g, we knew we wanted help through a wedding planner as well as a day-of coordinator. As we were browsing through wedding planning vendors, we appreciated how Baroj Events offered an “a la carte” selection of planning services (as we had already knew our venue that included the food & beverage package) so we would be able to customize it to our remaining needs. We had our initial call with Rojin Babayan (the owner of Baroj Events) and immediately we clicked with her and appreciated her kind & knowledgeable approach to the wedding industry while not having any particular affiliations with vendors - AKA her opinions were only from her own experiences. As we began working with Rojin, we quickly realized that she was excellent in keeping us aligned to deadlines for completing wedding tasks. We had about 1.5 years to plan our big day so Rojin was able to build in some breathing room as we made big decisions - decor, DJ, photo, video…etc. She could sense when we were getting overwhelmed by all the different available options and helped us narrow down the list through pros & cons or suggested pivoting to a different vendor while we finalized our thoughts. Rojin is very easy to communicate with - we used iMessage, Instagram (very helpful to be able to send her inspiration or additional vendors we wanted her to inquire with), email, WhatsApp, video calls - she was very accommodating. Rojin’s awesome reputation in the industry also led us to receiving exclusive deals - a surprising ancillary perk that only further confirmed our decision to use Baroj Events! Jumping to day of the wedding - Rojin joined me at 6AM while I was getting my HMU done and then began her wonderful time tracking. She ensured we had plenty of time for our First Look, the Baraat started at a timely manner, the flowers were delivered and properly stored etc… We had a Memorial Table that Rojin set up on our behalf - so many additional tasks like this that made the day so smooth not only for us but also for our guests who could enjoy the event instead of having to help us set up items etc. Every time I had a thought of “did we do XYZ, Rojin?” it was quickly met with a yes! Rojin not only supported us as a couple but also our families - my mom trusted Rojin to go into her hotel room to grab gold for the wedding event, a task that only the most trustworthy are assigned. Rojin was quickly recognized as a reliable source of help. During the reception, Rojin helped organize all our family for their entrances and had all our our “fun items” ready to go - foam glow stick, shirts for an audience t-shirt toss, and my Husband’s LED sneakers to change into our the dance floor. She led my husband and me to the food buffet to ensure we properly sat down and ate dinner (which I’m not sure would’ve happened without her!). All in all - if there was one decision we are so happy we made, it was choosing Baroj Events and recommend her to anyone looking for wedding (or any) planning!

She also led us through a super detailed master checklist of everything we could possibly want at the wedding, and expertly crafted a detailed timeline to guide us through the day. She helped everything run right on time and handled any issues that happened so I never had to think about them. She was there whenever I needed her and checked in with me throughout the night. Before our night, she spent a lot of time through in-person and remote meetings with us just to get to know us and make sure she understands what we wanted. By the end of this almost two months process, we felt like she knows us like a close friend and she knows exactly what we wanted. On the night of the event, she managed all her resources seamlessly, to the point that after the party, we were wondering how she was able to coordinate all the logistics around that night without us even noticing. She also surprised us with a customized gift by the end of the night which was so thoughtful. sis. For some reason, our sound system was acting up, and our DJ couldn’t figure out the problem. She reacted to the incident very calmly and managed to find the standby technician quickly while we were just looking at each other trying to understand what had happened. And our guests responded to this very positively and it was like they were really enjoying themselves by singing and dancing while the issue was getting fixed. Without her, this two-minute incident could’ve ruin our night, but instead, now we have a beautiful memory of an issue that was outside of our control. Throughout that night, she was always there for us, by her attention to details. She was noticing small imperfections in Bride’s wedding dress while the Bride was dancing. She was fixing all those imperfections that she noticed on the fly. We didn’t even notice everything that she did, not till six months later when we were watching our wedding movie. She was not there just to do her job, but to make sure everything is done as expected and everyone (bride, groom, and the guests) will be happy with the experience. You would be the most stressed on the day of your wedding, and when something unexpected happens, you easily lose control. I was impressed by Rojin maintaining the balance between keeping us calm and relaxed and at the same time being realistic with her problem-solving attitude. With her being there, we felt like we don't need to be worry about anything, and can simply enjoy our wedding. Hiring Rojin turned a super stressful day into one of the most cheerful days in our life!
