Batch No. 154

rave reviews about our venue. Not to mention the staff there were beyond professional and helpful. We worked with Natalie and I would tell everyone to work with her! She answered my thousands of questions, late night texts, and frantic emails. She was personable, helpful, and could read my face without me having to say anything. Natalie anticipated my needs on my wedding day without me realizing it. I am so thankful for her!

the food was at our wedding which says a lot because most of the time, the food is not the thing that stands out the most.

bsolutely incredible. Our coordinator was Kristin, and she made sure our day was perfect. The planning process was smooth and she was always available for questions/comments/concerns. She paid attention to all the details that were important to us. When our wedding day came I fully trusted her. I didn't have to worry about anything the entire day. She went above and beyond for us to make sure we enjoyed the day and she took care of everything!! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The service from all staff members was so kind, detailed, and on top of everything! Overall, our guests commented on the beautiful rooftop, AMAZING food, and incredible service. I would recommend Batch 154 to everyone I know. Thank you so much for making the day so special for us <33

wn best wedding food my wife or I have ever had! We will use them for any catering we need km the future and if your on the fence, just do it. You won't regret it!

it was a huge hit for our guests! I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Kristin and all the hard work she does and how much of a help she was to make out day perfect. From the beginning of planning to the big day, she was there to help answer any questions and make sure things ran smoothly the way we wanted. She made sure we had everything we needed, helped guide us, and was such a friendly face to have around. I would choose Batch 154 over and over again!

ge, if any, is finding a way to taste all the food at one tasting. I understand this is a hard task because they just offer such a wide selection ! Even with picking a few foods we never sampled, it was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend !

was SO good. Several guests have reached out to share how much they enjoyed the food.

it’s hard to put it into words. I don’t have anything bad to say. I loved getting married on the roof, parking for guests was easy, set up was perfect and the food is so delicious! Even my guest kept coming up to me saying how they loved the food. Bar made awesome cocktails, and when red cake got on my dress my girl was right there with a tide stick to get it out! I have zero regrets booking with batch. Thank you so much for making our wedding so special.

a meal, they deliver an exceptional culinary experience. Our guests are still raving about the appetizers and the entire dinner service. The food was utterly delectable across the board. The candied bacon is dangerously good, the beef tenderloin was incredibly tender, and the Atlantic Salmon quickly became a crowd favorite. Even the smaller details didn't go unnoticed—the bread (which tasted house-made) was exquisite, and the heart-shaped butter was a perfect, thoughtful touch. What we appreciated most was the team's flexibility. They were open and happy to accommodate modifications to fit our needs. If you believe that great food is paramount to a successful wedding, look no further than Batch No. 154. You truly cannot go wrong with this choice.

le reviews from all of our guest from the food, venue, and the staff. The staff took the liberty to table serve my grandfather who cannot walk well and that meant SO much to him.  Natalie knows first hand all of the struggles I went through planning this wedding and she was the first person there to help whether it was to vent or to recommend vendors.  The food was phenomenal the chef is one of the best around! We did the icecream bar which is house made and it was incredible. The bartenders were to die for, so patient and hard working. Not to mention all of the staff checking in on me throughout the night meant so much.  You truly have such an amazing venue full of hard working staff, my husband and I could not be anymore grateful for everyone at Batch!

was perfect for the dietary restrictions we needed to accommodate. Several of our guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Highly recommend!

es because everything we tried was delicious. Oftentimes at weddings, when food is prepared in large quantities, dishes can end up dry or not as tasty after sitting around for a while, but this was not the case at all. Everything we ate on our wedding night was just as delicious as we remembered and better than we could have dreamt of! The whole team is a pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend Batch No. 154 enough. We received so many compliments on our food!

friends.

e cream bar, and they were such a hit! The coffee was perfect, and the ice cream bar was such a fun, interactive treat for everyone. 10/10 recommend including them if you’re hosting your wedding at The Treasury—our guests loved every bit of it!

