While we were pleased with the price and enthusiasm this vendor was bringing to the table, things day-of went differently than planned. Dane, the owner, was supposed to be the one ...

bartending our wedding, as we had planned. Morning of, while I (the bride) was getting hair and makeup done, I get a text from Dane that two bartenders were coming in his place, along with a text from one of those bartenders directly. This was very overwhelming to be told last minute, and I had asked that all communication that day only go through my day-of coordinator, whom I had shared the contact information with multiple times. The bartenders who ended up covering the event were very nice and did a great job, but the last minute switchover was quite stressful to me. We had even had a phone call close to the wedding to make sure everything was on track, and I was not under the impression this switch up was going to happen. While I know sometimes life gets in the way, a more advanced notice would've been appreciated.

rtender, Jonte, was very attentive to our guests. We also chose to have BartenderForHire officiate our wedding and Dane did a wonderful job. He had a nice clear voice that made it so even our hard of hearing family members could hear the ceremony without issue. BartenderForHire really elevated our event and took a lot off my plate so I had less to worry and stress about the day of, and we'll be recommending them to everyone we know who has an event coming up!

Bartender for Hire is a full service company that also provides DJ for Hire and Photo Booth for Hire, all under one company. Having everything coordinated together made the event feel seamless and stress free. The music, energy, and 360 photo booth completely elevated the party and created lasting memories for both kids and adults. Professional, personable, and genuinely invested in making our event special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be using them again.
