For those that want to venture away from the conventional hotel or hall settings, the Arboretum's colorful and majestic trees offer the perfect backdrop for private events, corporate events or weddings. The Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens requests that parties on the grounds be catered and tented by one of our preferred vendors. Other vendors must be approved by the Arboretum.

We had an outdoor wedding, we originally visited the arboretum to find a beautiful outdoor ceremony location that would also offer us a rain alternative in case we had to move the ...
ceremony indoors, we then discovered that the room we could use for an indoor ceremony could also be used for our reception, we hosted about 50 guests. There is a kitchen right off the room and our caterer found it to be very workable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our day was beautiful, the ground are gorgeous for an outdoor ceremony and if you are having a bigger event you can do so under a tent on the lawn. A definite consideration if you are thinking about an outdoor intimate event.
