ern music, and DJ Neema absolutely KILLED IT. Every single friend of ours was on the dance floor absolutely tearing it up for the entire evening (even some of the older crowd danced the whole night). We had a conga line, my husband and I got to crowdsurf, and it was the absolute best party we had ever been to. I was worried that we would have too much dancing time, and that the party would fizzle out, but it never did!!! DJ Neema played banger after banger and really effortlessly mixed all the music– his talent is super apparent. I also want to call out how wonderful he is at MC-ing– he had great transitions, hyped up the crowd for our entrance, and made clever jokes the whole night. I wish we could have our wedding all over again just to have Neema DJ one more time! The process with Bat City Beats was also super wonderful– Tammy who handles all the preparation is just the loveliest person and went above and beyond in every way to make our experience the best possible. Any time I had questions or needed to hop on the phone, she was super prompt in replying and so kind. Working with Bat City Beats was so easy and I would recommend DJ Neema to any bride any day hundreds of times over!!!

all our special songs (our entrance, first dance, and parent dances), and also created two incredible 20-minute mixes for our band - one hip-hop and one more pop-focused and completely nailed the vibe for each. Communication was great. We emailed, texted, and had a kickoff call to make sure we were aligned, and he checked in throughout the process to confirm we were good with the direction. He delivered everything ahead of our deadline, added creative touches, and was genuinely invested in making everything perfect. The final mixes are awesome, and we are so excited to use them at our wedding!! Considering how well he nailed the mixes, we can only imagine how awesome his DJ sets are! Highly, highly recommend Neema for weddings or any event where you want to nail the vibe. We would absolutely work with him again!

r LIFE! He kept the flow perfect, from the ceremony, cocktail hour, an awesome introduction of our wedding party, dinner, and dancing! He was seriously so much fun and a true DJ. Also, planning the music with him before was a breeze because he’s a pro. He had the best recommendations, even down to the perfect “last dance” song to end the night for the whole wedding. We had 250 people at our wedding and there was people of all ages, and he was able to bring everyone out on the dance floor with his awesome flow of song choices to target literally everyone! Lastly, the bat city beats management is very attentive and responsive to any questions you have via email/phone. We could not recommend Aaron and Bat City Beats enough!!!!

