Rojin was a pleasure to work with and made planning our wedding soooo much easier!! As a day-of coordinator, she quickly got caught up to speed on everything two months out from the wedding day, and immediately assumed the role of primary contact person with all our vendors, which was extremely helpful. She also led us through a super detailed master checklist of everything we could possibly want at the wedding, and expertly crafted a detailed timeline to guide us through the day. Strong attention to detail paired with a genuine, kind, and caring personality makes for the perfect wedding planner—the whole process was extremely professional and well-done, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Rojin was wonderful to work with. From the start we knew she was very organized, as she clearly explained what services she would provide and what they entailed. Whenever we had questions about weddings, she always answered them promptly. She also always had very organized documents and spreadsheets about tasks required for the wedding, and when we did a vendor walkthrough, she came prepared with questions. She was also able to help with some tasks like putting up decorations. Our wedding went very smoothly, and I'd recommend working with her!

When I got engaged I knew I wanted a planner to help with the small things and keep me calm leading up to the wedding. Rojin was the absolute BEST! She was with us during the entire planning process, kept us on track, and was a huge help with communicating with the other vendors. We could tell she truly cared about us and making our wedding day perfect. On the actual day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly showing that she did an amazing job of getting everything set up and keeping the day running as planned. She was also there for me when I spilled on my dress or needed a drink during cocktail hour. She is truly the best, and we are so lucky to have had her!

Rojin (the founder of Baroj Events) was absolutely fantastic. I wish we hired her for the full year instead of just the month. My husband and I recently got married in Chicago at Cafe Brauer with an offsite Church Ceremony. It was an 170-person wedding with about 140 that came from out of town. Additionally, there were A LOT of tiny details (like any wedding) but I am extra crazy and stressed myself with more steps than probably necessary. From the start Rojin was on top of EVERY detail that I wanted to look into and even reminded me of things that I completely did not think of. You could tell IMMEDIATELY that Rojin was beyond organized and knew her stuff. I did not have one thing to worry about the day of (or even afterwards as she helped with clean up and took items hope that we picked up after the Honeymoon). She was able to lead whatever you requested of her and was a great communicator with the vendors. Whatever detail big or small she was not only willing to handle but did so with flawless execution. I only have great things to say about Rojin and her work. I truly could not have executed the final details of my wedding without her. Hire her and you will not be disappointed.

WOW! Rojin was absolutely amazing! She was key in making our special day run smoothly. We hired Rojin for Day-of coordination for our wedding at City View Loft this September. She went over and above our expectations and made our day so perfect. Rojin is very detailed and organized. We met multiple times before our wedding, and she was always available to answer questions or help us out. She covered every single detail during our discussions, to ensure everything was accounted for. Rojin truly cares about her clients and enjoys the work she does. When our videographer failed to show up on our wedding day, Rojin took it upon herself to capture some special moments for us, on top of handling every other logistical detail. She truly is a wonderful coordinator and kind person. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

We hired Baroj Events / Rojin as our month-of coordinator for our August wedding and I honestly have no idea what we would've done without her, particularly on the day of our wedding. She took the time to listen to what we did (and didn't) need help with and customized our package according to those needs. She's amazing at identifying pain points and helping smooth things over, and is an all-around incredibly smart, well-organized and detail-oriented professional.
Not only was Rojin helpful, communicative and accessible in the month leading up to our wedding, but she truly went above and beyond on the day of. She had the seemingly impossible task of setting up our entire wedding reception in one hour (including florals, candles, menus, place cards, gift table, etc.) while simultaneously managing our wedding ceremony in another location in the park. Not only did Rojin and her assistant Vanessa pull it off, but they did an absolutely amazing job. Our wedding was entirely DIY, and we left them with boxes of decor, a million bud vases and very little direction and they brought everything to life PERFECTLY. We were so appreciative of their attention to detail and the care they gave to setting everything up, particularly given the extremely tight timeframe.
We're so grateful to Rojin and her assistant and glad we chose her as our coordinator. I can't recommend her enough!

At first we weren’t sure that we needed a day of coordinator, but having made it through our wedding day, we are so happy that we hired Rojin. She provided us reassurance and guidance throughout the day and the week leading up to the wedding. Rojin is very organized and knows so much about weddings and wedding planning. We really needed someone to wrangle our friends and family and Rojin was up to the task. She did so much communication behind the scenes on the day so we can’t even thank her for everything she did! You will not regret hiring Rojin as a day-of-coordinator and we wish we could’ve had her help us plan the whole event.

