Say 'I do' in front of a landscape of rolling hills and a seemingly never-ending sky, painted with clouds. An expansive, covered porch with an outdoor fireplace is the ideal place for a lively cocktail hour or a divine dinner. Inside, two large barn doors allow a flood of natural light during the day and dimmable lighting sets the mood as night falls. Exposed wooden columns and beams enhance the comfort and warmth of the space. Its neutral color palette allows you to transform the room to reflect your style and personality. Barn at Fraser Hill can host wedding ceremonies and receptions of up to 150 guests on their 58-acre property. They have a flexible variety of options including indoor, outdoor, or tented events. In order to provide assistance for your big day, an event manager will be on-site for the duration of your event. Get-ready rooms offer the opportunity to complete final preparations before walking down the aisle. This venue can accommodate religious and non-religious ceremonies, intimate elopements, vow renewals, and civil unions, among other types of nuptials. Conveniently located just outside of downtown Boone, there are a variety of nearby hotels for a comfortable night's sleep. Y'all. When I say that these folks go above and beyond, I mean it 10000%. My husband and I got married this past January in what was probably the most chaotic weekend of my entire life, and the staff here were SUCH a blessing. We weren't even planning on getting married here - the day before our wedding, we found that nobody in our wedding party could safely get up to our initial venue due to the immense amount of snow & ice that the Boone area had just gotten. We were scrambling, had 0 prospects, and were planning on just pivoting to the Boone Greenway - our coordinators (2 very dear and *very* talented friends of mine) were calling every vendor and rental company that had yet to close for the evening. Eventually (right before our rehearsal dinner since the show must go on), through a crazy turn of events and through the sheer grace of the Lord, our coordinators pulled us aside and told us that staff at Fraser Hill had called them back and said we can use their venue space. The owner of the property came back from a trip to Tennessee *early* so he could scrape all the ice off the venue road for us. Staff was there to show us the property, help us move our plans over, and were out there with our friends and family cleaning up the ceremony space in the hours leading up to the wedding. And oh man, it was beautiful. This is such a beautiful venue (on a Christmas tree farm!!!) with such incredible staff - they were so accommodating and so easy to work with! There was a bridal suite and a groom suite, and with our guest count (~70) the reception space was the PERFECT size for an intimate feel. Despite all the chaos, it was such a beautiful day and was what my heart needed. I cannot recommend them enough - without them, their flexibility, and their willingness to jump into new plans with us, we may not have even been able to get married that day. The snow in the Christmas trees was gorgeous, everybody was so kind, it is only 10 minutes from downtown Boone, and it was the perfect size for us!

The most perfect venue. It was the perfect size for our 95 person wedding (would be perfect for more or less). Secluded but so close to Boone it was extremely convenient while still feeling in our own world. All our friends commented on how beautiful and perfect the venue was. Barn at Fraser Hill has all the amenities you need for the perfect wedding- a beautiful lawn for the ceremony, covered patio with heater and fire place for dinner, and closed in barn for the dance portion. There are also beautiful bathrooms and a bridal sweet. We also rented out the perfect studio in the barn which allows for the couple or family to stay the night on the property. Many friends were able to rent airbnbs within walking distance of the venue. Austin and her team were so accommodating and so easy to work with. They were extremely responsive and allowed 30 of our closest friends to camp on the venue which made the night even more perfect. She talked with our other vendors which made things so easy for us. We also got to have a brunch at the venue Sunday morning. I couldn’t say enough good things about the venue or Austin. We would have our wedding there 100 times over.

The Barn at Fraser Hill was the most magical venue. We got married above the barn, had cocktail hour in the barn, and reception under the porch area. The sun was going down over the mountains and created a spectacular view for us and our guests. The venue had even installed a heater in case of cooler weather. Austin was very responsive and detailed with ALL the questions I had. Would recommend this venue 110%!

Barn at Fraser Hill was an amazing venue for our wedding! The venue itself was beautiful, clean, and affordable. However, what put them above and beyond was the owner, Austin. She was always willing to let us visit the venue for planning purposes as long as there wasn't an event going on. She responded quickly to all emails I sent with questions. The venue is just a venue meaning that you have to find your own rentals but there are several options in the area and when we toured the barn they even provided us with a list of recommendations including contact information to make it easy.

These guys were incredibly helpful. They were super flexible with the whole weekend, allowed for use of their farm for some gorgeous pictures, and really loved everything they had. Highly recommend.

The absolute best venue we could have asked for. Extremely well priced, stunning view, cute lights, indoor and outdoor space. Not to mention the staff is so kind and responsive. When the sun set on our wedding night and the sky changed over the mountains my jaw dropped. Highly recommend!!!

The Barn at Fraser Hill is THE most incredible venue to have a mountain wedding! It is a family owned business by Austin & Barrette on a stunning Christmas tree farm. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about the team! They are incredibly thoughtful, professional, and quick to respond. The venue is pristine, intimate, and breathtaking. The Barn at Fraser Hill is located less than 10 minutes away from the main downtown area in Boone, but just enough off the beaten path that you and your guests feel so special, like you have the whole mountain area to yourself. There is a gorgeous bridal suite with two bathrooms that the family keeps adding to with luxurious velvet/suede furniture, ornate mirrors, and magical Edison bulb lighting. My bridesmaids and I felt so relaxed and enjoyed some champagne on the bar cart as we took pictures and got our hair & makeup done. You also have a large gravel lot right beside the venue that provides easy access for about 80 cars to park which, was so helpful for my husband's grandmother not having to walk far. It is the most comfortable wedding space and there is a lot of attention to detail. The best part is knowing you are well-taken care of and in good hands with this amazing family. Austin & Barrette, thank you for making my husband and I feel so special and loved! It was the wedding of our dreams and something I will cherish forever. The Boone Mountains have captured our hearts and we are so grateful for your hospitality. We cannot wait to make a trip up there again to pick our family Christmas tree as a newly married couple and adventure to some of the breweries!

We rented the Barn at Fraser Hill for our daughter’s wedding in June 2021. Austin, the owner, was very quick to reply by text, email, and phone if we had any questions, and was very accommodating with what we requested in a timely manner. The venue was new and clean with a beautiful bride’s room! At the time of this review, a kitchen was not present, but we knew that upfront and really didn’t need one given our reception food choices. Thank you, Barn at Fraser Hill, for a beautiful backdrop to our day!
