We used Bartz Viviano for our wedding florals and were very happy with how everything turned out! My bridal bouquet was beautiful and so were the bridesmaids bouquets! I communicated with Corrin and she was very helpful throughout the process. Would recommend Bartz Viviano!

Our flowers were amazing for our wedding. Exactly what we envisioned. From the memorial piece for my mom’s grave to my stepdaughter’s flower crown, every flower was perfect. My wife and I loved having Bartz Viviano provide our flowers for our wedding. The girls were highly professional and accommodating, answering every email quickly and pleasantly. They worked with what we needed and provided excellent service. When asked about the prices of certain flowers they had planned on including in the proposal, they were willing to rework what was included to be cognizant of costs for us. The day of our wedding, they moved flowers from the arch for our ceremony to our head table for our reception which was super awesome and looked breath-taking. We had compliments from so many of our guests about how beautiful our bouquets were; someone in our party even said they were the prettiest bouquets of any wedding she'd previously been a part of. Amanda with Barz Viviano was honestly the best! When I first inquired about flowers for my wedding she was quick to respond! I gave her a few flowers I had in mind and the colors and BAM, she came back with the most beautiful arrangement I could have ever asked for. Wonderful! Just Wonderful! We had our wedding at my parents house and as you can imagine it was a crazy world wind of venders in and out on the wedding day. When Corrine with Bartz Viviano and team showed up it was a breathe of fresh air they were kind, gracious and punctual, they made me feel at ease. I worked with Corrin at Bartz to have a bridal bouquet and boutonnière made for my wedding and I could not be happier with the arrangement that was put together! I can’t say enough about this place. We had some unique ideas for our wedding flowers, but things got really busy and I did a poor job communicating with them. Trust me, after researching and getting quotes from over 10 different places, they are the most affordable florist by far without sacrificing quality. Amanda and Bartz Viviano were an absolute dream to work with. We particularly chose them for our wedding due to their knowledge of decorations already existing at our venue. We created the most stunning centerpieces and details throughout our entire reception. Amanda gathered samples of linens for us to look at and then ordered accordingly. Amanda and the Bartz Viviano team were amazing to work with! From the beginning, Amanda understood my vision and provided me with options for flowers, greens, and more! I told her I wanted burgundy, navy, and gold colors to be included in the bouquets and they were even more gorgeous than expected! My bridesmaids were amazed by the bouquets and said they were some of the prettiest they've ever seen! They also put together a flower arrangement and provided an arch for our ceremony. These flowers were able to be repurposed and laid flat on our head table for the reception, which was exactly what I had hoped for. Last minute, we requested help with centerpieces and they were able to accommodate us with tall, gold stand centerpieces for a few of our tables and gold-painted eucalyptus for the rest. They set everything up for us, which helped relieve our stress during a busy day. I would highly recommend Amanda and the rest of the team with Bartz Viviano!

Bartz Viviano did an amazing job for my wedding! Like many Covid brides, I cancelled the big thing and reworked everything (even city) in 90 days. Corrin at Bartz was fantastic to work with and didn't blink an eye at my last minute booking. They provided everything for me - arch & florals, ceremony chairs, unity candle florals, bouquet, corsages, boutonnieres, florals on the dinner table, etc. It was all perfect - beautiful beyond what I imagined! Corrin and her team were even on site to tear things down and help transition my florals from the ceremony to our dinner. She also helped wrap a sentimental piece around my bouquet. Their service was top notch and the flowers were so fresh & perfect. I cannot recommend them enough!

Very helpful with any questions I had throughout the entire process for my wedding. Flowers arrived a couple hours earlier than expected. My maid of honor bouquet was thinner/ less than what it was supposed to be originally but they came and added more flowers to the bouquet which made it look a lot better! I always got flowers from Bartz for gifts, so I knew I wanted them to my wedding flowers. I explained over the phone exactly what I wanted and they made it happen. I was unable to pick them up before the wedding so my Matron of Honor did and she sent me pictures and videos of what they looked like so if I wanted them adjusted I could. But I absolutely loved them and my bouquet was as large as i stressed to them. All the flowers were gorgeous and I will tell everyone I know to go to Bartz for their wedding flowers as well!! I emailed Bartz asking if they could help with our very last minute elopement. I sent a few pictures of what i liked, told them i wanted 1 bouquet, 1 corsage, 1 ear piece and 1 boutonnières. I told them i needed it in 1 week. They let me puck it up at my desired Bartz location. I have used Bartz Viviano for flowers for my 2 daughters' weddings (in 2018 and 2020) and they were outstanding. Both of my daughters wanted colorful flowers and Amanda Viviano and her staff came up with amazing designs that delighted us. We found Amanda to be easy to work with, creative, flexible and responsive; she replied to any inquiries I had in a timely manner. Ultimately, our guests raved about the flowers at both weddings and my daughters could not have been happier.

