Cannot say enough good things about Barnes Photography! Doug is so easy to communicate with, gets back to you quickly, is super talented and is very easy and fun to be around! We made a custom package and it was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. Our engagement and wedding pictures came out beautiful and were sent to us within a week of the wedding! We had so much fun at our wedding and the pictures they captured really showed that. Doug did our wedding and our engagement pictures. He is very professional and loves what he does. Our engagement photo shoot was incredible, he knew exactly where to go and what time to get the best light and the best view. At our wedding, Doug, was incredible. He was able to capture moments that we would have never seen. We are now able to look back and enjoy our day all over again just by looking at all he has captured with his cameras. All work aside, Doug is also wonderful to work with. We highly recommend Barnes Photography.

Doug took a free engagement shoot to meet us beforehand, which was something he really did not have to do. They were amazing. We are very impressed with him. Very down to earth, and listened to our needs, and what we specifically wanted. He even made his own game-time decision when I confused everyone about where to go after the ceremony! He took all the important pics and beyond! While we were busy he was going around taking pictures of guests, and my decorations. We are very pleased!! Would definitely recommend and hire again. :)

Doug was just fabulous as our photographer during our recent wedding. His attitude and demeanor put us completely at ease, and the photos came out STUNNING! He really knows what he's doing, and we got along with him and his wife so well. We also had a gap between our ceremony and reception, which was perfect because we were able to get a beautiful set of posed photos, and it gave us some time to just relax during the busy day. I have no reservations recommending Doug for wedding photography whatsoever. He's great!

Doug (together with his wife) were absolutely fabulous during our wedding. His prices were very reasonable, and the service that he provided was incredibly personal and extremely high quality. Him and Lauren worked tirelessly during the entire 8+ hour day, and he delivered a staggering number of photos to us edited within just over a week of the wedding. All of our family and friends cannot stop talking about how great all the photos came out. You could not go wrong hiring Doug, and I would be happy to use him again if we have the need! Thanks Doug!

Doug was the photographer for our wedding on 9/23/2017 and we are absolutely thrilled with his work. The pictures are gorgeous, and he has a keen eye for capturing special candid moments. Doug did the engagement photos and wedding photos for my daughter and son in laws wedding. He did an amazing job and captured who the two of them are. He had great ideas and listened to our ideas. I would recommend Doug as a photographer to anyone! My husband and I are not originally from the area and wanted a photographer that knew the area. After talking to Doug on the phone, we decided to hire him and we could not be more pleased with both our engagement photos and wedding photos. We've had so many people compliment us on our photos and how our photographers (Doug's lovely wife also assisted on our wedding day) really captured us. I'm pretty much the most awkward person ever when my photo is being taken so I really appreciate it when a photographer can make me feel (...and look) not so awkward. On top of that, poor Doug ended up in a boot but it didn't seem to slow him down a bit! I'm so happy he was able to take pre wedding photos of both sides of the wedding party. Doug and his wife had some great ideas for photos but definitely went along with what was happening throughout the day (I never realized how much until I saw the groomsmen photos...they're amazing). We also hired Doug to stay an extra hour and photograph more of the reception and I'm so glad we did-we got some of the most amazing memories captured and Doug and his wife captured all the love and all of the craziness of our family and friends. Glad we didn't scare them away. Finally-my sister-in-law had a photo book made for us for a wedding gift and it is incredible. It is so well done and I look through it often. Doug even took the time to incorporate our reading (I have no idea how he remembered) and it so special. If you're looking for a fantastic wedding photographer I highly, highly recommend Barnes Photography.

We had Doug for our engagement photos and wedding. We were so happy with our choice! He was with us getting ready all the way to the send-off. The day of the wedding he was never in the way, but managed to capture every moment! The packages he offers are very well priced and a great value.

Doug was the photographer for our engagement and wedding. Everything came out great! He had great ideas for background scenery, the lighting, and really tried to capture the spirit of the day. He was very easy going, listened to any ideas you had, and I'd definitely choose him as a photographer again.

I've hired Doug for engagement, wedding, and a nature shoot with my 6 month old daughter. He is amazing - very easy to get along with and always takes my crazy ideas and turns them into an amazing reality. Doug was AMAZING with our engagement session and our entire wedding! He truly has great talent and knows his equipment well. Doug was absolutely amazing! He was so responsive and easy to work with. After he did our engagement photos, we were so excited to have him take pictures of our wedding. He showed up early and got right to work without us having to say anything at all. He and his wife were a great team and my entire bridal party truly enjoyed having them there. They were so fun and helped relax this jittery bride as we all got ready. They were so great during our ceremony, capturing some great pictures without being intrusive in any way. Some guests commented that they didn't even notice them because they were so considerate of them as they worked. They were so easy and laid back that it was like having two friends take our pictures. Anybody who's looking for a stress-free experience, Doug is definitely the way to go. He exceeded any expectations we had and we were so thrilled to work with him on our big day!

Doug covered our wedding and he did an amazing job. He also did an engagement session for us that was fantastic. We weren't from the area so he had a lot of great suggestions for the engagement shoot and the pictures came out wonderful. He managed to wrangle an unorthodox wedding at a state park and a reception in tight quarters and the pictures have garnered so many compliments over the years. Very friendly, creative, and a genuine pleasure to work with during what could've otherwise been a stressful piece of a busy and very important day. I really cannot recommend Doug enough. If you want excellent photos without having to do a lot of hand-holding, Doug is the way to go.
