From booking, to trial, to wedding day - Alexandra was so sweet, helpful, and professional! Booking her for my wedding day hair was the best decision and I’m so grateful!

--it was exactly what I needed the morning I got ready. I got married on July 13, 2024 on a super hot day in Philly, but my hair held all day and Alexandra gave me a helpful touch-up bag that came in handy after I removed a headpiece from an outfit change. A verbatim quote from one of my friends after they saw sweaty dancing photos from the reception: "No one's hair has ever looked as good as your hair looks in this picture." I chose to have my wedding party get ready at Alexandra's salon, which was hands down one of the best decisions I made for the wedding. I really didn't want to get ready in a hotel room (I've sat on the edge of a bathtub too many times as part of a wedding party lol) and the salon was just perfect--it's gorgeous, well-lit (super helpful for me and everyone getting HMU done to see the progress and ask for tweaks), and there was ample space for myself, 5 bridesmaids, 2 moms, 1 planner, and 4 hair and makeup artists. Alexandra even had a professional steamer for the bridesmaids' dresses! She was super flexible when I made a last minute decision to go with a slightly different hairstyle from what we had done during the trial. And she was always communicative/responsive. Alexandra is truly the best!!

keup and she made it feel really seamless as numbers fluctuated throughout the planning process. I brought my Mom with me for my trial and Alexandra was so nice. Her studio was gorgeous and it was such a fun experience. Although I loved my trial look, we went with something a little bit different on the wedding day. I had full confidence Alexandra understood my vision and she completely exceeded any expectation. She was also super patient as we went back and forth on options that morning. Curls typically fall out of my hair, but they instead lasted all day/night outside during a heat wave. It was the best experience working with Alexandra and her team. The group looked amazing and I wouldn’t have changed a single thing about my hair. It was perfection. I can’t recommend working with her enough!!

ce. From my clean low bridal bun to my sister’s half up-do and beyond, she did an amazing job and we could not have been happier. My hair stayed perfectly in place the entire day / night and held up through a warm summer day with an outdoor rooftop reception. Not only is Alexandra extremely talented, but she is also so sweet and a calming presence. When the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel half an hour into styling, she handled it like a pro and still finished everyone’s hair on time once we were able to get back inside. something I'd worn in the past as a bridesmaid. She was totally right — the ponytail was it! I then went back for a second trial to perfect the pony. Alexandra was extremely patient, kind, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. (My mom and aunt were present throughout both trials and raved about how wonderful Alexandra was.) On the day of, she made sure I absolutely loved my hair, and the style stayed put all night long. Plus, her studio is so cute!!!! I went with a fully down blown out look which is always a bit of a risk, but it stayed perfectly throughout the whole night even with a change in the weather and a lot of dancing. You absolutely should hire her for your wedding day!

Everybody was in awe of how my hair was so wavy, but didn’t feel stiff at all and was still so flowy with the amount of products in it! I felt like a beautiful princess all night. She also did a few of my bridesmaids hairs, which none of them budged all night! Book her, you will NOT regret it!

My amazing stylist Kat understood exactly what my hair goals were at my trial appointment, and really showed out on my wedding day. the only reason she couldn't achieve the look was because it wasn't blown dry. The day of the wedding it was blown dry and she was still unable to achieve the look I asked for. Not only did she not achieve the look it did not hold up. Barely held up past the ceremony. Extremely disappointed in the results, especially for the price point. I can not recommend this artist for anyone who would like a braided updo hair style.

because I really wanted the old Hollywood glam waves and there were lots of great examples in her portfolio. I first met the owner, Alexandra, in Aug for a trial at her beautiful studio near center city and was very quickly reassured that the decision to book with her was the right one! In the days leading up to the wedding, Alexandra confirmed how many girls required services and even made a timeline (which as a planner, I was very appreciative of). My bridal hair came out even dreamier than the trial, and all of my bridesmaids were equally as thrilled with theirs!

I was so confident in her ability that I asked if she would be able to do my hair for our rehearsal dinner as well, without ever have even trying a party pony before. She absolutely crushed it! On the wedding day, all of my bridesmaids loved her and her assistant Cat too, and all loved their hair! I think that really speaks to the versatility of her skill, as everyone had different styles. I was so confident that ultimately I knew that no matter what I decided Alexandra would execute it amazingly - and she totally did. The rest of the wedding party looked incredible too. One of best parts about Alexandra is she has a knack of getting to know her brides and understand their vibe, personality, etc. She is a true professional and an absolute gem.

curl never lasts on her hair more than 5 minutes and she managed to make her curls stay all night!! My hair is usually hard to stay straight because its so curly and she managed to achieve my vision and have it perfectly stay straight and frizz-free all night! She arrived on time and was always prepared and it was a blast having her as part of my vendor team <3