Bartz is a wonderful and super easy vendor to work with! Not to mention, their work is beautiful. I booked them for my February wedding. More the most part, I had no issues. The one issue I did have, I bought and talked with a consultant about having a large display of flowers for the front entrance of the venue... however what I received was a small vase of a couple flowers. The team did a beautiful job on the rest of the flowers: for our ceremony arch, bouquets, boutonnières, head table and guest tables. The flowers were fresh and came right on time!

Amanda was absolutely amazing! I made a lot of changes and additional requests (including adding chairs close to the last minute), and she expertly and very helpfully accommodated all of them. My husband and I chose Bartz Viviano in Waterville to do the flowers at our wedding and we were so happy with our decision! From the very beginning Amanda was so helpful and understood exactly the look we were going for. I did not know much about flowers and had some ideas before going to our first meeting. Well it turned out the flowers I was looking at actually photographed completely differently in certain lighting. Instead of just going with it Amanda informed me that they may photograph different and even showed me what she meant. And she was right! I didn't like the flowers at all in the photographs. Instead she chose a similar option that looked so BEAUTIFUL! I was so happy with all of her suggestions. She turned my vision into a reality and everything was absolutely perfect!

Amanda is amazing! She was able to take my ideas & completely bring my vision for our wedding to life. She drove up from Toledo to consult with me on-site in Royal Oak, MI, and provided a wealth of knowledge during our brainstorm. Bartz Viviano was affordable, reliable & our flowers were absolutely beautiful! I wish i could wear a flower crown by BV everyday!!! ;) A girls dream come true!!

Bartz Viviano did an amazing job in helping make our big day so special. They handled all our florals, linens and table decor. Everything came out exactly how we imagined. Specifically, Amanda, who leads all their weddings, was incredibly responsive in answering questions, gave great input and has a wonderful eye for floral design. Bartz had given us the best wedding day flowers I have ever seen. They were so beautiful and exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Amanda is amazing, she worked with my mother in law and I on finding us the right flowers for the special day! 5 stars!! I had a jungle themed wedding, and the exotic unique florals were a huge part of my "wedding visions". Bartz-Viviano absolutely knocked it out of the park!!!! When I walked into my church dressing room with my bridal party and saw the bouquets on the table, I physically jumped up and down and squealed because they were stunning and exactly what I had dreamed of. The reception set up was phenomenal as well, it was like a fairytale walking in there and seeing the incredible work they had done. Amanda Viviano's talent and advice is unmatcheable. She knows how to run her business with top notch customer care and thorough honest advice. My mom and I showed her our vision and she delivered above and beyond! Amanda was so patient during our many meetings and worked with us on personal touches we added at the end. I cannot speak highly enough of Bartz Viviano - especially Amanda! She was such a pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire wedding process I made quite a few changes to our floral design plan and Amanda was always accommodating and quick to get back to me on any requests. Our flowers turned out BEAUTIFUL. We got our bouquets, corsages, boutteniers, arch, flowers for the arch, candles and votives, greenery for centerpieces, and flowers for our wooden entry sign from them. They even stayed during the ceremony to transport the ceremony arch flowers to the reception head table. Everything was exactly how I expected, and I would recommend Bartz viviano to absolutely anyone getting married!

I loved every moment working with Bartz Viviano and would recommend them to anyone! We used them for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day and everything was exceptional. I knew I was in good hands when Amanda had taken my conceptual ideas and transformed them into a tangible inspiration board that truly fit my vision for the day. I was planning my wedding from another city and Bartz Viviano was incredibly flexible working with me to secure in-person meetings when I was in town and being available via phone or email for all other communication. We utilized a vintage getaway car and wanted a floral garland draped along the bumper and brought this idea to one of our meetings. Bartz Viviano worked flawlessly with the driver of the vehicle, ensuring that the application would not harm his car and the end result was perfection. We were also able to find efficient ways to utilize flowers from the ceremony for the reception and everything was transported between the two venues exactly as planned and looked beautiful in both spaces! I am so grateful for the team over there and will certainly be using them again for other events in the future!