atched the vision we had for our big day. And let me tell you—seeing it in person exceeded all expectations. The entire staff at Batch 154 was amazing throughout the planning process, from our very first meeting all the way through the wedding day itself. A very special shoutout goes to Natalie VanBuskirk, who was truly a dream to work with. She was incredibly attentive and supportive, starting with our rehearsal and continuing throughout the entire day of the wedding. Natalie made sure we had everything we needed and more—her presence was such a comfort, and we are so grateful for her attention to detail and calm, reassuring energy. Now let’s talk about the food—it was incredible! We chose to go with a buffet, and it was hands down some of the best food we (and our guests) have ever had at a wedding. So many guests commented on how delicious it was, and we couldn’t agree more. We also had a few guests with food allergies, and Batch 154 went above and beyond by clearly labeling the buffet with all allergens. That thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed—our guests were so appreciative of the care and clarity. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, the bartenders were fantastic, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. We truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you, Batch 154, for helping make our wedding day unforgettable! -Katelyn and Ryan

tifully prepared, delicious, and raved about by all of our guests. The service was first class from beginning to end. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure the day ran smoothly and stress-free. Communication throughout the planning process was seamless—clear, responsive, and always supportive. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help bring our vision to life. Highly recommend them for any special occasion!

designated coordinator (the wonderful Natalie!) we worked with Hayley who answered all of our questions, coordinated some walk throughs for our out of town parents, and gave honest and thoughtful feedback on any ideas we had. She continued to have a bright and cheery attitude and made sure we felt supported from the venue and catering side. From the time we started working directly with Natalie she was bright, bubbly, and extremely organized. Natalie went through every question we could of thought of. She was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and if there was an expected communication delay based on the venue's schedule she also communicated this. She made the day go off without a hitch and ensured that we had no worries that day! Lastly, you can't talk about Batch 154 without mentioning the food. From our first tasting, we knew that Batch 154's catering was going to be phenomenal. We loved the Mahi Mahi and our guests would not stop talking about the mashed potatoes and ice cream with several honorable mentions for the 5 Cheese Penne and the grilled veggies (which when the veggie at a wedding gets a shout out you know its good). The cocktail hour apps and afterglow was also a huge success. Truly cannot recommend Batch enough from the beautiful spaces (we used the gallery, rooftop, and market floor), to the caring and organized staff, to the delcious food this is a top tier venue.

ing the logistics, and executing with absolutely zero issues is so beyond what I ever could have expected. Natalie was wonderful to work with and so helpful coordinating our outside vendors to set up our dessert table, flowers, and music. She made sure everything was taken care of and that we had nothing to worry about on the day of our wedding. I also have to rave about the food, our families haven't stopped talking about how delicious all the food was, the variety of the appetizers, and (of course) how great the ice cream was. We did a plated service with a meat duet option and a vegan option, but the chef was *incredibly* accommodating of allergies and food sensitivities we provided. Everything came out perfect and went so smoothly with Batch waiting tables. This was a great option to make the night go off without a hitch. I cannot recommend Batch No. 154 enough.

ct. RJ was friendly with guests and even packed up the extra cookies and brownies for us to take home without us even knowing to ask for this! You can tell they are pros that take pride in their work and services offered. They may be more expensive than others but it well worth it! Can’t say enough good things. We will be using again!

ked with us every step of the way to bring our vision to life. It truly felt like the entire team was on our side—supportive, enthusiastic, and committed to making our day unforgettable. The food was outstanding, and we highly recommend attending multiple tastings. Not only do you get to enjoy amazing dishes, but it also made the process of finalizing our menu so much easier and more enjoyable. The venue itself is gorgeous and offers great flexibility when it comes to decorating and dropping off items. It made everything feel so much more manageable during what can be a hectic time. We absolutely loved everything about this place and would recommend it not only for weddings, but for business events too. The team is amazing, the food is top-tier, and the whole experience was just so memorable. Highly recommend!

happen. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. We did a vegan tasting beforehand, and I was absolutely blown away by the creativity and flavor of the dishes. The food was delicious, unique, and a huge hit with our guests—people are still talking about it! Hayley and Natalie were always available to answer questions or help us tweak the menu, and the head chef was phenomenal. And I still crave that vegan queso from the late-night nacho bar—it was unforgettable! If you're looking for a catering team that's talented, thoughtful, and excited to bring your vision to life, I can’t recommend Batch No. 154 enough.

e space is just beautiful! We are so grateful to have had our wedding here!

