We offer a range of services to accommodate the individual lifestyles and needs of each couple. With over a decade of experience planning weddings, galas, showers, fundraisers, golf outings and conferences, we've practically seen and done it all.

*If you already have many of the details planned, but need some assistance finding reliable, appropriately priced vendors and to piece together all of your ideas now through your big day - - - you can count on us.

From our initial talks, to creating our wedding timeline and itinerary, to helping coordinate what favors we wanted, and taking care of all of our printing needs for signage, she was there. Our rehearsal was so smooth because of her direction. The ballroom space, cocktail hour, and outdoor space was decorated perfectly because of her expertise. After we met a couple times prior to the wedding (always working around our schedules) I felt safe putting my day-of responsibilities and timelines in her hands, and everything went literally perfectly! She did a beautiful job setting up our decorations, coordinated w/ all of our other vendors seamlessly, and supported our friends & family in getting to where they needed to be, when they needed to be there.
With her assistance, logistics, were a breeze, and I was really able to focus entirely on our wedding day. 100/10 stars!!

Thank goodness we had Kaitlin come to our rehearsal because she took charge and made sure everybody knew what to do. I hired her to be a day coordinator to do decorating only, but she was much more than that. it. We were so lucky to be able to execute our wedding, which was a complete replan in just 7 weeks. Barefoot to Bowtie was very attentive to detail down to who is lighting the candles at the reception - I'm detailed oriented but it was one of those small things I hadn't even considered. Kaitlin also advised on timeline, wedding etiquette, helped us execute and was waiting at the end of our beach side ceremony with a smile (and a cocktail!). It was refreshing to just be able to enjoy our day with our bridesmaids and groomsmen and just go to bed as a married couple without having to supervise set up, unpack and repack items. Everything was delivered in our organized totes back to us by the morning.
