Bash & Bloom was recommended to us by our wedding planner, Ginger Bee Events & Planning. And I am so glad that Eleanor was on our team!
Our wedding was at an outdoor venue (Maron...
i Meadows) during the last weekend in September. We wanted to lean into the autumn season in terms of colors and available blooms. We also wanted the arrangements to feel organic and not contrived or overdesigned, which seems to be Bash & Bloom's forte. After combing through inspiration photos and Pinterest pages, our wedding colors included purple, orange, green, and white -- not a common combination. We wanted to incorporate lanterns, candles, soft lighting, and pumpkins without it feeling like a Halloween-themed event. Bash & Bloom delivered. Eleanor exceeded our expectations. She created a beautiful arbor, arrangements for a triangle arch we designed, personal flowers, aisle arrangements, table setting arrangements, a welcome table arrangement, and added greenery and blooms to a chandelier we rented that really elevated it to another level.
Flowers and greenery were not things I thought much about prior to or at the beginning of our planning process, but the final product was something I looked most forward to seeing on our wedding day. Our wedding party included only our three toddler children. Eleanor designed a beautiful and simple flower crown for our daughter (that she actually kept on her head!) and two boutonnieres that incorporated toy dinosaurs for our sons. They were the cutest!
Everything Eleanor touched was magical. Do yourself a favor and hire Bash & Bloom for your special event, she will do things with flowers and greens that blow your mind. Eleanor is an artist and she will help make any event unforgettable!
Eleanor worked straight up magic on our flowers. She brought our vision of a New Orleans meets Seattle wedding together so beautifully and I still smile every time I look at the ph...
otos of the flowers because the details are incredible. I love how the flowers and table decorations she designed for us held so many unique blooms from the NW. She even put poppy pods in my bouquet! Eleanor's style is one that is very unique. You won't see as many of the stuffy, perfectly round bouquets from her (though she could do a killer job on those too!) as the elements she uses are more lush and free flowing, which to me looks more natural and beautiful anyway. She prides herself on using flowers from as local as she can, so you will see a ton of flowers that were grown within driving distance.
Eleanor took the time to really understand what elements were most important to us about our wedding and totally nailed it. We wanted lanterns on the tables to mimic the beautiful gas lamps in New Orleans and little fleur de lis pins for the boutonnieres and bouquets and she found exactly what we were looking for. Eleanor does book up about a year in advance so don't sleep on getting her booked, you won't regret it.
Eleanor of Bash & Bloom is honestly a creative genius when it comes to flowers. We hired her as our wedding florist, and we are so thrilled with how everything turned out! At our c...
onsultation, I gave her a small amount of direction in terms of color scheme, and she made a ton of great recommendations for different floral varieties we could use. She was easy to work with, and was always considerate and conscientious about our budget, how we wanted everything to look, etc. She also proved that she can work incredibly well under pressure, and still turn out incredible work: two weeks before our wedding, a massive windstorm decimated many of the local flower fields, and she was not able to use the original flowers she wanted to. But she improvised, and it looked better than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend Bash & Bloom to any engaged couple who want truly unique and beautiful flowers for their wedding day. Thank you Eleanor!
Eleanor killed it. She exceeded all of our expectations. Our wedding was almost 6 weeks ago, and we're still hearing compliments from our guests. She did such an amazing job. I...
can't say enough about how beautiful our flowers were.
