We hired Paulina as our day-of coordinator, and we truly couldn’t have imagined our wedding day without her! Our venue required us to have our own personal day-of coordinator, so we began searching for someone professional who could help guide us through the process since we have never planned a wedding before. We had no idea what the day consisted of until she walked us through it which was so very helpful.
From the beginning to the end of our wedding day, she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and thorough. She took the time to understand our vision and helped bring it to life in ways that made the day feel so personal and special to us.
Our wedding day was naturally hectic like all normal weddings, things were a bit delayed and didn't go as we planned originally but having Paulina there allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment with our guests instead of worrying about all the little details. She asked the right questions, anticipated things we hadn’t even thought about, and made everything feel so easy.
We also chose to have Paulina coordinate our rehearsal dinner as well because we wanted our entire wedding party to meet her and feel comfortable with her before the big day. It made such a difference knowing that everyone knew who to go to if they needed anything and that we had someone we trusted there to help everything run smoothly.
We are so grateful we found Paulina and had her by our side throughout the entire experience. Having her there gave us the opportunity to simply enjoy our wedding day and make memories that we’ll cherish forever. My name is Paulina Gomez-Barbone – I am the founder and creative force behind Barbone Haus. My journey into event planning and graphic design began through my corporate career and planning my own milestone celebrations, where I discovered my passion for creating memorable experiences.
As an expat child, I grew up between Mexico City, Mexico, and Auburn Hills, Michigan, giving me a unique multicultural perspective. After marrying my husband Steven, we settled in the Livonia area and welcomed two daughters, Sofia and Alexandra. These three incredible people are my daily inspiration and the driving force behind Barbone Haus, which now serves clients across Michigan and nationwide.
My extensive background in corporate and nonprofit event planning, combined with graphic design expertise and formal industry training, enables me to deliver seamless projects from concept to completion. I'm committed to going above and beyond for every client—by the end of our journey together, you truly become part of the Barbone Haus family.
