You can drop by anytime to have your ring cleaned, and they even have a promotion that gives you back the cost of your engagement ring if it rains more than an inch on your wedding day! They had a matching band to go with my ring, and they custom-designed a really cool ring for my husband. We are both so happy with our rings! They send you cards periodically just to thank you for your business and see if you have any other needs. Super attentive, super professional, super product.
