Beautiful setting with stunning lake view. Staff at Lake Park Bistro very cordial and easy to work with. The Lake Park Bistro event planner was fantastic at her job and made sure the event ran smoothly. We received great feedback from our wedding guests. Couldn't be happier.

Whitney and the Lake Park Bistro staff made sure our wedding day went smoothly. They were 100% accommodating with my dietary restrictions at the tastings and at the wedding- I had no issues at all! Our guests still rave about having the best wedding food they have ever been served. And who wouldn't love the beautiful venue! Our summer wedding took place in the beautiful Lake Park in a beautiful tent alongside the building. It was a perfect day.

Lake Park Bistro was a natural and perfect choice for our brunch reception. We got engaged there and couldn't possibly think of holding our reception anywhere else. The food was fabulous, though I'll admit that we were a bit limited to their existing menu, as they weren't willing to customize much. But our contact Whitney worked with us on as many details as she could and did her best to make our vision come to life. The level of service was excellent, as expected. I was a bit disappointed that the audio system in part of the dining room wasn't working...unfortunately, it happened to be the part where we'd planned our first dance. Note to brides: double check that this has been corrected and that all is functioning properly if you plan music or to have toasts using a microphone.

My husband and I had a brunch wedding at Lake Park Bistro last June, and could not have been more pleased with the service throughout. Whitney is incredibly responsive and helpful; everything went off without a hitch that weekend. I would highly recommend Lake Park Bistro as a wedding venue; our guests raved about the venue and the brunch, including the bloody mary's and mimosas served. The scenery is idyllic - we were even able to move the party outside because of the nice weather! I was thrilled with the entire experience.

We held a reception in Milwaukee for our son and daughter-in-law, who were married in New Jersey a few months earlier. We no longer live in Milwaukee but knew that we wanted to hold the reception at Lake Park Bistro because it is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always outstanding, the service is impeccable, and the setting – the view of beautiful Lake Michigan - is priceless. By having the event at lunch, rather than dinner, on a Saturday, we were able to have the restaurant – a lovely French bistro set on a bluff in Lake Park in a renovated park pavilion – to ourselves. All of the tables overlooked Lake Michigan. The event could not have been more perfect. Whitney Sleiter, Lake Park Bistro’s Catering Manager, did everything to make the celebration luncheon unbelievably beautiful and special. She was so professional, so knowledgeable, and so responsive – the fact that we could count on Whitney was so reassuring since we lived out of town. Everyone at the Lake Park Bistro provided outstanding professional service, with warmth that was striking. The setting and day were gorgeous. And everyone commented on the amazing quality of the food. Several people said that the trout was the best fish they had ever eaten. We all adored the whole afternoon. We were so proud to introduce Lake Park Bistro and Milwaukee to our new daughter-in-law and her family at such a lovely, memorable event. It was exactly what we had hoped it would be and set the stage for the entire weekend. As a postscript, we returned to Lake Park Bistro with some friends when we were in town a few months later. Whitney sought us out to say hello and greeted us so warmly, reflecting the Midwestern spirit of both Lake Park Bistro and Milwaukee.

My bridesmaids threw my bridal shower here as a surprise and it was absolutely fantastic!! So very classy!!! Phenomenal food and excellent service.