warm, stylish, and welcoming – the ideal setting to kick off our wedding weekend. But what truly made the night unforgettable was the combination of incredible food and the amazing team behind the scenes. We were once again lucky to work with Natalie and Hayley, who helped plan our wedding at The Treasury as well. They brought the same kindness, creativity, and care to our rehearsal dinner and made it feel just as special. They truly go above and beyond in everything they do, and made the entire planning process so easy and enjoyable. The food was also PHENOMENAL. From start to finish, the service was flawless, and everything came out perfectly. The evening felt intimate, joyful, and full of love – exactly how we wanted to start our weekend. Natalie and Hayley made sure every detail was just right, and their calm, joyful energy set the tone for a beautiful night. If you’re looking for a rehearsal dinner spot that’s equal parts stylish, welcoming, and mouthwateringly good – Batch 154 is it. And if you’re lucky enough to work with Natalie and Hayley, know you’ll be in the absolute best hands.

nd flavorful, and the main courses were perfectly cooked. The personalized experience of picking flavors and toppings added a playful element that both kids and adults enjoyed. It gave our wedding a unique touch that people are still talking about.

at a wedding. If your looking for a great venue and amazing food, I would highly recommend Batch 154.

eam bar from Batch. The ice cream was so good, definitely a favorite among all of our guests as well. We got to choose 8 flavors and it came with any topping you could think of! It was such a great addition to our Cake.

d accommodating, making every part of our day seamless. We loved having the ceremony on the rooftop, and the venue comfortably fit our 175 guests with a great-sized dance floor for everyone to enjoy. The food was a highlight for us and our guests – the steak was perfectly done, and the ice cream bar added a fun touch. We also had a string quartet during cocktail hour, which really elevated the experience. Later in the evening, the hot dog and brat bar was a huge hit for our late-night crowd. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would absolutely choose Batch 154 again for any big celebration!

wedding, the one thing I knew I wanted was GOOD FOOD. Batch 154 exceeded our expectations! The food was fresh, delicious, and timely! It was clear that the chef creating the menu and people preparing the food were amazing at what they do. Many of our guests told us that this was the best wedding food they’ve had :) Definitely would recommend Batch 154 and will be keeping them in mind for future events!

knew we had found something truly special for our wedding day, and made sure we secured our date on the way home! They were all immediately so personable, up front/honest with us, and truly caring, that even our initial interactions felt so much different from any other venue we had toured. That energy continued throughout, and the team went absolutely above and beyond from start to finish, ensuring that every detail was absolutely perfect. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine passion for creating an unforgettable experience for us was evident in every single interaction. They listened to our vision and did absolutely everything in their power to execute it, flawlessly might I add! Our expectations were exceeded leading up to the wedding day, and the day of was beyond true perfection. All meals were timely, guests RAVED about how incredible the food was, we felt so attended to the entire day, and they went out of their way to coordinate with all my vendors- even with my DJ to play a video as a surprise during my daddy daughter dance. I had so many emotions going on the day of the wedding I couldn't even eat the food I had been looking forward to enjoying again. Josh went into the back searching for bread, crackers etc. to give me something to eat when he noticed I hadn't eaten after clearing my plate, and even sent my husband and I home with food to enjoy in our hotel room once some of the excitement wore off! On the big day, they truly executed everything flawlessly, allowing us all to really just relax and enjoy every moment. The venue on its own speaks for itself- and we fell in love with its uniqueness from the beginning. The atmosphere perfectly matched our style, and all our guests couldn’t stop raving about how cool and different the space was from your typical wedding venue. Not to mention the surrounding downtown Pontiac area made for great scenery for all of our wedding portraits. The spaces on site are all beautiful- the main event space, the rooftop, and their gallery. Natalie really worked with me to design a layout I fell in love with, and ensured I got the rooftop cocktail hour of my dreams despite a little rain that day; they really could not have been more kind and accommodating. We wholeheartedly recommend Batch No. 154 to absolutely anyone looking for a wedding venue. We wouldn’t have wanted to hold our celebration anywhere else, and we would not have had the same experience at any other venue. Thank you Hayley, Josh, Natalie, Katie, and Kristin for making our wedding day a dream come true!

edding. They always had you in mind to provide the best experience. Thank you to Hayley, Kristin, the chef and entire staff! You were beyond amazing!

asury venue and were not disappointed! The food was delicious and staff were on top of everything. Plates were cleared almost as soon as guests were finished. The staff even helped the newlyweds by filling their plates for them at the buffet line and returning it to the head table. The staff were professional and kind.

ding happen. We were able to customize the menu in any way that we needed and the food was great. We had the ceremony on the roof top and it was so beautiful. Every single person at our wedding had nothing but great things to say about the space and how beautiful it was. 10/10 we would recommend Batch 154.

about the delicious food!

event coordinator and she was on top of literally everything I could've ever asked for. She was right there ready to help or do anything so that way we both didn't stress about anything. We changed the layout of the venue and had it in a way they normally would not put it but for our small wedding of less than 100 it worked out perfectly! We also utilized the Gallery space for an indoor ceremony, which had such a nice unique touch. We both had nonstop comments about how amazing all of the food was, from the meatballs at cocktail hour, to all of the entrees, and the ice cream bar was a hit! Highly recommend booking with Batch No. 154!

