Barton Strings was an incredible choice for our wedding! They played beautifully, and helped to make our ceremony so special! Tracy was so attentive when it came to communication, and she helped everything flow smoothly. They had a wide selection of songs for us to choose from, and we were able to select songs that would make our ceremony exactly as we envisioned it. In addition, the songs they played as guests were being seated were beautiful, and helped show the vibe of the wedding right away. Tracy made it clear whatever we wanted was possible, and they delivered just that and more. I would recommend Barton Strings because I know what a perfect job they can do!

We hired Barton Strings for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Regrettably I only got to hear my processional song because the rest of the time I was not around to hear the quartet, however, I can confidently give them five stars because everyone was absolutely raving about them both during and after the wedding. I feel like I really missed out! They definitely made the ceremony special, and I highly recommend them.

We were blown away by how incredible the Barton Strings were for our wedding ceremony! We booked a string trio and the music truly made the ceremony. Tracy was beyond helpful and kind. The Barton Strings sent us a list of all the songs in their repertoire and we were even able to listen to some of the songs they can perform on their Spotify and links on the website!! We were a bit lost trying to decide which music to select and Tracy walked us through with patience and recommendations based on the music we expressed interest in. Look no further and book the talented Barton Strings for any event that you want to enhance with beautiful live music!

The one thing I insisted on for my son's wedding was live music during the ceremony, so my son chose Barton Strings because of their vast repertoire of contemporary music. Then when my son and his bride decided on two more obscure pieces not in the Barton Strings repertoire for the ceremony, Tracy was able to have both arranged for a very reasonable price. I can't even describe the impact of the strings on the ceremony...so very lovely...and they also added so much fun to the cocktail hour with a combination of contemporary and Christmas music. I highly recommend Barton Strings!

Wow, amazing! Tracey and Barton Strings were wonderful to work with. They were able to do all the songs that we wanted, and even put together a quartet version of a song we wanted to recess to. They were able to work on the fly and accompany my maid of honor in singing as well. The strings truly sounded amazing and added so much to our special day!

One of the best decisions we made was to hire Barton Strings!!! They were absolutely beautiful and so accommodating. Beforehand they were very communicative and sent many options for the various parts of the ceremony. I would hands down hire them again!!

I really wanted a string quartet for the ceremony and was very particular about what songs I wanted for the prelude and the processional/recessional. They met all of my expectations!! I didn't get to hear the prelude (as the bride) but a wedding guest I didn't even know told me the music gave her goosebumps. The musicians were high quality, reliable, and clearly love what they did. They made my ceremony so much more beautiful.

At our recent wedding, Barton Strings played for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and they were amazing! I figured with members of the Austin Symphony I couldn't really go wrong, but they were even better than I'd hoped for. In addition to sounding great, they were punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with through all phases. They have a ton of selections spanning classical, rock and jazz, and their website makes it very easy to listen to samples and customize your individual playlist. They can perform in many different configurations (we used a trio) to fit budget and style, and their pricing is very reasonable! Instead of it being background noise, the music added so much to our event, and our guests raved--thank you Barton Strings!

The Barton Strings were wonderful and helped set the perfect tone for our wedding ceremony. Tracy was great to work with and coordinate details leading up to the wedding. They went out of their way to help make our wedding special and unique, and the quality of their musicianship was fantastic. Would definitely recommend them!

I am a musician myself and wanted a high quality string trio to accompany several singers during my outdoor ceremony as well as play prelude and postlude music. Barton Strings were the perfect fit! Tracy Seeger of Barton Strings planned out the rehearsal schedule and spoke with each of the singers regarding arrangements in advance(my aunt & uncle and a bridesmaid are all talented singers). She put me at ease by knowing that everything was being taken care of and would turn out beautiful. It's a good sign when ALL of your singers are happy with the musicians and feel comfortable performing with them. The music was truly spectacular (they even dealt with the Texas outdoors and a tarantula walking by), and the beauty and emotion in the music even shows through on the video one of our guests took of the wedding. I couldn't have been happier with Barton Strings, and highly recommend them to anyone who loves great music!

Services Provided: Duet: Cello and Violin The duet performed beautifully and truly delivered the perfect ambiance for our outdoor wedding. They were extremely responsive in communication, made nice suggestions to enhance the experience, and were extremely professional. We would certainly recommend Barton Strings.

Barton Strings' string quarter provided the perfect accompaniment to our outdoor fall wedding, and most importantly, they were flexible with our budget. Tracy worked hard to accomodate our diverse range of requests; patiently tracking down sheet music for everything from U2 to the Beach Boys to Handel and Vivaldi. I was worried about how they would figure out the timing -- since I never actually saw them in person until I was walking down the aisle -- but they are absolute pros who have years of practice with all the wedding rigamaroll. Highly recommend!
