centerpieces and all of the other florals were also perfect! Needless to say, I would highly recommend working with Barbara to any brides or other people for special occasions!

nd caring. Her work is beyond beautiful. The floral arrangements stood out and made our night the best night of our lives. She is an amazing person and very personable.

Barbara worked perfectly within my budget and did not make me feel pressured to get unnecessary extras. She was so organized, positive, and professional that she helped ease my pre wedding stress! Our flowers were so fresh that our families were able to enjoy them for long after the wedding! I can’t wait to use Barbara again for my future events!

great suggestions. The flowers she used were beautiful and it was exactly what I had envisioned. We also rented the hexagon arc from her which was stunning!

me through covid changes/restrictions to make sure the flowers were perfect for our wedding day. She really cares about how each and every flower looks on your day. I would 100% recommend Barbara to every single bride, she is truly as amazing as all her reviews says she is! I wish we could give more stars!!!

he also checked in during this crazy pandemic and reassured that the day would be beautiful and it was! Amazing person to work with!

t. she was so sweet to work with and took care of everything I envisioned my wedding to look like and then some. my bouquet was so beautiful, the tables were set so beautifully, and the entire venue was decorated so beautifully all thanks to her amazing work. I am so glad that I hired Barbara to be the florist of my wedding. if I ever need to hire a florist again she will always be my go-to. thank you so much Barbara!!!

e got nothing but compliments. She made our imagination and dreams come to life with the gorgeous flowers!

She is so personable and down to earth, and was able to completely understand what I was looking for, and she delivered. I would highly recommend Barbara Bell. The prices were very affordable as well!

day because of Barbara. (Not only florals, but she designed the space with candles, frames, and pumpkins! Upon meeting her, I knew she saw my vision, and I felt totally comfortable every time we chatted. She is so accommodating and also very knowledgeable about each type of flower, that time of year they bloom in, and what colors they come in. She even helped out by designing a few bouquets for my bridal brunch a few months back. Honestly I couldn’t be more pleased with her!!! And her staff is SO sweet, too!

and takes into account look and colors of the entire wedding. Her pricing is extremely fair and not once did I feel like she was trying to upsell me on anything. In fact, she even told me what she thought wasn’t worth extra money, which I really appreciated. Not only did Barbara carry out my vision, she knew what I wanted more than I knew what I wanted and brought that to life. I highly recommend Barbara Bell! THANK YOU!!

slight Halloween undertones that we were going for, and our flowers and reception decor were beyond my expectations and simply stunning. My bouquet was so unique looking with these velvet looking roses.... I was in love with it! And the way she decorated my black wedding cake brought it all to the next level. It was all so gorgeous and everyone was complimenting the flowers and decor, even weeks after our wedding. We also had to use LED candles for our tent and she had awesome ones that looked like the real thing in these beautiful candelabras. Barbara herself is an incredible person to work with and my favorite vendor I worked with. She helped me a lot with deciding on decor items for our tables, and had great ideas to incorporate the things I wanted and work around things I couldn’t change (like the silver chairs we were stuck with when I wanted everything to be black and gold) She made them look great by mixing metallics in the decor and everything blended together and looked like the vision I had wanted. She guided me in the last minute details which I appreciated because I was getting exhausted by the end and making decisions was getting difficult for me. She’s genuinely a great person and cares deeply about what she does. It shows through her high quality work and I highly recommend her! Thank you Barbara!!

ding me with expert concepts and designs that went beyond what I could’ve fathomed. Her pricing was extremely fair and she was wonderful to work with. I’ll be using her for any of my floral needs in the future!

whole room beautifully! Thank you Barbara!!

that she was able to make that vision come alive. She exceeded my expectations and I was blown away when I saw our flowers on our wedding day. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable! She will work with you to make your vision come to life! Very honest and reliable! We would highly recommend Barbara Bell!

ng requests. The day of the wedding, she paid attention to every setup detail and made our wedding vision a reality. She turned our venue into a romantic, elegant and natural environment with a realm of beautiful mixed eucalyptus and a variety of bountiful gorgeous florals. My bridal bouquet was to die for and everything was exactly as I had pictured it. She even stayed until after our ceremony to transition some florals from the ceremony site into the reception. Highly recommended!

r attention to detail is just a wonder! She is the BEST and I highly recommend her talents! When you talk with her you know she loves what she does, she works so closely with you, with your budget, style, and makes the most awesome suggestions that just make your wedding come to life!! The biggest compliment I can give her is that it has been almost a month since the wedding and I have to say yes everyone comments about the bride, the food, what a great place the wedding was at--but the BIGGEST Compliment always is those FLOWERS are simply the MOST BEAUTIFUL we have ever seen! Thank you Barbara you made my daughter's wedding something we will always remember!

with me and helped make my vision a reality. She went well over and above what I expected. I was seriously amazed when I first saw all the beautiful wildflowers in the centerpieces and bouquets and saw the beautiful arrangements around the venue and in our ceremony space. Her attention to detail is amazing. HIGHLY recommend!

riends have used her for their weddings and all of them have such great things to say about her. I am so happy she was apart of my special day. She made my vision come to life - she is beyond talented!!!! !!

she constantly made the whole process so comfortable, easy, fun and whimsical for me. I loved all of our wedding vendors, but Barbara was probably my favorite to work with. She was always positive, pleasant and unfailingly inspired at every turn, and I never thought I would have so much fun just thinking about boutonnieres and centerpieces! All of the floral arrangements, candles and chuppah were a dream come true - and her professionalism and ability to remain calm on our actual wedding day (even when guests knocked things over) were critical in helping me stay calm and not sweat the small stuff. Everything was wonderful and magical, and we can't thank her enough for being such a major part of that equation. I only hope to work with her again on events in the future!

mpletely transformed the reception space into a beautiful, dramatic, candle lit atmosphere that was perfect for my phantom of the opera theme. I can’t wait to work with her again in the future for all of my flower needs.

budget.

ked at photos together to make sure the flowers were exactly what I wanted. The day of the wedding, when the flowers were delivered... my jaw dropped. They were beautiful. I loved them instantly!!! So professional, communicative, and even let me ship some decorations to her house for the wedding set up. I wish I could attach a photo, they were so lovely. Thank you Barbara!!!

knew about where they were finding our vendors and we are so happy that we did. That is how we were put into contact with Barbara. What a kind and warm person. Her energy is fantastic and from our very first meeting with her, we were beyond thrilled. She was so easy to talk to and had so many ideas. She took her time to get to know us and get a feel for what we wanted for our flowers. She showed us many examples of her work, different kinds of flowers, and by the end of our conversation she had figured it out. The best part of that first meeting, was when we began to discuss our budget. I was very worried at first because I wasn't sure if our flower budget was enough to get us the amazing arrangements she was describing. I was wrong. Barbara assured us that she could make our budget work and she did. The arrangements were STUNNING. I was (and still am) obsessed with my flowers. Barbara is extremely talented and she is, what I consider a rare gem in the world of wedding vendors. I will continue to give her all my business, we are so thankful that we found her.

erpieces. I received so many compliments on the beautiful arrangements, and she nailed the look I wanted.
