Jason Allen of Bartenders Elite did an incredible job at our wedding this October. He had great communication & was completely professional AND a great person to have at our wedding! Not only that - he totally saved us after being involved in another scam involving a well known bartender, completely free of charge. Bartenders Elite saved the day after losing all of our trust in our previous vendor. 10/10, 100% recommend to brides looking OR those who fell victim in losing their bartender.

I booked this bartender originally because we saw so many great reviews and they said they would help us with planning the alcohol list. They ended up being extremely difficult to ...

Their pricing is fair and they said they would offer to help devise a menu and a shopping list, which is what led me to book with them. But they ended up not helping me much at all...
. I had asked multiple different times to ask if they could help me with how much alcohol to purchase for my wedding and was only sent an alcohol calculator each time I asked. The calculator is not specific when you are purchasing multiple different types of alcohol. I also paid extra for them to provide a coffee bar (which they forgot to bring) and ice & drink garnishes (which they ran out of). They did however refund me for those 2 mishaps. The bartenders were on time and were professional although they were pouring very heavy drinks, which caused us to run out of 6 handles in 2ish hours, my family member had to go and buy more ice, garnishes, and liquor to make it through the rest of the wedding. Overall, not a great experience, this was the one vendor that caused lots of stress for me before and on wedding day.

A really great company to work with, super attentive the day of and made ordering a breeze. I do wish they would have better communication leading up to the wedding. I had no idea ...
what I was doing and alcohol was the most stressful part for me. When we reached out they answered immediately but I didn’t feel like I had any clue what I was supposed to buy, what the plan was, or what I should even be asking. Also, I think it was definitely overpriced for what we got out of it. Otherwise, great vendor.
