Heather and Basic Edge Events were phenomenal as our day‑of coordinator. From the very beginning, Heather impressed us with her organization and attention to detail. (As someone who is also a bit type A, this was important.) She met with us several times leading up to the wedding, came prepared with thorough planning materials, and asked smart, thoughtful questions that made it clear she was fully invested in bringing our vision to life.
And on the wedding day? Truly amazing. Everything ran flawlessly. Heather and her assistant were absolute pros — quietly handling small fires, supporting our guests, coordinating vendors, and managing décor. We even found snacks and the marriage license set out for the two of us following the ceremony- they thought of everything! Their calm, capable presence allowed our families and us to relax, be present, and enjoy every moment without a single worry.
Hiring Heather was one of the best decisions we made. She made our day feel effortless, and we’re so grateful for her.

The Essentials package offers eight hours of on-site support to coordinate the most important events on the day. The Premier Package offers up to 12 hours of support, while the Luxe and Elevated packages offer over 12 hours of on-site support.