Rojin was the coordinator we didn’t know we needed! She was so amazing, always put our needs/desires first, and created a flawless day for us. She even stood up for us when the transit company messed things up. And to top it off, she dropped us off at our house after the wedding! She’s the best and very professional. Went above and beyond.

Rojin was our day-of wedding planner and she was absolutely amazing. She created a flawless, detailed timeline, communicated with our vendors, and ensured that everything was seamless on our wedding day. Our wedding day ran so smoothly, due to Rojin's coordination. We were even ahead of schedule! (Even our photographers commented that this was the most seamless/organized wedding they had ever worked!) As a very detail-oriented bride (and someone who also works in the wedding industry) I felt at ease on my wedding day, knowing that Rojin was handling all the logistics. From the day we hired her, Rojin was always there if we had any questions - it was a relief having her on our team!

Rojin from Baroj Events is an absolute rockstar wedding planner! She totally had my back from day one and helped me stay calm when those pre-wedding jitters hit. Seriously, she was like a personal therapist, life coach, and a cheerleader throughout the whole planning process! What really impressed me was how Rojin handled unexpected hiccups like a boss. She's a total problem-solving ninja and kept everything on track without breaking a sweat. No drama, just smooth sailing. I can't even count how many times she saved the day!

Rojin was amazing!!! She was so thorough. We met via zoom several times to go over every detail of the day. She came for the final walkthrough of the venue and to our rehearsal dinner. She asked about and made us think of so many things we would not have thought of without her. During the day of the ceremony I did not have to think about logistics at all. She helped everything run right on time and handled any issues that happened so I never had to think about them. She was there whenever I needed her and checked in with me throughout the night. She was the perfect wedding coordinator for me and I don't think the day would have been as amazing without her.

Rojin is the best, we were so lucky to have her help with planning our wedding in July 2022. She went above and beyond to help us have our dream wedding. Anything we asked for, she did a great search to find the best options. Anytime we were stressed out about anything, we just called her right away and she always made us calm by finding a solution! She was kinda our therapist. So I had absolutely nothing to stress about just because of her. Every little detail and every step of the way, she will take care of it better than I can imagine it. She was very organized, detail oriented, professional, calm, and most-importantly she listened and cared. For anyone who is on the fence about hiring Rojin, do it. You will not regret it. I will highly recommend her ~ SHE IS THE BEST.

Rojin threw a “couple shower” for us in March 2022 right around the time that the Pandemic was starting to wind down. Throughout this entire process, we were amazed by her attention to detail and professionalism. Her package included everything else that others were offering, but her understanding of our relatively unusual needs made her superior to any other choice that we had in the market. Before our night, she spent a lot of time through in-person and remote meetings with us just to get to know us and make sure she understands what we wanted. By the end of this almost two months process, we felt like she knows us like a close friend and she knows exactly what we wanted. On the night of the event, she managed all her resources seamlessly, to the point that after the party, we were wondering how she was able to coordinate all the logistics around that night without us even noticing. She also surprised us with a customized gift by the end of the night which was so thoughtful. We also noticed that she was enjoying every little step of the process which made everything a lot easier for us. We definitely recommend Baroj Events!

Rojin was our “Wedding Day Coordinator” on April 2022. We absolutely can’t imagine our wedding day without her! She managed a major issue which had the potential to turn into a crisis. For some reason, our sound system was acting up, and our DJ couldn’t figure out the problem. She reacted to the incident very calmly and managed to find the standby technician quickly while we were just looking at each other trying to understand what had happened. And our guests responded to this very positively and it was like they were really enjoying themselves by singing and dancing while the issue was getting fixed. Without her, this two-minute incident could’ve ruin our night, but instead, now we have a beautiful memory of an issue that was outside of our control. Throughout that night, she was always there for us, by her attention to details. She was noticing small imperfections in Bride’s wedding dress while the Bride was dancing. She was fixing all those imperfections that she noticed on the fly. We didn’t even notice everything that she did, not till six months later when we were watching our wedding movie. We recommend her Wedding Day services.

Rojin was our wedding's day-of coordinator in August 2022 in Chicago. She far exceeded our expectations of a coordinator. She would take responsibility like it was her own wedding. She was not there just to do her job, but to make sure everything is done as expected and everyone (bride, groom, and the guests) will be happy with the experience.
You would be the most stressed on the day of your wedding, and when something unexpected happens, you easily lose control. I was impressed by Rojin maintaining the balance between keeping us calm and relaxed and at the same time being realistic with her problem-solving attitude. With her being there, we felt like we don't need to be worry about anything, and can simply enjoy our wedding. Hiring Rojin turned a super stressful day into one of the most cheerful days in our life!
