Barefoot Minded

When we found out we could make our dream a reality and get married in Maui we knew one thing was for sure, we wanted a live band. Barefoot Minded was everything we were looking for in our wedding; instruments, live, and Hawaiian. They were so laid back and easy to work with and played the songs that we wanted to capture the moment of the day.

We were SO HAPPY that we chose Barefoot Minded to be a part of our wedding :) We had Oren and Junior play for our ceremony and our cocktail hour and they did such an amazing job! They truly live and represent the spirit of Aloha in everything they do. Not only were they extremely professional throughout the planning process (we told them what we wanted and they delivered everything seamlessly) but their music is a perfect complement to any Hawaii wedding. My wife wanted traditional music during our processional - all I can remember is seeing her walk down the aisle, the ocean waves crashing behind us and hearing this perfect island rendition of Pachabel's Canon. It brought tears to my eyes. Our cocktail hour was equally amazing. Barefoot Minded pivoted perfectly to for our 1.5 hour cocktail hour to play awesome, upbeat, beachy songs for our guests to enjoy the epic Maui sunset. Our guests LOVED Barefoot Minded, couldn't get enough of them and are still talking about how talented they were. Our wedding would not have been the same without Oren and Junior's energy, love and beautiful music. I love these guys and I know you will too :)

I can't brag more about what a good job barefoot minded did at my wedding. All of my guests were super impressed! They did an amazing job on the songs we picked for walking down the isle. They set up and did them acoustically, which gave a atmosphere/ vibe to start my wedding I loved. Everyone's approached me and told me how much fun the live music was. They also picked a DJ for me that kept us dancing late into the night. All of them were always smiling and just adding fun to our wedding. It was a destination wedding for me and Oren was great about communication via email and making me feel secure in my choice. I can't say enough good things. The live singing part and the DJ both were exactly what I wanted. Completely recommend them.

Barefoot minded completed our magical wedding night. They were absolutely perfect. Their cool island style vibe and music was exactly what we needed and wanted for our New Years Maui wedding reception....Even now, after our reception, we listen to their music non stop! We've downloaded their CDs on iTunes and searched all over you tube...their music brings a permanent smile to your face.... Obviously, I highly recommend barefoot minded. Also, for all you other brides, they were very accommodating and quick to reply to emails and phone calls. We live on the mainland so I was worried about how the communication was going to be at first but of course, it was extremely professional. I dealt mostly with Oren and each and every time he made me feel at ease! If you're having a Maui wedding, these guys are a no brainer! Use them!
