the day of my wedding, I had sent to her house (she agreed I could do). She didn’t make any effort to replace them so that my guests could have water, just said that she would mail them to my home later. They cost me $100 and did not serve the purpose they were intended, so I had no water or fans for my wedding. She then got lost on the way to the venue she says she has married tons of people prior to my wedding. While I was getting ready, she had her 12 year old talking "professional pictures" of me and my bridesmaids. As kind and sweet as her daughter was, I felt this was not a very professional move on their part. Also they offer a live showing of my wedding online for friends and family back home to see, that stopped working right when I reached the alter. (big waste) I have not been refunded for that and will not likely see any refund for any of the mistakes damaging to making my “big day” what it should have been. Afterward her husband/partner has the nerve to get snippy with me. I had/have been overly nice, even after my whole day was ruined by these people. Don't do it! They can take decent pictures but I would not recommend them to help you get married. The last thing you need to worry about on your wedding day is if they people you hired can do their job. I wasted a lot of hard earned money on them and I am so upset.
