Rayma, the owner, is so sweet and a pleasure to work with, and she made the most beautiful bouquets and pieces for our ceremony arch. She is extremely affordable and helped us mak...
e things more cost effective in every way that she could (for example- she suggested using silk calla lillies which were cheaper but felt and looked real). She set everything up at Phipps the morning of the wedding, and we didn't have to worry about anything. I called her for a few last minute items (flowers for our cake/ flowers for flat lay pictures in the morning/etc.), And she was happy to help and have everything ready when we needed it. She even surprised us with a super cute ornament to put our dried petals in as a keepsake!
Rama and her team at Bates are AMAZING! I am not a flower person at all. I know nothing about flowers, I do not know their names, and I do not even have a favorite flower. Rama t...

I would recommend Bates Flowers Shoppe for a life time!!!!

ront and provided an invoice of charges. The delivery and overall service was top-notch. I was very pleased with the arrangements and bouquets. If I had to be picky I'd say that the the cuffs were a little sloppy.

They were very nice and helped me bring my vision to life. Some of my flowers were ordered all the way from Ecuador to make sure that I got the exact color I was looking for. They made sure all of my flowers at my ceremony and reception were placed perfectly, despite the issues of the reception venue not being set up when it was supposed to be. I would highly recommend Bates Flower Shoppe to any bride looking to have a great experience and beautiful flowers!
