provided plenty of options for him to pick from. He was able to try on a number of styles and we never felt rushed through our appointment. He ended up with a very cool gold band that went through a special firing process so it's a little wavy.
For my band I was a little more indecisive (again, they were so patient!). I wanted to take advantage of the unique designs and gemstones that Bario Neal is known for so I ended up doing a custom design of a curved band. They were able to make the curve custom to my engagement ring (which wasn't purchased at Bario). The process was great - they did have to hold onto my engagement ring for a few weeks, but they created a 3D silicone mold of the wedding band for me to try before they created the final product.
We also added a couple of different sapphires to my band (sapphire is both of our birthstones AND we got married in September), which really made the design special.
All in all: a great experience, high quality jewelry at a fair price, and beautiful designs.

They were never ever even the least bit pushy. We picked out a gorgeous ring that I am obsessed with to this day. Bario also created a custom necklace for me made from an heirloom family diamond, and Taylor did an incredible job bringing my vision to life. We went back again to get our wedding bands, and they made the process professional and easy every step of the way. It feels good to know that we used a local, women-owned business that sources ethically - especially when we're talking about a large purchase that will follow us through the rest of our lives. We could not be more thrilled with Bario Neal and would highly recommend them.

Naomi and Taylor helped me with getting a slight custom change made for my ring, and Taylor was flexible with arranging my pickup for a time that was convenient for me. Neal totally fit the bill - they have absolutely stunning rings and their ethical practices and activism made us so confident that we were putting our money where we wanted it!! We went to their store to pick out and order our rings, and the staff was very pleasant and patient. There was a miscommunication with the rings we ordered and they were incredibly responsive in communicating with us and they did everything possible to fix the situation quickly. a while (so don't leave it til the last minute), and they only ship on Tuesdays (which meant that I had to overnight mine)... and given that they knew my wedding date, it made me a little nervous that they didn't message me the week before to let me know that things were being cut close and to suggest that I use an overnight shipping method. I don't know what this kind of jewelry should typically cost, but from what I hear this ring was about average/slightly expensive - but it's beautiful and I love it so much, so it was worth every penny.
