get in contact with, did not answer our questions, and ended up not showing up to our wedding at all. Thank goodness our venue staff were on it and were able to find a replacement. It was a mess.

Their pricing is fair and they said they would offer to help devise a menu and a shopping list, which is what led me to book with them. But they ended up not helping me much at all...
. I had asked multiple different times to ask if they could help me with how much alcohol to purchase for my wedding and was only sent an alcohol calculator each time I asked. The calculator is not specific when you are purchasing multiple different types of alcohol. I also paid extra for them to provide a coffee bar (which they forgot to bring) and ice & drink garnishes (which they ran out of). They did however refund me for those 2 mishaps. The bartenders were on time and were professional although they were pouring very heavy drinks, which caused us to run out of 6 handles in 2ish hours, my family member had to go and buy more ice, garnishes, and liquor to make it through the rest of the wedding. Overall, not a great experience, this was the one vendor that caused lots of stress for me before and on wedding day.
