Who We Are & Why You Should Choose Us:
In 2020, Jana initiated this delectable journey, drawing inspiration from her passion for creating desserts and sweets since her teenage years in 1982. Her love for sweetening life's moments began when she crafted her first wedding cake in 2008 for a family friend. Since then, Jana has poured her heart into making everyday and special days sweeter for everyone.
To this day, Jana trains her team with Barnett Sweet's core values—infusing every cake decoration and baked treat with the same passion, love, and care as she would. Despite her prominent role, she remains hands-on, working alongside the staff daily, ensuring every order, whether a single cupcake or a four-tiered wedding cake, is baked and frosted to perfection.
When you order from Barnett Sweets & Co., it's not just a dessert; it's 41 years of careful artisanship, love, care, and passion in every bite. unity to work with them for my wedding when I was in need for custom cupcakes, and cookies.
My wedding theme was all floral, and I had a hard time finding a bakery that could help my vision come to life. I was looking for someone that could provide floral designed cupcakes and cookies in buttercream icing. Let me just say that this is no easy fee and to have them come in vibrate colors can be just as challenging. However, Barnett Sweets rose to the challenge.
Their beautiful work of art made my wedding dessert bar come to life! Additionally, the desserts were one of the most popular topics amongst the wedding guests. The desserts were not only beautifully done, but they also tasted amazing! Also, Jana and Jessica were both so sweet and accommodating. They were willing to work with my budget, suggest options, and make things as easy as possible for me as the bride. I wish I could do another wedding just to have a chance to work with him again.
My wedding was in October yet to this day, I still have people complementing the beautiful cupcakes and cookies. If you are looking for a bakery, that is patient, provides great customer service, and can make your vision content life, then you should definitely book Barnett Sweets for your next event. They will help make beautiful memories for you to look back on with desserts that taste just as good as they look.

The carrot cake is TO DIE FOR. We barely had any carrot cake cupcakes left after the wedding compared to what remained of the other flavors. I honestly regret not getting our wedding cake in carrot cake. People who don’t typically like carrot cake were eating them up! Not to mention them being bite sized! Having perfectly sized mini cupcakes made it easy for guests to enjoy different flavors, and made it easy for me to walk by and grab one in between dancing and saying hi to guests. Being able to rent stands through Barnett Sweets just adds to why they are the right choice as our baker. We’ll be ordering plenty more from them. Thank you to the Barnett Sweets team!
