We received rave reviews from guests on the signature cocktails we picked and were able to have what felt like a full bar due to the additional mixers they have available (think manhattans and old fashions instead of the standard rum and coke and vodka soda). Their beer and wine selections are unique and we had fun researching each to help us pick what we wanted. Sam, the catering manager was very flexible and easy going which was great. I was working 10-12 hour days leading up to the night before we had to leave for our wedding and knowing Sam was handling things with our wedding planner, it was one thing I felt I did not have to worry about. We even upped our bar package a week before and it was no problem to adjust. I would highly recommend using Barcon. We could not be happier with our decision to use them.
