I booked Bates and Brown for my then fiance to have him and his groomsmen go in for some private pampering and the LOVED it! They couldn't stop talking about the complimentary beve...rages, straight razor shaves and massages. I had to go in and check it out because they all said the atmosphere was to die for. I stopped in and WOW JUST WOW I wish there was a place this nice for women. I was blown away, kudos to Bates and Brown for raising the bar on what it means to be a barber shop in Columbus!
