Bartenders and More was AMAZING! Kristina was so nice and just easy to work with. They work with other companies so well. We ran out of food and her team jumped into action and ...
called one of their contacts and they had platters of food for my guests in an hour! I was able to really enjoy my wedding!
These guys were AMAZING! We had 2 bartenders for 150 guests (serving beer, wine, and 2 cocktails). The only time there was a line at the bar was at the very beginning of the cockta...
il hour. We received so many compliments about their service and attention to detail. Not only did they always make sure that my husband and I had drinks, but they did the same for our entire wedding party and our parents. They were amazing throughout the whole process!
We had excellent service st our wedding, but I would avoid working with the owner at all costs. She was very difficult to work with on what services we actually wanted and it cost ...
us money.
We had our ceremony at the Grant-Humphreys Mansion, which was fabulous. However, because the mansion is historic, we were required to use authorized vendors who knew how to handle...
the historic venue/furniture. All we needed Bartenders and More to do was to move some furniture around and set up the chairs. Pursuant to the mansion, we were to have a meeting with all of our vendors at the mansion a few weeks before the wedding to be sure that each vendor knew what he/she was doing. First of all, I sent multiple e-mails to the manager, Christina, at Bartenders and More and called her multiple times, each time leaving a message for her to call me back. It took her weeks, literally weeks to respond, and that was after I sent an e-mail that was CC'd to the mansion, my parents, and my husband. All I was trying to do was to confirm with her that the date I had set up at the mansion with my other vendors also worked for her. When Christina finally returned my calls/e-mails, she said that she didn't have to be at that meeting because all they were doing was setting up chairs, and said to just draw a diagram of what pieces of furniture I wanted to be moved and where. At the meeting the first thing the representative at the mansion said was she apologized for Christina not being at the meeting. I asked if she was supposed to be, and she said, "yes." I ended up having to take pictures of all the furniture I wanted moved and tried to describe where I wanted it moved and e-mailed the pictures and descriptions to Christina. The mansion representative also took notes on where I wanted all the furniture. I then e-mailed Christina asking for written confirmation that she received all of my e-mails. She said she did and asked if I also drew a diagram. I was so fuming at having to do her leg work and a large part of the service that I'd contracted and paid her to do, that I barely had it in me to respond politely that I did not. Then the day before the wedding in the late afternoon, Christina calls me and is asking me to describe to her, again, what furniture I want moved and where. Luckily, it was my husband who answered my phone and just told her I'd call her back. A few hours later I was at the mansion for the rehearsal and asked the mansion if Christina had contacted them regarding the furniture, which Christina did not. I told the mansion of her calling me about it, and told them I did not call Christina back because I just don't have time to describe, again, to Christina what she should've already known. The day of the wedding it was the mansion that ended up moving all of the furniture for us, and with the quality of service, or lack thereof, that we'd received thus far from Bartenders and More, it was even questionable whether or not they'd show up to even set up the chairs. They did, but if it weren't for the mansion, then none of the furniture would've been moved or in place for us to have our ceremony. My parents, my husband, and I all felt that their services were not any where near worth their cost. The Grant-Humphreys Mansion was spectacular and wonderful, and highly recommended. I let them know about Bartenders and More though, and I hope that they quit using them as an authorized vendor because Bartenders and More is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
We did our own catering, but needed a bartender and servers to assist. Our three service people were OUTSTANDING! They were early and constantly moving. They assisted with every...
thing and then some, even helping to clear the venue, tear down rentals, and even sweep the floor! Everyone was exclaiming about how professional and hardworking they were. They made an already amazing day absolute PERFECT!