A fun suggestion: make sure as the bride/groom you order all your meal options just for you so you can try them all out! I ordered all three of the options I had and I was not disappointed.

t, & you all were incredible! Thank you so much for putting the food in our rooms & the bottle of champagne. That was so kind of you guys! We really can’t thank you guys enough for making our wedding a dream come true.

have such a unique menu, and are willing to work with you if you have ideas that aren't in their menu like we did for our late night snack. :) You honestly can't go wrong with anything you choose, but the things our guests raved about the most was the Candied Bacon appetizer during Cocktail Hour, and the Ice Cream Sundae bar for dessert!!

to move a few things indoors, the flexibility was greatly appreciated. They also allowed us to set up the venue early which made for a stress-free load-in and load-out. While not a negative, we did find that planning leading up to 3 weeks out felt oddly impersonal and slightly rigid (I ended up having to take additional days off work to make our kickoff meeting and walk-through because of the limited schedule they provided). That said, as we entered two weeks out everything changed and the team became super accommodating and responsive, so again not negative but it caught us off guard based on all the previous reviews. For the big day it couldn't have gone better and food was good, receiving compliments from our family & friends. We wouldn't have changed anything and are grateful for Batch 154.

had many people approach us and saying how amazing the event space is and how perfect the day was. It was truly a day to remember! The event staff were incredibly helpful. 10/10, would recommend!

l top notch! We rented all of The Lofts for the weekend, and also used this as the getting ready space for the wedding party. The ceremony was at Gallery 87, which was such a great vibe for our wedding - and check out those shiny floors! The cocktail hour provided great views for our guests from The Rooftop. Then our reception was in the main Batch 154 space downstairs. All of the food was excellent - from cocktail hour to the plated dinner and ice cream bar! We even got to experience some Pontiac fireworks later in the evening from The Rooftop again - bonus! The unique spaces worked great together, the food was melt in your mouth delicious - but maybe my favorite thing about the whole experience was the team. They were all so friendly (big smiles!), proactive, and attentive (always there to make sure you had everything you needed - service was perfect, including special food needs/etc.). Just really great professionals that took care of our every need.

ktail hour and reception. Our ceremony took place at Gallery 87, our cocktail hour was on the roof, and the reception took place at Batch 154 itself. We also rented their AirB&B lofts above the Treasury for the weekend. Everything was beautiful, clean, and full of personality (without limiting the vibe and aesthetics we wanted in our décor/setting/etc.). The food was also exceptional! Truly, we had the most incredible experience for our wedding, and that was in no small part to the help from everyone at Batch. They worked seamlessly with our other vendors, were very accommodating, and seemed genuinely so excited and happy for us--it was overwhelming in the best possible way.

ons for my vegetarian/vegan friends. They killed it with the options!!! We did the vegan stuffed mushrooms, vegan bruschetta, vegan cinnamon glazed carrots, vegan mushroom stroganoff, and creamer potatoes (all vegan!) with chicken and top sirloin. The mushroom stroganoff was an ABSOLUTE hit with every single person at my wedding! In addition, they packed up all the food for us and we ended up having all the leftovers the next day. The bar never had a line and the bartenders were super friendly (no attitude at allllll)! ADDITIONALLY, Natalie was amazing!!! Her and the rest of the staff were clearing plates at a great speed and made sure everyone was taken care of! Our venue didn’t have a kitchen, but Batch 154 still served the salads at the table to keep people fed while waiting to be called up to the buffet. All around, an amazing staff and amazing food! I have never heard so many compliments about the vegan mushroom stroganoff!!!

y in May. They went above and beyond in so many ways, from helping get everyone down the aisle to making sure we had post ceremony drinks waiting for us. The staff the day of were all amazing, as were the venue managers we worked with leading up to the day. Would recommend over again.
