Barry Alley Photography offers two packages to help keep things simple for the couple. Engagement sessions, portraits, and trash-the-dress sessions are also available. Choose from a variety of print options. You also download your photos as high quality digital files for easy sharing. For comprehensive coverage of your event, you can also choose to have a second photographer on the day.

I have worked with Barry for over six years on numerous photo shoots, including our wedding, and his professionalism and work ethic are truly unmatched. He is both easy-going and highly professional, making every session feel effortless and comfortable. His ability to guide with poses ensures a seamless experience, even if you’re unsure of what you want. Barry is amazing! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. First, his communication was clear and concise leading up to the wedding day. He even gave us some helpful tips to have our bridal party help make the day smoother. Second, he worked so hard to capture our entire day. He got there at 11:30am for a 5:30pm ceremony so that we could take all the pictures before without feeling rushed or scrambling. He also scouted the area to find the best spots for pictures. Third, he was very professional and personal with our entire bridal party and guests. Finally, he stayed through the entire NYE wedding to take many, many amazing photos to capture our day. We are very grateful and appreciative for his work!

Years ago we had Barry take family portraits of our family, as well as senior portraits of our twins. The pictures were amazing - exactly what I had hoped for! When we were finished at our selected location, he even suggested a second location and was happy to take us there to continue the shoot. So when it came time to hire a photographer for my daughter’s wedding, there was no doubt who to call.
Barry is so easy to work with. He listens to what you envision for the day, but also makes great suggestions and shares his experiences from past shoots to help make the day go as smoothly as possible. He was accommodating and professional from start to finish. Details were discussed early on through texts and phone conversation and when it came time, he was willing to drive from NH to Maine to attend the rehearsal three days prior to the wedding to ensure we were all on the same page and ready for the big day. When he returned for the wedding days later, he had a second photographer join him so he could be sure to get shots from multiple angles at the same time. As he put it, “everyone wants pictures of the bride walking down the aisle, but it is equally important to shoot the reaction of the groom and guests as they see her for the first time.” The end results were incredible! We could not be happier with the photos from the entire day. From formals to candids, food shots to the sparkler send-off… they were all perfect! Barry stayed and photographed all the highlights of the day and captured every special moment! There were so many beautiful pictures to choose from, it was almost impossible to pick those favorites to print and frame…. they are all THAT good!!

Barry was an excellent photographer for our wedding! Easy to talk to from planning to the day of and made us feel comfortable with the formal one on one type photos. He worked eith our inspiration photos and also helped us with posing ideas. He stayed through the reception and got some great candid shots! Would absolutely recommend Barry for wedding and engagement photos!

We had the best experience with Barry! We had our first shoot with him for our engagement photos and they came out beautiful. He had so many pose ideas, but also made sure to make any of our own visions come to life! For our wedding, he was with us all day, with a smile on his face and ready for anything. He made us feel like ourselves while having pictures taken, and captured our biggest day so beautifully. He took many staged/posed photos, but also captured so many candid moments while we were all getting ready. Our wedding photos couldn’t have come out any more perfect, and we have Barry to thank for that! I highly recommend him!

Barry was a top notch wedding photographer. He is extremely generous with his time, starting early in the morning and capturing every moment until the very end. Barry didn’t miss a single thing - we were confident he would be there for all of the important moments. Despite it being a hot day, he had a smile on his face the whole time and was very communicative with the wedding party. He found perfect opportunities for both candid and staged shots, and took our basic ideas and turned them into the incredible moments that our friends still talk about 7 years later. Can’t recommend Barry enough!

Barry is a true professional! What makes him stand out among other photographers is how the colors in his pictures really “pop”. His photography is really vibrant and beautiful. He also was great handling all of the chaos during our wedding. My wedding party was a lot to handle and he was able to keep everyone organized and focused to get all the group photos done. My family still mention how great he was when we look at the pictures. He captured the day perfectly from beginning to end and didn’t miss a thing. All the pictures he took came out great and we couldn’t have been happier with his skills and service!

Barry photographed our engagement pictures and wedding pictures! We were absolutely blown away at how beautiful they were. His attention to detail and eye are unmatched. We cannot recommend Barry enough if you are getting married. Two years later my husband and I still look at our wedding pictures and obsess over them. We can’t thank you enough, Barry!

My husband and I cannot recommend Barry enough when it comes to wedding photographers. Right from the beginning of our time together, Barry showed us his professional, easy-going demeanor and made us feel so comfortable. His attention to detail is fantastic and we love how he was able to get every important shot that we wanted in so many different angles and styles. Our wedding started during the end of a thunderstorm, and some of my favorite photos from our wedding are of my husband and I dancing with the rain trickling ever so beautifully in the background. He captured everything so perfectly and during any sort of stressful moments (due to the rain and myself worried about what kind of shots we would get 😅) Barry remained his calm self and provided terrific solutions. It was also too easy to be yourself with Barry as your photographer (which was important to my husband and I) and we were able to get some fun, silly and relaxed shots as well which are hilarious to look back at. Now two years later, we still can’t stop looking at our wedding photos and our friends and family still comment on Barry’s amazing work. 10/10 would ABSOLUTELY recommend Barry as your wedding photographer!

Barry shot both mine and my sister’s weddings — and we cannot recommend him enough. His pictures are gorgeous, and for a very affordable price he gives you digital access to all of the pictures from that day. He stays from first thing in the morning until the last song is played at night…THAT is rare in a wedding photographer. Plus, Barry and his co photographer Adam are incredibly kind and made us feel very comfortable all day. 10/10 cannot recommend enough!!!
