As the venue is beautiful and my wedding was wonderful, it would have been better if Carolyn was not there. Contrary to her promise, she was the only person that added stress to my day.

r on himself right before walking down the aisle only to tell me after that it was OK and he was dry.
It was not an overly hot day, however, the barn is only cooled by large industrial fans with only the bar in the back room having A/C which led to a lot of guests to want to stand in there.
As it was time for the dance floor to open up, they moved only a few tables making it too small to accommodate 120 guests and when we asked if we could move a few more tables to make a bigger space for dancing it was a big ordeal and we felt as though we were asking a lot.
The bartenders were great, the help was great, especially Jane/Jay? She made us feel so special and attended to.
It is unfortunate to say that and the end of all of this, I just feel scammed. Even a groomsmen had to ask me who Carolyn was and why she was there making everything more stressful for everyone throughout the day.
Thankfully, everyone at my wedding made the day perfect and special, but I can't understand why of all people, the owner of the venue was the one to give me this negative remembrance of the day.

't delay the ceremony. A bridesmaid asked me to let you know that everything was good with the spilled beer and we could begin your ceremony. We can air condition the entire barn, however, you lose the feel of the open / outdoor venue vibe, which you wanted. As far as the dance floor, I was not there, however, the staff accommodated your request and when I checked in with you later in the evening, everything was great! Regarding the groomsmen that said I added more stress....unfortunately I am the bad guy when I ask them to put away outside alcohol, as we have a liquor license and it is against the law for carrying in liquor.

We love that the whole venue seemed âopenâ with the barn doors remaining open to the outdoor cocktail area, and the indoor lounge connecting to the main area. I also canât stress enough how helpful the vendor suggestions were - it gives you a great starting point for any budget. arolyn and her staff run a very tight ship with unmatched attention to every detail throughout the entire day, and very flexible and accommodating, leaving us with nothing to worry about! She is super organized and very happy to recommend photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, etc. to help you maximize your budget at every turn. She is also very fast and efficient with communication and answering whatever questions you might have before the big day. She holds several open houses each season so you can come to get another look at how things are set up and take pics of the decorations she has to offer, sooo helpful. garage doors is bright and airy in the daytime and cozy at night, perfect for celebrating on the dance floor.
Our outside ceremony was spectacularly beautiful as was the flow from the cocktail hour outside straight to the reception in the barn. Her staff helped guide our guests so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The shuttle from the parking lot down the road to the barn went as often as my guests needed and nobody was left stranded or waiting.
I wish I could give TBP 10 stars. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Carolyn and her staff were wonderful and the barn was top notch stunning.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the Barn at Trinity Peak. We attended a summer family wedding there and to begin, the place is very nice looking, but they have a huge problem keeping their guests comfortable and cool.

summer wedding, the temperatures were higher, and they offered no air conditioning in the main barn where all the guests sat for dinner and dancing. When asked, they said that the barn fans would cool the venue, but that was definitely not the case!! It was hot and sticky, which made it difficult to enjoy. A few fans circulating in that size facility, does not work, it just moves the hot air around. In addition, they closed the large barn door at approx. 9:00 p.m., making it more miserable inside.
They have one room in back away from the main hall that is air conditioned, but that is away from all of the activity and festivities.
So please beware, that barn fans do not cool the barn down, and it does make for a very uncomfortable experience for your guests:(

se the days when the conditions are not ideal to learn and take the opportunity to prepare for future days with extreme weather. We have recently added extra air conditioning aside from that in the bar room and also heating for colder days at the beginning and end of our season to make sure your special day is perfect for the wedding party and the guests, a feature that most barns do not have (especially not authentic dairy barns like ours). Unfortunately, we have to close the barn door out of respect for our neighbors when the DJs decide that having the door shut is better than turning the music down, but we are all excited for the arrival of our new glass barn doors which will help open up the room even when the doors are shut. Also, we have extended the time from 9 to 10 when the doors will be shut if the DJ decides this. While we would love to be able to completely control the temperature inside our barn, the changes we would need to make would take away the authentic, rustic feel that our brides come for and give it the atmosphere of a modern structure built to just "pass" as a true Wisconsin dairy barn; that is something we cannot settle for. Although your first experience may not have been ideal, we hope that you come again for another wedding and that our improvements change your opinion about our venue.

The amenities at the Barn were very clean and they have very unique silo bathrooms (a hit with the guests) and ample amount of indoor and outdoor space. There were many added benefits of the Barn including table decorations, cake table arrangements, seating chart holders, and many others. Carolyn was very quick to respond to emails, reassure everything would be great on our wedding day and very personable as she even checked in on non-wedding events leading up to our day. I could not have asked for a more perfect day as Carolyn and the staff were attentive to our needs throughout the entire day from getting ready to the end of our reception. I would highly recommend the Barn at Trinity Peak for anyone looking for a beautiful venue!

We loved the personal touches we could add that complimented the gorgeous things they already had. Our pictures turned out better than imagined and we got endless compliments from guests on what a unique and beautiful venue we chose. The Barn at Trinity Peak was overall a nice venue. Our ceremony ended up being indoors which was not exactly what we were hoping for. We rented the grounds for a rehearsal, only to find out we were not allowed to go inside the barn because it...
was already set for a wedding happening the next day. We wanted to rehearse inside as poor weather was expected for our wedding day. Carolyn added a bit of unnecessary stress moments before the ceremony was going to start after one of her employee opened a door which caused a shade to bend, caused by backdraft of air after she opened windows. The venue only seats 160 +/head table (on the main barn floor, we sat 10 guests per table) if you choose to do a buffet style dinner. That information was not clear to us until only a few weeks before ceremony. Because our guests needed to sit in the barn for the ceremony, the aisle was not wide enough for three people to talk down at once (bride was walking with both parents). Overall, we and guests had a fun night, we just wished we knew a bit more about the venue, prior to booking.

The Barn at Trinity Peak is spacious, providing a lot of roaming room for guests. We had about 115 guests and a full band; we had plenty of room for a dancing and celebrating. After I moved back to WI in 2013 I totally renovated my 1800 dairy barn transforming the space into what is now known as Barn at Trinity Peak. From its southern yellow pine plank floors and stunning, vaulted ceilings to its prized stucco silo restrooms, Barn at Trinity Peak oozes nostalgia â plus, itâs incredibly Instagrammable. I have been in the event business for over 30 years. We are as hands-on as you want us to be. We assist with set-up, all tear down and include day-of coordination. We provide an stress-fee day. In the free time I like to spend time with my dog, Olive.