They coordinated seamlessly with our other vendors, and everything went off without a hitch. The MC was outstanding. He knew exactly how to read the room, brought the perfect energy, and genuinely seemed excited to celebrate with us. He had the right jokes at the right moments, got everyone moving when it was time to dance, and pulled things back at the perfect times too. The sound during our vows was flawless—clear, balanced, and emotional without being overpowering. The music cues were timed perfectly: walking down the aisle, the fadeouts, the transitions… smooth as butter. These guys are true pros who clearly love what they do. They also ran our photobooth and didn’t just set it up. They hyped it up, got everyone involved, and made sure we had an incredible collection of fun, candid shots with all of our family and friends. It wasn’t just a booth; it was another way they helped build the experience. The After Party And then… the after party. When we first started planning, they asked me: “Do you want a great party or do you want an experience?” My response: “This is once in a lifetime. Let’s make it an experience.” And wow, did they deliver. They came out beforehand, scoped the venue, and built the exact setup needed to turn our space into a full-on EDM show. Strategic lighting, legit lasers, booming sound that filled the room with deep bass and crystal-clear highs—it was everything we imagined and more. Neema, one of their DJs (highly recommend), kicked things off with the perfect vibe, and Bat City Beats provided all the right equipment for the other DJs we brought in. Our friends haven’t stopped talking about it since. It wasn’t just a party—it was an experience we’ll never forget. Communication & Professionalism Throughout the entire process, their communication was top-tier. They answered every question I threw at them (and there were many), never once seemed annoyed, and always reassured me with, “We’ve got it. Not a problem.” And sure enough, they showed up with their full team and absolutely crushed it. l (Aaron), I felt confident we’d be in a good hands especially booking the Master DJ package. While it's possible there could have been miscommunication between the DJ and our coordinator, there were several hiccups throughout the evening that unfortunately stood out. I feel these could have been avoided with better preparation and reviewing callouts discussed during the week leading up to the event. To start, from what I heard, the ceremony didn’t start as smoothly as planned—the Groom's entrance song had to be played twice, which was a bit awkward. There was also a mix-up in the order of speeches, though that wasn’t a huge deal and we were able to laugh it off. What was more disappointing, though, was how the dances were handled. The Mother/Daughter dance, which was clearly listed in the timeline (and even highlighted as a separate section in their app), was completely overlooked. We had also discussed it during our planning call. While I understand that the planning call might have been challenging for him due to finding a quiet space, it still felt like a significant detail missed. The app they used was incredibly helpful for organizing our songs, from the ceremony to the dance floor. My husband and I put a lot of effort into selecting the songs we were most excited to hear, so it was a bit disappointing when not all of them were played (to add it wasn't too long of a dance party playlist). There were times when we had to request songs or have friends ask for them to be played next. Some songs that were played weren’t familiar to us, and it felt like he might have been testing things out, though I'm not entirely sure. Additionally, a few songs were repeated (like Low by Flo Rida), which wasn’t ideal, especially since music is such an important part of the wedding experience. I’ll admit, one song was repeated due to our own oversight. We didn’t realize that we had selected a similar song for both the Father/Daughter dance and the Anniversary dance. It would have been helpful if the DJ had flagged this while reviewing our playlist, so we could’ve chosen something different. Lastly, to me personally, one of the biggest letdowns was the late-night snack moment. I had talked with Aaron specifically about tying in HOTTOGO by Chappell Roan to our hot dog snack, with a fun announcement like "get your hot dogs to go!"—especially since we had bought hot dog sleeves for it. Sadly, the song was already played earlier in the night while I was away for a dress change, and when the snack was finally mentioned, it was done in a very brief and unceremonious way: "and there's a late-night snack option available." That moment was something I had really looked forward to, and it ended up falling flat. I do appreciate the effort, and I know music is such a key part of a wedding—which is why it felt disappointing. Given the many positive reviews I had read, I’m honestly not sure why this one missed the mark, but unfortunately, it just didn’t come together the way I had hoped. Not to say it was an awful experience but it wasn’t a highlight of our wedding like anyone wants it to be.

We also booked the Photo Booth through them, and loved the pricing/selection of backdrops available. Initially, we interviewed two DJs and DJ Neema stood out with his impeccable mix that seamlessly blended our eclectic music tastes, from Houston rap to Bollywood hits. On the wedding day, he worked his magic, keeping the dance floor alive the entire time — keep in mind that this was a daytime and a completely dry wedding! His ability to read the crowd and curate the perfect vibe for the event was truly impressive. When it started sprinkling, neither our guests nor DJ Neema wanted to stop so with the help from some friends, they constructed a cover for DJ Neema’s set up with a table cloth and dry cleaning plastic and kept the party going! Just incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ to make our wedding day unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend DJ Neema to anyone looking for a musical maestro who goes above and beyond to make your special day truly yours.

My husband decided to sing for me and Neema mixed the song so the vocals were faintly in the background so he didn't forget the lyrics. We got the cold sparks and he used them all throughout the night to amp up the energy and had them ready for our sparkler exit to take it to the next level. Everyone kept telling us how much fun the music was and Neema even provided us with the songs played so we could create a playlist and remember how much fun we had. Highly recommend!

Aaron brought the party and the hype to our wedfest and all of our guests danced the night away; I never saw an empty dance floor and received so many compliments from the guests. He made sure to play our requested songs when we were available and able to dance which made my night. He was amenable with all our crazy requests, and fulfilled them. Though one song from our banned list did manage to sneak through during the reception, its effect could not contravene the overwhelming sense of fun he facilitated, which was reflected on how much fun the people in the dance floor were having. Neema knows how to drop it. You’ll be in the hands of a pro!
